I felt welcomed and very much at home from the moment I came in. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The rest of the house is well kept too. Sallieu is such a great host as well! He is very personable and a great conversationalist . He is attentive to the needs of his guests and goes out of his way to make sure you feel at home as much as possible. Will definitely be staying again!

Really clean and spacious room!! The closet is HUGE and can fit all of my stuff. Shirley and her family are very sweet and welcoming and definitely will make you feel like home!!

The rental has a great location- very close to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, close to the beach. For the price, it's great space at a convenient location. I love the well-maintained community space and pool. Some negatives: No AC. The unit heats up considerably during the day. No neighborhood street parking without a permit. The garage is nice space for standard sedans or smaller vehicles. It's a challenge for mini-vans and SUVs to park. Noisy due to the unit is next to a busy street.

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the walkable distance to downtown Disney security only taking 8-10mins with young kids, and then another 2minutes and you’re at the monorail stop. Has lots of amenities and appliances to make meal prep easy, especially the slow cooker! It was clean & tidy with all the Disney extras, however it is showing a bit of wear. Pool and playground were excellent and even on the cooler days the big hot tub was good.

Great place for the price! Very quiet and peaceful. Very clean and in good conditions. The host is very proactive, responsive and friendly!

it's a good experience

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

Amazing place to stay. Extremely spacious and extremely accommodating for me and my friends. 10/10 would stay here again. There were bathrooms in every room which was convenient. The kitchen was stocked with the basic necessities needed and everything was thoughtfully labeled. The hosts stayed in communication the entire time and gave us very clear instructions so our check in was a breeze. The only suggestion I would provide is to not get a big car if you’re not a professional at parking. The garage can fit two cars but it is quite narrow. Our camry fit just fine.

The description on the app is spot on and Vui has been very flexible and accommodating with our needs. The house was so clean and well maintained. It is sooooo near the mall and restaurants especially the cafe bakery just across. Our family would love to rent this place again on our future California vacation!

Sylena’s place was extremely clean and exactly as described. We had a seamless arrival with clear instructions and she even worked it out for us to check in a few hours early. This was a great place to stay and I highly recommend!

Great stay! Katie was super clear and responded very promptly. The unit was spotlessly clean and was spacious too. The beds, in my opinion the most important part of an Airbnb, were great so we all slept very well. The unit is a short walk to spectacular sushi - Ikigai - amazing! We'll definitely be back!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Antonio’s place. The unit was completely spotless from top to bottom. I felt extremely safe and comfortable with the location. Antonio was communicative and welcoming. I would definitely recommend his place and stay here again. 10/10 experience.

A casa atendeu super bem os 3 casais, ficamos super a vontade, instalações impecáveis, um bom sistema de ar condicionado. A Júlia foi muito atenciosa, sempre respondendo rápido e com exatidão. Excelente localidade para nós que também fomos à Disney, ficou geograficamente próximo. Apenas acrescentaria uma ou duas panelas, tipo uma de pressão para nós que estávamos cozinhando fez falta. Super recomendo esta casa.

Home is fabulous!! Bright, airy, and just so cool to be up in the hills. So many patios and outdoor spaces - we spent a lot of time on the roof deck. Ade and his wife were super responsive and friendly. Very comfortable beds, and bedrooms are well spaced on the lower floor for privacy. We feel extremely lucky to have found this place!!! While you aren’t *actually* far from things, I found going down the hill for errands to be something I just didn’t do bc I *felt* really far away. That was probably a psychological barrier (I’m a city kid who is used to walking a block for anything she needs) but just be aware once you’re there, you won’t want to leave. Finally - Ade is not joking about the dip in the road right before the house. If your car doesn’t have good clearance, park before it. Our Nissan Rogue was fine if we took it slow.

We loved our stay! The house is a treat to stay in, the terrace with great views is amazing and the terrace furniture comfortable for breakfast or any meals, outside in the sun. The beds really comfy and the kitchen equipped perfectly for our stay. The house was clean and the hosts responsive at all times. The parking space a perfect plus. We’d love to come back, next time we visit LA.

Shawn’s place was spacious, clean, and each of us had our own bed and bathroom, perfect for teens/kids who like their own space. Check in instructions were easy, Shawn was a great communicator and responsive, and I’d stay here again!

Fantastic place & great host; highly recommend

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!
