I had a great time. Perfect location. The apartment was in the best condition, I did not feel any discomfort. The host answered questions very quickly and tried to help. The only caveat is the parking, it is really quite narrow, my range rover fit with difficulty, sometimes I used the passenger door to get out. Definitely worth the money, I will definitely come back again. thank you.

Ideal for my requirements, visiting family, stayed a month - location excellent .Accurate description of property.Clean & neat. Very close to Kings Park - great walking area. Did have an issue with the hot water, Roger notified, it was fixed quickly- despite the looming holiday period - thank you Roger for the bottle of wine ( for the inconvenience) Hopefully it will be available on my next trip to Perth , would definitely return if it’s available.

We had a more than fantastic stay. It was almost a five star hotel experience with super attentive hosts arranging for toys, candy and wine as a welcome gift. We never had such fantastic service. The apartment has everything you want, and more. All the amenities you need, comfy beds, tenniscourt (balls and rackets in the apartment) pool and the city very close by as well as the Kings Park, which might very well be the most beautiful park we have ever seen.

The apartment although on the first floor was quiet with no external noise. Fully fitted with all I needed and in good condition. I have booked to return as I needed to vacate due to prior bookings highly recommended. I use Airbnb a lot for business and this apartment was very good

David is a great and responsive host. The apartment is well maintained and clean, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It’s conveniently located, within walking distance to central Perth and next to King’s Park. There are buses to town if you do not feel like walking. My family enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic apartment - extremely large and spacious 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people. Location was very convenient to various Perth attractions, whether walking, driving or public transport. Only downside was the onsite car park being very small and tight, however, the staff were very helpful in locating alternative car parking arrangements. Overall, the apartment was much better than our expectations.

We love stayed here. Strategic location and it feels like home. the appartment design and layout are efficient and effective. Personaly, I love the curtain flow and the tone colour the owner had chose. This building is very well maintain. The coridor carpet and wall is clean. I had a great stay at Ross’s Airbnb—it met all my expectations! The support was excellent. I accidentally left the key inside the apartment and got locked out, but Mrs. Dot was incredibly kind and came all the way from her home to help me. The place is well-located, very comfortable, and safe. I highly recommend it! 100%

What a fantastic place, view and stay. Exceeded my expectations, would to stay here again. The hosts are incredibly helpful and responsive. I had a few issues and they were immediately on to it and kind in their responses despite my difficulties. The view is really amazing, you won't be disappointed. Comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen, and a great bathroom. The place is very tastefully presented and designed, there's lots to look at and has a retro feel (reminded me of growing up a lot). As the hosts clearly describe in the listing, the parking in the garage is (very) challenging, or at least it was for me. You want to be good at reversing. The place is on the third level with no lift, so that can be tricky with luggage, but that's why you have such an amazing view. Once you are inside you will be very happy and can enjoy (and the windows actually open, unlike some newer places). Highly recommend, great spot and a huge park is nearby for exercise.

If are not driving the nearest supermarket and train station are 15 minutes walk away. I would advise meeting the host as locating the property is not straightforward.

A nice quiet apartment in a great location near to everything you could need- good coffee shops, restaurants, shopping strip & complex, train station, parks, lots of amenities around. The apartment was located at the back of the complex and opened out onto a quiet back street with lovely tall gum trees where I could watch the birds. Apartment was very well equipped and main bed was comfy (only one I used). I had a 10 day stay with minimal issues and any concerns raised were promptly responded to and resolved. Was a heat wave during my stay and bedrooms do get warm as air con only in main living area however ample pedestal fans were provided. Appliances were modern and in good working order. No lift access so be mindful if not able to use stairs as on second level. Older decor but still very comfortable. Good security with remote gates & felt safe in the area and complex. Pool was very clean and fresh. Nice neighbours. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment, beatific views of swan river, wonderful location, easily accessible. Both Andrew and Evelyn were so helpful and so prompt in addressing our queries. The vacuum cleaner had some battery issues and within a few hours of informing Evelyn, Andrew arrived the next day with a new vacuum cleaner. Apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The convenience stores and supermarket are literally a minute’s walk. Will definitely be back here again. Thanks Andrew and Evelyn for your wonderful hospitality.

It was our first time in Perth and Northbridge was close to everything. We walked everywhere. The accommodation was neat and clean. Communication with the team was quick and responsive. They checked up on us in the first 24 hour and that made us feel welcome.

Excellent apartment located in the center of CBD. Few minutes walk to train station, Woolworths and various shopping malls. Instructions to get the key is straightforward too. Phoebe was very responsive to our queries.

Comfortable clean apartment In Subiaco. Loved dining at Shui and great coffee from Community coffee co. Most restaurants are a 10 minute walk. Apartment is quiet and has great security

We had a wonderful stay. Ashlea and Liam were great to deal with and helped us get familiar with the local area and a few events on at the time. Place is in a great spot, easy access to the city and some nice local shops and coffee. My wife and I enjoyed morning walk / runs along the river. Kids loved the big tv, the double bed / bunk and of course the pool and sauna, which didn't seem to get any use other than us! Loved our stay and look forward to coming again on our next visit to Perth!
