We had our family of 4 adults and 2 small children, 4 1/2 and 1yr old ,, I chose this house primarily because of the location and the pool to keep the kiddos entertained.. we have family that lives in Sumter Square, so it was close to go back-and-forth for our visits . !! Prior to our visit there were certain Things we needed for the toddlers. Specifically a crib for the one year-old. ROBERT was most accommodating in giving us a local connection that could actually deliver a full size portable crib . It was a very easy process.!! This house was particularly close to Spanish Springs shopping centers, with lots of food and grocery stores and any accommodations that you might need!! We are not yet Disney people so we chose to go to Legoland with our toddlers and to Swamp Fever Alligator adventure!! Both were more than entertaining for all of us. I would highly recommend this area and ROBERT as your host !!!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

Spacious home with convenient location close to downtown Clermont. Super clean well appointed kitchen with plenty of utensils, dishes, cups and glasses (separate plastic cups provided for pool area),etc... and a water cooler! Comfortable layout; split plan with master bedroom near kids room and another bedroom on other side of house. Plenty of seating areas in living room, sun porch, fire pit and small back patio and a large dining table that doubles as a ping pong table. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and written information was clearly available on coffee area. A book of local information is also provided. There is 1 TV in living room, but plenty of games and books provided. Hosts were very considerate to have courtyard lit upon arrival and nightly, providing a welcome atmosphere. Parking was on the street, no driveway available, although it is a pretty quiet neighborhood.

A great place to stay again. Such a great location in the villages and friendly helpful host. Loved the close walkable shuffle board and our nice warm private pool. We will return next year. Thank you Gary for another nice stay!

Really pleasant, relaxing stay at Paul's place. The house was very nice, comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen, clean bathrooms. Pleasant outside sitting area near the lovely inground pool. Paul was very helpful and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Wish we could have srayed longer!

Loved staying in this home with my family including 2 small children . Unfortunately the pool was too cold to enjoy but the patio/pool area is very clean and beautiful. The home is fully equipped with everything you may need and more ! A lot of towels , self-care items and more ! Spacious and clean ! Highly recommend 5/5 stars! Would definitely stay again when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool with the kids !

The house and pool was beautiful and clean. Location and neighborhood was perfect.

Jennifers place was even better than the photos. She really thought of everything. My family enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommend staying there.

The area sustained 2 Hurricanes in the previous 3 months. The home was in surprisingly good shape. The home was well furnished throughout and pleasantly decorated. The exterior of the home needs some work, but did not affect our stay. The area is awash with no-see-ums. We all were constantly getting bit despite bug spray. There are 4 good double kayaks, paddles and life vests. There were not back rests for all 8 pisitions. The back rests that were present were not very good. There is room on the property for a sizeable camper with hookup (main reason we chose this spot). Weeki Watchee State park is near by. We spent probably close to 10 hours over 4 days (all combined during our 7 day stay) and only saw Manatees on one day. All in all, we had a really nice time. I honestly don't know if we'd stay in this immediate area again (mostly do to the no see ums). The hosts are very pleasant and responsive.

We had a great time at this place. Christopher was always responsive to our questions and very helpful with suggesting anything we needed. Games were really fun for us since we have not played them in a long time and we did not have kids with us. Loved beating my husband at golf since he beat me really bad at pac-Man.

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

Ryan was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions. His home was spotless and extremely well equipped. Our favorite room for relaxing was the lanai. It was well furnished and air conditioned which is unusual based on our past Air BnB rentals. The location is in close proximity to 3 pools,multiple golf courses and Sumter Landing square. Overall this was a great experience.

I believe this is our 7th year staying at the Coastal Cracker House. Great host and accommodations every year.

The place is very cozy and the property is beautiful. It was definitely a well needed escape from the city life. I enjoyed the peace and serenity

We had a great stay! A did a little fishing, swam with manatees, hiked, kayaked and enjoying area restaurants.

Exactly as advertised. Convenient location to get to the river. I definitely recommend renting the golf cart to bring the kayaks to the river park. Overall comfortable and convenient.

Sue was an excellent host. She was responsive to emails and was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very private and quiet. The house was very nice, the yard was well kept, and the heated pool worked very well in the cooler temps. Would stay again!
