Un sitio excelente, un poco complicado si no llevas tu propio auto. La casa muy amplia y bien equipada, con muy buenas vistas. Ideal para ir con muchas personas.

Tuvimos problemas un poco para el ingreso por que íbamos en carros separados con mis familiares por las normas de la residencial , pero se movieron rápido y nos ayudaron sin tema lo demás súper bien limpio , buena ubicación todo muy tranquilo

Tuve una excelente estancia en este alojamiento. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo lo que quería visitar en Antigua, y el lugar es muy acogedor y bien cuidado. El anfitrión fue muy atento y me hizo sentir como en casa. ¡Sin duda volvería

We met Dahlila and her husband Bob, so friendly and so helpful with anything we asked. We loved their history of the home and the story of their refurbish. Their son was really helpful with several transportation needs that we asked about. Even though it was a busy Semana Santa weekend? Dahlias helped us to find a place to rest when we came in on a very early flight. We loved the home and family!!

La casa, la ubicación, el entorno es espectacular. La casa es preciosa y cuenta con todo lo necesario, el condominio es muy tranquilo. Sin duda alguna regresaremos con mi familia a pasar otro fin de semana desconectados de lo exterior y tener un ambiente de paz y tranquilidad.

We simply enjoyed our stay in what we are renaming “La Casita.” Not only does it have an authentic rustic vibe true to Antigua but it was just as cozy & felt right at home! Jonathan was a pleasure to work with all along and very responsive from the beginning… Emma (house manager) was also a pleasure to have around when she stopped by and a very kind hearted lady! Overall the house had everything we needed and it was within walking distance or a short drive to A LOT of restaurants, shops, tiendas & THE BEST Panaderia (bakery) which was literally next door! An added bonus were the wonderful neighbors across the street (yes we met the neighbors too :) - everyone was so pleasant & a true representation of the magnificent warm local culture.

Un lugar muy bonito, fácil de encontrar, el lugar es exactamente como se ve en las fotografías, el orden y la limpieza del lugar fue impecable cuando llegamos, se nos hizo un lugar muy accesible para poder ver la procesión del Quinto Domingo de Cuaresma y poder vivir al máximo la experiencia de ver alfombras y la procesión a menos de una cuadra del apartamento.

Very good value. Host was very responsive. Place is larger than it looks in the photos and has actual hot running water, which is rare in Guatemala. Lots of helpful amenities like paper towels, large coffee maker and non slip mat for shower. The fireplace is functional and it has a rain shower head.

Loved this little cozy apartment at the heart of Antigua Guatemala. Lots of great places around and felt right at home. Wifi works great if you’re looking for a remote place to work. I’d say if stairs are hot you’re thing … don’t go for it. The terrace space is smaller than what pictures look like but still great views!

The apartment was perfect and included all the Amenities you need to feel at home. The location was spot on and convenient, it was in walking distance to Central Park and many shops and restaurants but far out enough that we were not impacted by procession road closures. Plus it had secured parking and access to apartment complex which was nice. Bonus points for me were hot water, washer and dryer. Demmi was very communicative and accommodating. Definitely would book here again!

We were delighted by our unique experience at this Villa. It is much larger than one can understand by the photos, and the beds were all very comfortable. The daily breakfast and coffee by Delmi was lovely…just ask to get more clarity on what is planned to serve and when they’ll serve to help streamline. The location is ideal for walking in to town to explore, while also feeling like you’re in a peaceful compound. Overall, we loved our time there!

Great property in a perfect location. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The villa was huge, nicely decorated and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and there were a few pleasant surprises, like coffee and teas, plenty of shampoos and shower gels, an ample supply of dishes and kitchenware and extra blankets and pillows. The host was extremely responsive, always responding within minutes. We had a wonderful stay!

Nuestra estadía en La Antigua fue maravillosa, creo que no tanto por los alrededores sino por el lugar que rentamos, la casa era espectacular, la decoración increíble, la limpieza impecable, honestamente nos daban más ganas de quedarnos adentro que de salir. la señora Waleska fue extremadamente amable, cortez y siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades. La casa se encuentra como a un km del centro (muy cerca), está en un condominio privado con seguridad (muy importante), cae agua fría y caliente, hay agua para beber, hay tiendas muy cerca para comprar cualquier enser que haga falta, la entrada del condominio está 24/7 disponible. honestamente este lugar es una joya. muy muy satisfecha.

Muy bonita villa, de acuerdo a las fotografías, la casa se encontraba muy bien decorada y limpia, los cuidadores muy amables y Ricardo siempre atento, muy cerca del centro de Antigua Guatemala. Muy buena estadía. Le daría un plus si las habitaciones contaran con AC por lo demás 10/10

I rented this villa for my parents to celebrate their birthdays, and I couldn't have asked for a better place! Sofia, the host, was exceptional in her communication and went above and beyond by arranging a chef to come cook for them. My parents were so impressed with the property that they didn’t want to leave! The villa was beautifully maintained, and the ambiance made their celebration truly special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories. Thank you, Sofia, for making their birthday celebration so perfect!
