The unit was exactly as pictured and in a fantastic location! I definitely hope to stay here again. Only thing to note is that the third bedroom is an entryway, which I knew from the photos in advance, but found out it stays too cold in the winter to use as a bedroom.

Great place!! Close to restaurants freeway access, shopping, very very clean!! Checks off all my boxes for any vacation place private, quiet, easy access, amazingly comfortable beds!! Good water, pressure and hot water for showers. That’s a must!! Extremely responsive, friendly, highly recommend!!

This condo was for the most part very quiet. We had an issue with wifi and Leslie worked hard to get it resolved very quickly. It was very comfortable.

Great little condo in an up and coming part of SLC. Surprisingly great restaurants are all around. Enjoyed my stay here!

This home was great for our ski get away! The location was convenient for getting to the ski mountains and to downtown. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day of skiing. We would definitely recommend staying here! The host was also super responsive to any questions we had!

We came to slc for a skip trip. Couldn’t have hoped for a better place. Was able to hit 3 resorts without any hassle. Jennifer’s place was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. Jennifer and Sean were amazing hosts as well, very responsive and provided helpful instructions. Would absolutely recommend.

Anna's place was the perfect jumping off point if you're planning to play (or ski) in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. It is also conveniently located near multiple grocery stores and restaurants and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. It was ideal for our family of four.

Tori is a wonderful host who is very responsive. She ensures your stay meets your expectations. The property is exactly how it's described, a modern unit that is walkable to many of the attractions of SLC. There is a restaurant (Legends) literally across the street from the property that offers an amazing brunch Saturday and Sunday. The Trak stations are also available a couple of blocks of way if walking is not a preferred method to explore SLC.

Amazing place, well decorated and loaded with appliances. Having a parking spot is definitely a plus! Tyler and Gregory were always available and replying within minutes. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Salt Lake. 100% recommend!

Cozy home vibes in Salt Lake City. That is the best description for our stay. Trevors instructions were clear and precise, Trevor is also super responsive to messages. The location is great, if I were able to purchase it, I would. Once inside the door, you are met with a comfy couch and TV to your left and on the right; a dinning table as well as the kitchen. Down the hall, it splits three ways; Left is the bathroom, Middle a bedroom and Right another bedroom. Multiple blankets, sheets and pillows are provided. There is an OCD element here as everything was super organized and clean. I loved it! 10 out of 10, would do again.

It was great for our large group. Only downside is it’s right next to the train tracks. Bring some earplugs when sleeping and it’s perfect.

Place was very nice. Restaurants and shopping was close by. Great view of mountains from the balcony! Would definitely stay again!

Follow the directions very clearly when entering. Place is great. Really good location. Don’t book expecting a ton of privacy as there aren’t fully closed off rooms but it was great for my purpose.

Simply wonderful

Lucy was super flexible with me. Had to be in the area for emergency medical treatment and her place was convenient to the hosp I needed access to. Needed to extend my stay and she worked with me to accommodate that request as well! Better than being stuck in a hotel for 12 days!!!

Incredible location!! 2 min walk to the lift! Such a family friendly spot! I thought the bed in the master was super comfy. We loved being across from club solitude too! What a great facility. Loved that there was a hot tub in our building too for the days we didn’t feel like walking to the club. Jacob hooked us up with extra paper products midway through our stay which was super nice. We loved the parking garage too. The instructions for checking in were a little confusing. There’s multiple instructions and internet passwords so that was a little confusing but we figured it out. I think for people staying with more than one person they could easily pull over in between powderhorn and the club solitude building while someone ran in to grab the key from the lock box and then pull into the garage. The checkin bit was the only challenging thing for us. We’d definitely stay again. Jacob was a great host with a great condo!!

Evan was an outstanding host. He was responsive and helpful from before I booked when I had some questions, leading up until check-in and then throughout our stay. He was able to shuffle some stuff around for us to make our stay even more comfortable. Evan gave local suggestions for some restaurants to try, and also told me early to make a spa reservation so we can use the rooftop outdoor (heated) pool and hot tub set to the backdrop of the mountains...it was unforgettable! The unit itself was perfectly situated, very close to the ski lockers and the Peruvian lift and the Tram. Also, it was as pictured and incredibly comfortable (even the sofa bed was shockingly comfortable, as those can be hit or miss), and we even enjoyed a soak in the private hot tub looking at the ski slopes at the end of a long day. Truly we loved every bit of our stay and will certainly reach out to Evan for our next trip to Snowbird!

Gregg's place is exactly as described. Super clean and comfortable for 1 or 2 people. The fridge and microwave make it feasible to have breakfast and lunch in the room. Gregg was very proactive in communication and super friendly. Great location and cant beat the skiing.

Deron was a great host. Responsive and informative. The condo is amazing value for money and in a perfect location for us to get to the park & rides easily to hit the surrounding slopes. The pictures describe it accurately. The amenities were considerate and well thought through, which increased the comfort of our stay. The condo is really spacious and quiet. Would recommend to those skiing and have a car as driving distance from most amenities. Would return.

Had a fantastic time at GrandRoad’s place! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Kathryn and Shawn were super responsive and having access to the outdoor hot tub and pool, and the gym was great! Close proximity to all ski areas and great restaurants are in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and better equipped than any AirBnB in which we've stayed. It was spacious and charming, and the location was convenient to everything. Communication was great too.
