The four of us had a great stay at Sarah’s place! It is such a lovely, peaceful and homely place. The location was a quiet neighbourhood not far from the Albany Highway, which has lots of coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The place itself was clean, cosy and had some outdoor space. We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place and Sarah was an excellent host! We would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are a group of 4-6. Thank you for having us! We will be looking for this place again if we return to Perth.

This charming cottage in Guildford exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a spotless and beautifully decorated space that felt both cozy and luxurious. The setting was surrounded by lovely gardens, making it the perfect escape for our little Perth trip to catch up with family. The host was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, along with our milk of choice and a lovely loaf of sourdough bread! We also had a little plate with cheese, crackers and home made condiment, freshly baked muffin’s on arrival. Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the patio or curling up by the tv in the evening, every moment here was pure bliss. We can’t wait to return!

Close to all the shops and Adventure World for the family. Nice quiet spot to relax, will be back again in the near future.

Spacious, clean and pet friendly. We really appreciated how big the rooms were so no one felt on top of each other. When inside you would never know it's apart of the original house. I couldn't even tell you if anyone was home when we stayed. Great communication. Wonderful spots to walk dogs around.

The host is very friendly & helpful throughout our stay. They have the best house and full of everything you need, we felt right at home. There's a nearby supermarket and train station which is very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet & private. Thank you for your hospitality!😊

Laura was an excellent host—responsive, attentive, and thoughtful. She promptly answered our questions and even went out of her way to provide a baby bathtub. Her apartment was clean, well-maintained, and nicely furnished.

We had such a fantastic stay at this property! It was in a great location, really close to all the amenities we needed, which made everything super convenient. The place itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out — you can tell a lot of care has gone into making it feel like a home away from home. The host was absolutely lovely — so proactive and helpful throughout our entire stay. From the start, communication was clear and friendly, and they were always available if we needed anything. They even sent us suggestions of things to do in the area, which was such a nice touch and really helped us make the most of our trip. What really stood out was the flexibility — we had a late flight and the host kindly allowed us to stay longer on check-out day, which made everything so much easier. All in all, a brilliant place to stay. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

One of the best Airbnb we have experienced. The tiny house is so comfortable and it has everything you will need. Surrounded by trees and very peaceful. Breakfast included is so handy. We love the food provided in the basket every morning. Our border collie loved the place and the new friends he made there. Golf course just behind the house is great and a very beautiful walk full of kangaroos and native birds. Heather is amazing. You can definitely feel the love she put in every corner. Thanks for the amazing Easter break. We can’t wait to be back.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

We stayed here for my sisters hens in the swan valley. Great location and incredible place to stay. The photos are exactly what is shown. The house was exceptional. Highly recommend Michelle as a host.

house is beautiful, plenty of eating places within walking distance. highly recommend Indian restaurant called Vatican. yo chi frozen yogurt was a daily visit for us. The only downside to this property was the size of the pool. property has 5 double bedrooms.There was only one lounger and if 10 people got in the pool you wouldn't move

Lovely place and easy to live here. Only 4 mins drive to Coles. Overall the house is clean and tidy. We enjoy the 4 nights staying here.

We book this every year for my relatives to stay and it has become their second home. Linda is such a great host, she is very accommodating and there is everything you need for your stay. It is a lovely house and garden and very quiet. It feels like their home.

Honestly the best air bnb that I have ever stayed in. The “ tiny house “ is not so tiny and is the PERFECT size for 2 people. Me and my partner felt like this was literally a home away from home. Vicky was super responsive as we had asked for an early check in which they explained was no issue as they had managed to do the pre clean earlier :) When we arrived they had left milk and water in the fridge which was a lovely touch, they have games, a little library and a small booklet explaining their story, the local area and some recommendations ( which came in super helpful ) The bed was super cosy ( aswell as the whole place ) , the kitchen was fully equipped ( coffee grinder, beans , French press and even an air fryer ) - we loved cooking here and the outdoor area was beautiful. The perfect retreat for a couple needing some time to rest up and enjoy some peaceful living :) THEY HAVE SMASHED THIS PLACE - the interior design is so tasteful ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED <3 thank you!!!!

We loved this house and appreciated the personal touches Melanie added to our welcome. We were able to spend three days with our children and grandchildren in such an amazing environment. The outdoor area was great and the rooms were large and comfortable. Boxing Day was fantastic watching the cricket on the outside TV. We would stay here again. We were cool and comfortable at Lisa’s place even in 40 C heat. The black-out blinds were great for those who wanted to sleep-in. There was plenty of space and the location was perfect for our trip.
