Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en City Bell

We stayed here for just over 2 weeks, working in the daytime. The hosts were always available and helpful, reaching out proactively to check in on us (eg. seeing if we needed anything or wanted the pool cleaned). Important factors for us were reliable wifi, effective AC, and a comfortable bed - the place was great in all of these areas! The kitchen was great to work in and had basic supplies to eat meals at home - we cooked many. The patio and plunge pool outside were both great perks. We enjoyed the location - a nice neighbourhood and central to where we wanted to be. The building felt secure and was pretty quiet. We would love to stay here again and hope we can! ;)

El departamento es como muestran las fotos. Agustin siempre se mostró servicial y respondió todas nuestras consultas de manera rápida. La limpieza del Depto fue muy buena. El balcón es hermoso para sentarse y disfrutar de las copas de los árboles. Sin dudas volveremos al mismo lugar sin pensarlo dos veces. Punto a favor, tiene estacionamiento en el grave del edificio!

Cristina was quick to communicate before and during our trip. My flight into town was delayed, and she quickly adjusted our check-in plan to make sure we received keys without trouble. The place was in a great neighborhood. Overall a great stay!

Please check the photos and reviews other have shared - I agree with all!!! The photos describe the place very well. Very very nice place, very well located, nice neighborhood, store right across the street and nice neighborhood restaurant right there on the corner - which we unfortunatlely left for last..... Nice to have a bottle of water ready in the fridge on arrival, plus small details such as toillet paper, shampoo, soap and other such in place (small things which we have sometimes missed elsewhere). Our host was already there waiting for us on arrival and arranged for our early departure. We can fully recommend!!!! Should we return to Buenos Aires would love to stay there again.

El departamento es hermoso. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas. La llave funciona perfecto, y el detalle de las plantas junto con ese patio realmente suman mucho a la comodidad del lugar. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto y templa el ambiente muy rápido. El trato con Fede fue súper agradable. La verdad, recomiendo el lugar.

Excelente todo! Es tal cual las fotos. Ambientes amplios, buena ubicación. Fuimos cuatro amigos y estuvimos sumamente cómodos. Solo pasamos una noche, y hubiera Sido lindo tener algunos días más para aprovechar el patio y el parrillero. Buena ubicación, dejamos los autos en la calle. Es una zona con mucho movimiento permanentemente, pero tranquilo respecto de lo que es Plaza Serrano. Y eso que hay Bares cerca, que podrían ser más bulliciosos. Nos fuimos muy contentos la verdad. Súper recomendable.

Todo perfecto. Casa sencilla y comoda, buenas camas, muy cordial en el trato Franco, check in y check out puntual. Sin dudas volveriamos

We are told by host it was like a country home in the city. There is an old farmhouse feel to it that may not be for everyone but I really liked the open floor plan, tall ceilings and the many openable French doors to the private courtyard. There is a little step in the courtyard- watch out- easy to trip on. This is not the home for people who want to sit in their rooms and watch TV- it’s more for a large group to have fun together and having a comfortable place to share meals and relax after sightseeing. I would come back here for sure!

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location! The place is very clean and spacious, and the rooms have a good amount of privacy between them. There are AC’s in each room and the living room that get pretty cold. The location is ideal - walkable to so many restaurants & cafes, but also on a quiet street to ensure a good night’s sleep. Tina is a fabulous host. Super responsive and was able to accommodate our early check-in and late check-out. She also sent a wonderful list with all kinds of recommendations. I’ll be back to Buenos Aires soon and look forward to staying again!

We really enjoyed staying at Maria Juliana’s. It was well situated and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would stay there again!

Worthy to recommend. The location of the house, the well equipped kitchen and the amazing hospitality of Lisandro and Candela made us not want to leave. Great cost for value, perfect location and great hosts. Definitely would recommend

Muy bien ubicado, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Definitivamente volveré.

O apartamento é maravilhoso, tem tudo que precisa para passar os dias. É do lado da entrada do metro que vai direto aos principais pontos turísticos, ao lado de um mercado jumbo e dentro do mercado ja fica um ponto western union que sempre tinha dinheiro quando precisei. O prédio é muito bonito, tinha vaga de garagem coberta o que foi um diferencial para mim. Tive um conflito no horário do uso da lavanderia que foi rapidamente ajustado pelos anfitriões, muito solicitos, inclusive na hora de fazer checkin, que eu iria chegar mais tarde que o previsto e eles se dispuseram a me aguardar. Enfim, tudo perfeito, com toda certeza pretendo voltar em breve.

Astrid es una anfitriona de otro nivel! Al ser mi primera vez nos recibió como en casa, nos ayudó a dejar las maletas en el airbnb sin cobrarnos nada adicional, nos prestó su tarjeta para podernos movilizar y nos ayudó hasta con recargas porque no sabíamos dónde recargar. Cuando llegamos nos tenía un bidón con agua , todo limpio, es indescriptible el como nos sentimos aquí. Sin duda me volvería a alojar aquí. Gracias Astrid porque sin su ayuda quizás nos costaría más el movilizarnos ✌🏼

It was one of the best places I stayed in Buenos Aires . Perfect location , close to everything . The communication was perfect. I would love to go back and I really highly recommend the place .
