5 stelle piene e meritatissime! L'alloggio è molto carino, decisamente accogliente e dotato di ogni confort. Alessandro è un host sempre disponibile e attento alle necessità. Mi sono trovato a soggiornare qui per un periodo abbastanza lungo in attesa di trasferirmi nella mia nuova casa e devo dire sinceramente che non poteva andarmi meglio! Grazie!!

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la nostra breve vacanza a Roma. Stefania è un host super amichevole ed è sempre stata attiva nelle nostre domande o richieste. La casa era come descritta in foto ed era stra pulita ed ordinata. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione come struttura per una nostra prossima visita nella capitale.

Buon compleano , mon amoureuse et moi souhaitions pouvoir écrire quelques lignes pour remercier Fernando, pour sa disponibilité autant à l’arrivé que par message et la qualité de son logement. Il nous a répondu tout le long du séjour pour nous orienter vers les meilleurs adresses de Rome. Son logement est impeccable, propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour, un énorme plus pour les linges de maison et de bain jusqu’aux chaussons neufs pour sortir de la douche. La salle de bain est à l’image de Rome, élégante et raffiné. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire jusqu’à l’adapteur pour la cafetière indispensable avant d’aller dans le vieille ville romaine a seulement 15mn en bus du logement grâce à la ligne de bus en bout de rue. We really enjoyed our stay at Ambra's place! The apartment is lovely—modern and nicely furnished—and Ambra really cared about our comfort during the stay. The only minor things to mention are that there was some construction affecting the metro, so the connection to the center wasn't ideal (though likely just temporary), and the water pressure/temperature was a bit inconsistent.

Nos pasamos súper rico la estancia, nos reservamos un poco justo de tiempo pero Dunia se facilitó todo. Las instrucciones estaban muy claros por la llegada. La ubicación es estupenda, cerca la fontana trevi, el metro línea A, y muchos restaurantes/tiendas. Nosotros quedamos 3 en el piso y la verdad fue súper cómodo que el piso tiene un salón muy amplio. No solo había sofá cama pero una cama plegable. La cocina estaba todo equipada con café cargado de buen calidad. Nos pasamos de maravilla, 100% recomendable.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

Très jolie appartement , propre, avec tout le confort pour un couple, literie confortable. Tomasz et son épouse ont été au petit soin et très réactif à chaque demande. Je recommande vivement

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni nella villetta di Fabio. Giardino splendido per nostra figlia di 2 anni e la nostra cagnolona, tutto recintato e sicuro. La casa è vicinissima a tante altre ville, ma non è assolutamente mancata la privacy. La ferrovia è di fronte, passano molti treni ma la villa gode di infissi spettacolari che attutiscono i forti rumori. A 5 minuti a piedi ci sono i servizi e il mare poco più distante, per raggiungere Santa Marinella e le spiagge occorre la macchina. La casa dentro è piccola ma c'è tutto quello di cui uno ha bisogno, ordinato e semplice. Fabio è stato un host disponibile e gentile in tutte le nostre richieste e necessità. Grazie mille speriamo di ritornare presto.

Was a second stay and was just as good as the first. Our host was very helpful and gracious with us on early check in and late check out.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

A good host and a home that matches the description is rare to find these days on AirBnb. Gian Piero’s home was exactly as described and he was a very proactive, responsive host. I wish more AirBnBs are as smooth and accurate as my experience. Easy 5/5 stars.

Great place to stay, the host is very responsive, his place is super clean and neat that makes you feel like home. Also there is some snacks and coffee which are very kind of the host to make sure his guests are comfortable. Airport transfer can be easily arranged with the host at better price and convenience.

Alloggio accogliente per 5 persone... pulito e a pochi passi dal mare... stare attendi alla doccia per 5.. essendoci un boiler, i primi che fanno la doccia non devono sostare troppo sotto la doccia... per il resto tutto ok...

Really sweet flat that is right in the heart of Rome! The listing is accurate and the apartment does have everything two people would need for their stay. We really loved the patio upstairs! We loved our stay and would recommend.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

This was such a great location…right across the street from the colosseum, a grocery store steps away from the front door, and surrounded by many excellent restaurants. We loved the patio and spent many nights sitting out there drinking wine. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and had lots of space.

certainly super hosts in a super apartment. the hosts were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and before that. the apartment is quaint and beautiful and 5 minute walk for st.peters basilica, walking distance from many other important spots and from comfortable public transport. the street was busy and hechtic during the day but the apartment is quiet and private. in summary, it was really supper.

My two sisters and I stayed at Rudi’s home for 4 nights. Upon our arrival in Rome, we had planned to meet my niece for a birthday lunch and Rudi was very flexible with our check-in time. He was friendly and helpful with the instructions about the lift to the sixth floor condo, which was clean, bright and spacious. We always felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed sitting on the 2 patios taking in the view of the city a few times. We were walking distance from all the sights in Rome with cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby. Rudi checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and our self check out was easy. We had a lovely stay in Rome at Rudi’s home!

Notre séjour chez Roberto et Marta a été parfait du début à la fin. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Ils nous ont fourni toutes les instructions nécessaires pour que tout se passe au mieux. Le logement était impeccable et conforme à nos attentes. Si nous revenons à Rome, c’est sans hésitation chez eux que nous souhaiterions séjourner à nouveau. Nous les recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience authentique et sans faille ! Nous avons déjà voyagé, mais nous ne sommes jamais tombés sur des hôtes aussi sympa et qui prennent vraiment leur rôle à cœur ! Merci à eux, on en gardera un très bon souvenir de cette expérience 😁

Easily my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot. Beautiful, well designed apartment, beautiful view, great location in a great area. Walkable to everything. The guide that was provided was the most extensive guide I've ever gotten; you don't even need a travel guide. Every restaurant we ate at was a recommendation from the guide and was excellent. If you have an early or late plane, I suggest letting them book a transfer for you. It's only 10 euros more than the standard cab fare and so convenient. Highly, highly recommend!
