This house is seriously a great deal. Clean, and spacey. We played pool for hours it was a great addition to the house. Mike was very friendly and communicative during my stay. Would definitely recommend!!

Great host, clean house, lots of room

I gotta say. I was very impressed and pleased with my stay here. The place is a good size. With a good size kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size. The land is beautiful. So peaceful with an amazing view of the trees. There’s so many different shaped trees when you sit out on the back porch and look at them. It’s beautiful. The yard is fully fenced, our three dogs loved it after such a long journey here with no real yard to run around before we got here. Lori responded to questions instantly and we were able to extend our stay quickly and with ease at short notice (Luckily it wasn’t already booked) while we waited for a changed closing date. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay there again. Thank you again for this wonderful stay.

We loved sitting on the screened porch morning and night. Very peaceful. Very comfortable for family. Good communication during stay. Heat and AC worked well. Very convenient location to Inverness. We arrived at night it was a little tricky to find but that's what made it so private. Maybe a blue reflector on the mailbox would help! Rowboat, kayacks, canoes, horseshoes, fishing gear, plenty of games for adults and children. A great time.

Eric’s place was such a peaceful, beautiful escape. We came up to go scalloping for the weekend and brought our 2 pups. They LOVED watching us from the dock. We did encounter an issue with their boat lift but Regine was super quick to respond and help resolve our issues. Short boat ride to restaurants, springs, and scalloping grounds! I will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much for the accommodating stay!!

Katie’s place was perfect for me, and my dogs. The yard is enclosed with a privacy fence and enough room for medium sized dogs to run and play, the neighborhood is also walkable with friendly neighbors. Furniture is good quality, comfortable and clean! Love the ability to park my car in the garage. Katie was great and quick with communication, especially when I was locked out of the house due to a power outage. Crystal River has an abundance of seafood restaurants which are less than a 10 min drive from the location. The location is ideal for water activities and many of the trail parks! You just can’t go wrong by staying here!

Great house for our two night stay. Everything has been updated and is fully stocked with everything you need. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The house is just a few steps from the water and getting out on the kayaks was amazing. Nice quiet street with no noise at all! Great house if you’re in the Crystal River area!

Erika was always available and promptly answered any questions we had. Being off season the pool was a bit chilli, as expected. However, she went above and beyond by purchasing and maintaining a hot tub for our use. And if you need a quiet place to work or have a peaceful break, this is the place! We look forward to returning.

We came to swim with the manatees, this was a great place for our family to stay. It was a short drive and looked like the photos.

Perfect place for our family vacation, great for kids! Located on a quiet street and private. Alexandra was a most excellent host. Always available if we needed anything or had any questions. Highly recommend!

Natalie's place is lovely. Very close to lots of things to do and a fantastic beach at the end of the road which is fabulous for the sunsets. We highly recommend the Ozello airboat, a visit to 3 Sisters Springs and Homosassa Park, kayaking. We did so much and everything is so close. Unfortunately some damage to the complex as a result of hurricane Helene but Natalie advised us of this and the bungalow had been beautifully restored. It is just the outside area in the car park but you can plainly see work is ongoing with people making the necessary repairs to bring it back to its former standard and I'm sure it won't take long. We loved staying in the bungalow. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. We are used to moving around on holiday and the bed was the best we have ever slept in. I highly recommend Nataloe's place. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful home on the water with a heated screened in porch. I would definitely come back!!!!!

We spent the month at Starla’s place and had an enjoyable time. It is in the country and very quiet. We loved the fact it had a fenced in yard for our dog. Well appointed and equipped with what we needed for our time there. Pool and outside sitting area was great. TVs in each bedroom, LR and outside sitting space are nice if you have several individuals that like to watch different shows. About 15 minutes from restaurants and activities. Very quiet and restful place.

ABSOLUTLEY THE BEST!!! A MUST STAY!!! The way Rome has made this place feel like home is incredible down to the squeaky clean environment, pool time luxuries and the decorations! Rome has been responsive and so workable to adjust to the changes in our schedule and always responsive to us! Rome treated us like family making changes for us that she didn't even have to do, due to our flight delays. The heated pool provided us such a relaxing time. This is located in a peaceful community, quiet and laid back yet less than 3 miles to all the happenings of Crystal River Manatee tour attractions, restaurants and shops. Rome has a detailed book of local recommendations that was so helpful and were able to make quick decisions without having to research on our own and wasting any time. We definitely will be back!!

This was a peaceful stay tucked away in the trees. It was a in great location to explore the area and spend time with manatees. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

We loved this place and wished we could have spent more time there. It was a last minute booking and Kimberly answered the request right away. Beautiful property, out in the country but borders a preserve. Close enough to several small towns with great shopping and restaurants. Back porch is a great set up for cooking out, watching sports and hanging by a fire. Plenty of room for kids to play outside, fenced in and safe. We will absolutely go back and spend more time in the area.

This was our favorite stay out of 3 airbnbs we used on this trip. We will definitely come back. This tiny house was cute, comfortable, and fun. We had everything we needed in this small space. Cows even visited the fence nearby after dark! Can’t wait to come again on another trip.

Great place to stay! Regina was so welcoming. The place was perfect and the patio out front was a wonderful spot to hang out and chat. Even got a visit from the resident pets! It’s pretty close to walk to most of the interesting spots nearby. Nothing took more than 10 min or so to walk to.

Marlaine was a fabulous host was always available the place is immaculate and very peaceful. Is only 10 minutes away from Crystal River and all there wonderful places to eat and have a cocktail on Kings Bay. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area, plenty to do and also see a manatee or two. Great Place

Wow, this house is amazing! We love how open and spacious it is. The outdoor screened in area is so comfortable, we spent many hours out there enjoying the peaceful view of the yard and golf course. The attention to detail is noted, such as offering ground coffee in both regular and decaf, along with your choice of sweeteners, a stocked kitchen for our cooking needs, comfortable beds, lots of towels, even beach towels, televisions in all of the bedrooms, etc.

Myself and several friends stayed at Jacquie’s house for a week and we loved it! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was close to many of the local springs and a great location if you enjoy kayaking. The neighborhood was quiet and private. I highly recommend renting her house!
