Ethan’s place was perfect. We were in town for the Dodgers game so we were coming and going. It was super easy to find and get into thanks to the clear instructions. It was a very cute and peaceful place and we would definitely stay here again.

Clean place. Didn’t realize it was attached to a larger house. Not clear in the description. Luckily it was still quite private so that was nice. Very clean. Felt right at home. I was a little unsettled when I found that people were coming into the gated private area while we were staying there. Someone came to get the trash cans and the landscaper was also in the private gated yard and also blocked us in the driveway. While I understand the needs of these services a heads up would have been nice. Just unexpected. Other than that it was great and very close to the Disneyland resort.

This is a lovely, private studio on a hill. While it overlooks the 2, it is far enough away that the road just provides background sound like surf. The far view to the north is beautiful and the immediate neighborhood very quiet. We loved the unit. It is extremely well equipped and comes with thoughtful instructions on how everything works. We particularly appreciated good coffee and the fixings. The kitchenette had all we needed for stowing and serving our usual continental breakfast. Bed and bedding were excellent, as were the other furnishings. Plenty of hot water. Good off street parking. Lots of usb outlets. Heat pump for heat and cooling. The hosts clearly want this place to work for their guests. We will return here.

We absolutely loved staying with Gemma. Lovely place, really put so much love into it. Furniture is amazing, really high quality and loads of great taste. The whole family was super cute, they helped us with the laundry, brought us some delicious out milk and cookies as a welcome present, always responded in time. This was exactly the experience you aim for on platforms like air BnB. Absolute highlight!

This was a great airbnb, perfect for staying in a great location in LA. Everything went really smoothly with check and Sarah and Justin were both very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

Very comfortable stay, 10/10 would stay agaim

My sister and I stayed at Plum Tree Inn while having a girls weekend in Pasadena. Lee was very easy to communicate with and his house is in a historic neighborhood that we enjoyed walking around. There is a lot of things to do and see in Pasadena and this was a great base camp for all our activities. If we return, we'd love to stay here again.

Jenny has an excellent place nice and cozy really clean with all amenities awesome neighborhood very safe surroundings definitely will be staying again in the upcoming months. Thanks Jenny

This was our 2nd stay and it's still a great place! Comfortable beds, super shower and a kitchen with what I needed for the 2 dinners I made. You're close to Eldred Street Stairs, a real uphill slog, but worth it!

John was great and would answer our emails quickly. The place is absolutely adorable. The shower is amazing! Our dog had a little yard to play in. It really is the perfect place to stay. We would stay here again if the need arises. We even told our friends incase they need a place to stay in the future.

Brian was very responsive during our entire visit. Place was clean and exactly as described. Close to York and a stone’s throw away from all the bars and restaurants on Fig. Bed was also very comfortable.

Came to Long Beach to grand dog sit while my son made move from ATL. Extended my stay, accommodations have been great! Private back yard for the dogs. However, non Airbnb related. I have contributed to City of Long Beach with all my traffic violations! Note to country folks visiting, watch out for street sweeping times, no parking signs and red paint! Beautiful stay and city none the less! I will return.

This was the perfect place to stay for my family and I. We have two small children and a dog. We loved having the large kitchen and dining room to cook and eat together. The couches were extremely comfortable and perfect for watching TV together. It was great having the two extra futons in each bedroom so there was plenty of sleeping space for us. The neighborhood is the perfect quiet, safe, residential neighborhood we were looking for our family.

Overall great place to stay, Ida was very helpful with her thorough descriptions of everything. In the middle of everything distance wise. Perfect size for three people. 10/10 experience.

This was our first stay at an Airbnb and it was a great one. Winnie was very communicative both in response to our questions and proactively. The place was in a nice neighborhood setting, very close to many of the attractions we wanted to see. The place was clean and spacious for the three of us. While there were multiple rental units in the building, our stay was quiet and peaceful. We absolutely recommend Winnie and would stay at her place again.

Great place! Cute furniture, private entrance, assigned parking, working kitchen, hosts were attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. Liquor store, fruit stand and food within walking distance and close to the freeway. Would definitely stay again! My family and I felt right at home.

Wonderful space and very easy to function in. Had the windows open the whole time and never used heat or A/C! Quick walk to the beach and to the cutest downtown! Perfect location. Very quiet and peaceful. We hated to leave!!
