Awesome place to stay for a comfortable time away with your family. The location is great, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. Nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. The highlight is certainly the backyard, the pool was great for cooling off and entertaining kids. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place and felt like your own private resort. Min was very accommodating and responsive to ensure our stay was highly enjoyable.

We loved our stay here! The location was fantastic, right near the beach which was within a comfortable walking distance and so were shops, cafes, bars etc. It’s in a peaceful residential neighborhood but offers complete privacy! The house was clean, comfortable, homely and was very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a godsend to use in the heat of summer! There was just the one bathroom but there were additionally two outside showers. Tania was very helpful, friendly and responsive to any of our questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend a stay here to anyone else! Thanks Tania.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

Allan is always the best host, from the big basket of fresh fruit he supplied to the helpful tips on the area. He is always prompt with his replies to anything that we ask and I highly recommend his place. We have stayed here a number of times and hope to be back same time next year.

We had a wonderful stay at David's place! The location is truly unbeatable, just 300 meters from the beach. It's incredibly convenient, with easy access to shops for daily necessities. The area is filled with great restaurants by the sea, and I highly recommend visiting them before sunset for a magical experience. During our stay, the dishwasher unfortunately broke down. However, David's team responded promptly and provided outstanding assistance. Their quick and positive reaction really impressed us. The beddings and towels were comfortable. David's team even prepared toiletries and cleaning supplies, and everything was exactly as described. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. Once again, thank you so much for your care. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. The location was perfect—quiet and close to River. Helles, sauberes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung und einem Tiefgaragenplatz. Mit den detaillierten Anweisungen von Lyda war es kein Problem, in das Apartment zu gelangen. Zum Zentrum von Perth haben wir zu Fuß nur eine Viertelstunde gebraucht. Zum Kings Park sind wir dann doch mit dem Auto gefahren, da der Park auf einem Hügel liegt (viele Stufen) und es an diesem Tag sehr heiß war. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nicht den Verkehrslärm vom Straßendrehkreuz. Wir können das Apartment von Lyda uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Beautiful, quiet apartment right across the road from the beach. Perfect for our short beach getaway away. Only down side was that the top bunk wasn’t made up for our stay so the child had to sleep with one of the adults. Otherwise the apartment was clean, conveniently located and comfortable.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living.
