Jo’s place is spacious & well presented. Location is second to none and still very quiet at night. Backyard is HUGE & well maintained! Will stay again if visiting Adelaide.

Light, and homey and airy, one of my fave airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Just a lovely little one bedroom cottage, well appointed, great tv, great linen sheets and comfy bed, but it was the flow of air through the house over the lovely wooden floorboards that I loved the most. Little back yard too, for when it wasn’t so baking hot, and new coffee maker and fridge and washing machine. Walkable to the lovely Plant 4 with its delicious food and vibes and markets. Highest of recommends!

Great location to access the city and yet stay on the fringe. Very easy to jump on scooters to go places. House was great, excellent air conditioning and very comfortable beds

This was an excellent airbnb experience. Deborah's place is a true gem in north Adelaide. It's a real home, full of stylish touches and with the best curated pile of bedside books that I have ever seen in an airbnb! Deborah left some provisions for my arrival, which were very welcome after a long journey, and her place was a real sanctuary to return to after a long day at the festival. The house is located a very pleasant 20 mins walk to the CBD and five minutes walk to O'Connell Street and all its bars and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Dylan and the cottage were a dream. Such great communication, the place was a great location with so many cute bars and cafes on the block and very comfortable. Dylan even let us have a very late check out. Highly recommend.

I had a great time visiting Adelaide for the first time and this was certainly aided by my stay at Market Cottage. Jenny was a great host who kept in touch. The accommodation itself was homely and welcoming. Not too large and not too small for a solo traveller. The location of the cottage was perfect for me. The road was busy during the day, but in the evening it was quiet. A short walk took you to the central market and China town, or within 15 minutes you were able to walk into the main part of the city.

Great location, the apartment was clean and tidy. Alex was polite and responsive. overall a good experience.

We had a great stay. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. We appreciated having a washing machine as we are travelling for a few weeks. The shower is has great water pressure . Bed was very comfortable . The apartment was close to the Botanic Gardens and the main shopping district . The free connector bus is also nearby. The communication was excellent and they gave us great tips and ideas for finding things of interest to us. The nearby cafes and restaurants are great. We particularly enjoyed Sofia which has a great vibe.

Katherine's apartment is the perfect location for exploring Adelaide especially when going to a number of events in the city. Within a couple of blocks there is public transport to everywhere including the airport, the beach and the train to more distant places. The apartment has everything one could need with additional touches such as coffee and tea, cooking oil, salt, pepper etc etc I arrived before check-in but was able to leave my suitcase there so I was free to explore Adelaide without it until check-in and also do some grocery shopping as supermarkets and central market are very close too. Katherine is a very responsive host and her booklet of recommended restaurants and information about the apartment was very useful. Will be staying there again next year!

I stayed at Anna’s place with a friend for Adelaide Writer’s week. Very well positioned WW plus Fringe and Adelaide Arts Festival. Super clean and host very responsive and kindly let us drop off our luggage when cleaning occurring as we were a little early. Great to have a bathroom each. Terrific cafe at foot of building serving excellent coffee. Lovely restaurants just down the road in East Terrace. Would recommend to anyone coming to Adelaide and wanting a central location.

Of all the Airbnbs I've stayed in, this had the best equipped kitchen. (And having a washing machine felt like a real perk!) The location is AMAZING-very close to the main sites of the big festivals and the city's big shopping district, next to a very convenient tram stop, but still quiet at night. I got into a morning routine of buying a pastry and coffee at the little shop around the corner, and then walking 5 minutes to eat it in the Botanical Gardens watching lorikeets and cockatoos. It felt like heaven.

We had a great time staying at Hera's flat, it is well located, nicely decorated and she even left us some delicious treats. Wish we have had more days in Adelaide but we would love to stay here when we return.

Gorgeous view of the hills out of the large windows of the master bedroom, especially at night! About a minutes walk to the parklands along East Tce. So many food and shopping options along Hutt street or Rundle, all within a 5-10min walk. Did not hear any noise from the club next door over the whole weekend! The apartment itself is well spaced out. It feels quite cozy and homely. There were a few really hot days during our stay, the aircon didn’t skip a beat! Thanks to Nitin and the team for another great stay! They were very helpful and responsive throughout

I had a great stay at this apartment in Adelaide. The place was really nice, clean, and comfortable, with a great atmosphere. It's also perfectly located, close to everything you need, making it very convenient to explore the city. I truly enjoyed my time here, and I would definitely recommend it to others. We loved our stay at Deb's. This was our first Air BNB experience, and we can't imagine it could get better! The apartment was gorgeous, we were so comfortable and everything we needed was close by. A freshly baked loaf of grain bread awaited us on arrival, along with a full range of cereal, tea and coffee options. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Adelaide. Beautiful stay in a beautiful apartment. Very centrally located and close to everything. We stayed over Fringe, so the city was very busy, but the apartment was very quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Chloe was a great host and super responsive, can't rate this stay high enough. We will definitely consider booking this again next year.

Great location, so close to the Rundle street mall. So many great options for food and dining out. Pubs only a 5 min walk away. Unit was very clean and tidy, with a great balcony. Great communication from manager, and someone was there to greet us on arrival. The only negative is that there is no parking for your vehicle, nearby parking stations are quite expensive to use. other than that, 5 stars.

We found Alexander's place peaceful, spacious and clean for three. Comfortable even during hot weather. Great location for walking to parkland. Easy to locate in a car. Minutes from City in car. Great location and we had no hassle with mutual respect to be considerate to neighbouring apartments of the building.

LOCATION ++ If you want to be within a stone's throw from the main shopping and eating area, this is the place to be. Balcony overlooks the lovely garden on Hindmarsh Sq. Walking distance to North Terrace to visit the musuem, art gallery, botanic gardens + free tram to Victoria Sq to the Central Market. A bonus... the Adelaide Fringe was on (March) and we enjoyed walking the buzzing Rundle Street to the Garden of Unearthly Delights with music, buskers and food all along the strip.

Well structured apartment with bedrooms separated. Living area is excellent and kitchen very functional. Location is good with first class pub 50m away, their food is sensational. About 1.5km from the centre of Adelaide, an easy walk but 30mins, or do what we did and use the e-scooters. All up good location and convenient.

We had a fantastic get away and enjoyed the festivities of the fringe which, like so many other things, was within walking distance. The room was beautiful with an amazing view that was particularly stunning at night! Thank you to Justin as he was super easy and available to communicate with and made us feel right at home.
