Amazing little spot . The unit is very well equipped and has everything and more that is listed. The place was also extremely well looked after . We really loved our stay and walked all the way to Whitstable . Rebecca was an amazing host as she gave us great instructions , left us a lovely goodie bag and allowed a sleep in on the day the clocks turned back .

We felt at home as soon as we walked into this home. Soft lighting, lovely furnishings and a welcome pack for both us and our dog. We could not fault this place, it was perfect for us and we will be back again!

This truly was a magical experience. The host did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible and covered every detail eg, The jam, butter, marmalade and milk all stored in beautiful glass decanters. The room was stunning and aesthetically perfect, so clean, cosy and tasteful. Tracy was a hoestess with the mostess and we'd be back just to have a cup of tea with her let alone the stunning apartment. She left no stone left unturned when it came to guests needs, there was even an emergency toothbrush and toothpaste in case someone had forgotten (us) haha. Highly recommend if you want an escape to a snap shot of paradise. X

OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING SO CLEAN YOU WELCOMED WITH A REALLY NICE SMILE OF AIR FRAGRANCE THE WHOLE PLACE WAS SPOTLESS EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED FROM POTS AND PANS AIR toaster TEA AND COFFEE WAS PROVIDED AND VERY WARM AND COZY THE BED WAS COMFY WE ARRIVED LATE AT NIGHT AND JULIE LEFT THE OUT SIDE LIGHTS ON SO WE COULD FIND IT EASY IN THE DARK the beach was just on the other side of the road so great for the dogs. Julie was very responsive to her messages would not hesitate to stay here again gorgeous place and extremely good host.

We had a very nice stay at Bay Cottage with our dog. it was very cosy with bags of character, also well equipped. It was right in the old town of Broadstairs which was very convenient for the beach/pubs/restaurants and coastal walks.

Great little place with the star feature being the hot tub!! Was such a good space to unwind. Hosts were very communicative and would absolutely stay again:)

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

What a fantastic place to stay! Myself and a group of friends attended the property for a girly weekend away. The house is beautiful and even better than the photos. It was immaculately clean and had everything you would need and more for any length of stay. It is situated within walking distance of lots of amenities and fun things to do . Claire as a host is super helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we had very quick responses to any questions we had. It had a very homely and warm feeling meaning we all felt very relaxed. It has everything you need to have fun as a family or group of friends. We were very sad to be leaving the property and will definitely be revisiting. It's a must stay!

What an absolutely stunning cottage which is not only incredibly comfortable but very stylish too! Everything you could wish for is provided as well as a few little treats to welcome you. The cottage is secluded but so close to the seafront, shops and restaurants. Penny responded to any messages quickly and was more than accommodating. Thank you for a lovely night in Broadstairs.
