Good place to stay. Close to facilities.

Our business took us to Albury for a weekend filled with presentations and meetings. We looked for somewhere that was within walking distance of cafes and restaurants, spacious, uncluttered, clean, private and quiet. Preferably with a garden to chill in the morning and evening. Terri's place ticketed all those boxes - and more! The house has a huge kitchen, a deep bath for an end of day soak (thank you!) as well as timber floors, which both add to the charm and keep each room invitingly dust free. Check in was hassle free and Terri's communication was warm & friendly. When we found out our puppy sitter could no longer look after our Toy Cavoodle, we appreciated that furbaby's are welcome, so we were able to pivot and take her with us for the 3 day stay. Thank you Terri. We look forward to staying again over the course of the year! Misha & Ken

My stay was very comfortable. the premisses are nice and private. There is a good walking path close by.

Amazing place, perfect for families with kids, particularly young children. Walking distance to a beautiful park with playground and a swimming pool with kids splash pad and kids play area.

A lovely house just a short walk from the shops, cafe. Lisa was very responsive and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

we enjoyed our stay at Tashs . Beds were very comfortable but pillows were a bit soft for me. There was a great shop called Pillowtalk and I had an excuse to my buy myself a new pillow. we drove in at night so we didn't see the surrounds. It was a lovely surprise to wake up to views of the lake and the cows in the paddock behind us that ran all the way up a hill. Fantastic shower with great pressure . TV was large and easy to set up. Lots of seating. The kitchen had everything you needed amd more . We came back early yesterday just to relax there. A great short break away discovering the treasures of Albury. Oh the back yard was great for the dogs. We are looking forward to meeting here again.

Mandy’s home was a beautiful, contemporary county home set amongst lovely old gums, honking geese and a VERY friendly welcome by a friendly pup. Mandy herself welcomed us as soon as we arrived and was lovely and helpful. The guesthouse was huge yet welcoming and furnished with beautiful furnishings. Couldn’t fault anything. Highly recommend a stay to anyone 👏👏 Mike

We loved our New Year's break at the Captain's Cottage. Jamie and Linda are great hosts who, after providing some excellent recommendations for things to do in the area in advance and making us feel welcome when checking in, respected our privacy throughout our stay. They were particularly patient with our dog, who also took a shine to them, and was fond of visiting them without an invitation! The cottage itself was clean, cosy and lived up to the other excellent reviews. Jamie and Linda had thought of everything: from the quaint nautical themed decor to the complimentary breakfast supplies and port. Highlights for us were the hot tub, the views of sunset from the veranda, and saying hello to the horses in the neighbouring paddock. Our only regrets by the end of our visit were that we didn't find time to use the pool and that we didn't stay for longer!

We stayed one night as we were traveling though. The cabin was compact but comfortable and had all the essentials. The sanctuary is absolutely amazing and the animals were incredible. You have to visit Ray the ostrich and see him dance. So awesome. At first we were a little wary of the huge free ranging turkey but after getting to know him, we became best friends, and he followed us around the farm acting as our tour guide! He is a beautiful creature. We love Tommy the friendly turkey :D there's also a vast range of other impressive animals like camels and Canadian elks. It's like having a zoo all to yourself. We appreciated the late check out so we had time to enjoy the farm in the morning before we left. We met one of the hosts who was very welcoming and showed us around, it was great to hear some of the stories behind these animal rescues. You can see these animals get a lot of love and live happy lives here. Great place and hope to be back one day.

Muskaan was kind and helpful and was responsive to address issues we face with respect to hot water.. great place to stop over on our way to Melbourne.. close to a fuel station and restaurant.

We loved our stay in the cottage, on route to NSW. So many wonderful antiques and fun decor. The breakfast provisions were great. Our Labrador loved the property and the set up is perfect for pets. Highly recommended.

This was perfect for our family getaway with plenty of space, great view of the countryside, a large refreshing pool in the high temperatures we had, lots of character in our rustic cottage and close to historical Beechworth and what it has to offer. Linda’s and Jamie’s welcome treats were most appreciated. We will be back.

We loved staying at Must Love Dogs with our two cavoodles. The accomodation is walking distance to the Main Street and only a short drive to the wineries. Chris was so friendly and accomodating. Her delicious breakfasts and chats in the morning were our favourite part. We can’t wait to return for another cup of tea from Chris’ Chihuahua tea pot 👌🏻

This was a lovely place to spend a night in Albury. Very peaceful and shaded, lovely gardens and pool. Connie was super helpful and managed to find us before we left town as we had forgotten a couple of items. Definitely a great place to spend some time in Albury near the Murray.

Jessica’s place was private and quiet It suited us as it was just round the corner from our niece who we were visiting

We are second time visitors and we will no doubt be back! Amy is a lovely host who accommodates all our requests. The house and property is always immaculate with many supplies and extra items for use. Amy left a small Xmas tree for our family along with croissants, chocolates and bon bons. So very thoughtful! Thank you very much Amy you are a superstar host!

Lovely stay for one night passing through. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave.
