We stayed here over a weekend while i had a Seminar in Fremantle. We bought our dog, which was the biggest draw card for us that Honi was happy for us to leave her unsupervised while we were out. Honi even bought her inside for a bit to keep out of the sun while we were out, which was so kind and we appreciated so much. The garden and patio area was so peaceful and relaxing, the bed and pillows were great, had a fully stocked fridge with breakfast items. Was a fantastic stay - one of the best we've had in a while. Will definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect for me being so close to work. Amy and Ian were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would happily stay there again.

Ruth’s house was immaculately kept and was so comfortable. Really appreciate the light touches like a jar of water, jam, butter and bread. Ruth’s house has books, toys etc for a wide ranging age and it even kept my eleven month old baby entertained. Lovely garden as well. Ruth was super responsive and sent us the link of her guidebook way ahead of our stay. Highly recommend!

Hospitality plus 10! Jeffrey and his wife are extremely lovely hosts. I stayed for 1 week as the location suited me for work. Their accommodation caters for Bed and Breakfast guests as well as Airbnb guests. Therefore the accommodation is set up mainly to cater for guests who need an ensuite room and an option for breakfast. Due to the commercial part of the bed & breakfast you will not be able to use the main kitchen. There are plenty of nearby dining options though. The house has plenty of parking and is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood outer Perth city centre (North). A two Minute drive or 10 minute walk takes you to nearby Warwick Garden shopping centre. Very easy access to the motorway and even better a train station (within a two minute walk) direct to Perth city centre. Secure walking access from the property straight to the train car park. The BEST thing is the train is below ground. Absolutely no noise can be heard to interrupt your stay. The entrance to the ensuite rooms are seperate from the hosts part of the house which keeps hosts and guests seperate. However Jeffrey is up for a chat when he is around. The rooms are spotless, well appointed with comfortable bed, ample, wardrobe space, bathroom, tv, kettle, microwave, tea, coffee, aircon. There is a breakfast option available for $10 between 8am-9am. Cereals, toast and hot dish (changes daily). A great deal for $10 and I was impressed with the options. If the times do not suit the rooms are set up with toaster etc. Overall i was very happy with my stay. I liked that I was seperate from the family and had my privacy and yet Jeffrey was readily available for a chat and cup of coffee. The seperate entrance meant I did not disturb the family when I came back late. Would happily recommend and stay again!

The house is located in a very high-class district. Beautiful architecture around, deep silence, and lot of birds. Walking distance to Swan River, as well as to the bus stop -next few minutes you are in the historical district of Old Fremantle. Janice is a very friendly person in a practical way - example - I forgot to buy a lemon - I've got a lemon. I had problem with travel bag - I've got a nice travel bag. Not "just smile" - but practical help. Highly recommended for visitors who love to spend their time in quiet.

If you’re looking to kick back and relax, feel pampered and unplug from the world, this is the perfect place for that. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful hospitality. The bed lived up to the hype - so comfy! And the brekkie was so nourishing and delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

We book this accommodation for my husbands parents, Teresa was lovely and friendly on check in and on one other occasion when we met her. My in-laws said she was helpful and friendly and cooked breakfast every morning for those that wanted it. The place appeared nice and clean and the bedroom was spacious. The only negative thing my in-laws had to say was that Teresa daily left their bedroom door opened to air the room when they were out, and they would return to the B&B to find the room door pinned opened. This made them uncomfortable as there were several other guests also staying that walked passed their bedroom on entry and exit as they room was beside the front entrance and their passports and valuables were inside. That said, they did not communicate this concern to Teresa. I sure if they had she would not have left their door opened.

Jan is adorable, very welcome, it was a pleasure to meet her. It is a very charming place and the room was great.
