Second time staying here. Great place. Easy to get around, especially to the university.

Excellent in all aspects, providing everything we desired for our short stay weekend meeting with friends which had been prevented by original lockdown by Covid which was enjoyed by all.

Clean, brighf,restful and perfect for a family of 3 plus dog. We love the history of the place and its character, as well as the view. Beds really comfortable which is a big win from us

Colleen was really friendly and helpful, really quick with responses and the annex was beautiful and spotless. We were so impressed for such a good price!

Michelle was super helpful and so was the receptionist. Lovely little getaway!

Lovely, cosy little place perfect for short stays. Very clean and tidy and decent location. Only thing I would say is be weary in the Winter. Unfortunately for us it was minus 3 degrees the day we decided to go, and the heating had not been on at all and it was very very cold in the flat, taking quite a while to warm up. But like I said it was a rare very cold day. Otherwise, very nice.

This was due to be a longer term rent, but circumstances changed. Vanessa and Martin were brilliant, they supplied a freezer with 24 hours and were available for any questions. I would definitely stay there again, if needed. Thank you

Beautiful place to stay in the Essex countryside. Price was extremely fair compared to a previous air BnB about 3 miles away and a lot smaller! Williams property was clean and well kept. A very comfortable sleep and lovely hot showers , would highly recommend

We stayed at Hedgehog chalet with our 2 children as a base to explore a bit of Suffolk. The Chalet was easy to find, plenty of parking and easy to access. Beautifully presented, fresh and clean , the kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the crisp white bed linen and towels were lovely ! There is a nice courtyard garden space too. Rachel left an informative welcome guide to the local area , attractions and restaurants which we found very useful. This was the perfect space for our weekend break and would highly recommend for a small family.

This place is really special. We felt at home straight away and our little dog did too! It was comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you could need. It feels like it was once a loved home. Minutes from the beach and really nice restaurants, pier etc. Perfect communication from Maureen. We had a great time and would love to go back soon.

We stayed at Stuart's apartment for a weekend and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and functional located a very short walk from the town centre with pubs, bars and restaurants all nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ipswich or just for time away to relax.

Really enjoyed my stay , both Rachel and Marilyn very helpful and responsive to messages. It was an ideal location personally for me visiting relatives . Very comfortable bed. Lovely to have some provisions for breakfast especially the homemade marmalade . It was good to meet Marilyn the owner who made me feel very welcome.

The Flat had everything I needed and was in a central location, as a host they were very responsive if I had any queries. I would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was calm and peaceful especially with the local walking trails and the hot tub. As well as the peacocks who came up to be fed with the peacock food that was provided; it was a nice touch. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful and cosy apartment, clean, great amenities. Clear communication from the host made check-in super easy :). Location is both close to the train station and to Ipswich Town Centre (shops, restaurants, etc). Would love to stay here again!! Much love <3
