We enjoyed the stay, as Floridians were not quite used to mountain driving so it took a bit longer to get to and from than we had thought

House was beautiful and was perfect for our family getaway! Ashley was very accommodating and helpful with all of our questions and requests! Would definitely rent from her again!

Our group had a fabulous time at the lake home. Jerry was an excellent host who gave us clear instructions on getting to the house and checked in with us during our stay. My kids were thrilled with all the fun activities in the downstairs space and wanted to be on the lake with the canoe and pedal boat as much as possible (despite the cold temps). Bedrooms were comfortable, and we loved cooking in the spacious kitchen. Easy drive to different hiking trails and into Knoxville. We hope to return in the warmer months to be able to utilize the amazing outdoor kitchen.

Michael’s house was a wonderful find. From the cleanliness and comfy feeling to the beautiful front porch and back yard. You feel right at home. Personally loved the modern look in the country cabin vibe. Amenities were just how described. With a well stocked kitchen. The pack and play. The highchair. The spacious bedrooms. Clean bathrooms. Michael’s place had everything you would need for your stay. Really a home away from home. The hosts were extremely responsive. Positive and diligent to make sure any needs we needed were met. I look forward to staying again. Cheers!

Beautiful and fun retreat to spend a long weekend with family!

Our family felt right at home for the weekend. We had plenty of space, all the necessities and more. Communication was above and beyond. Hope to come back in the summer.

The home was as beautiful and peaceful as well as the location and view. Inside the home also did not disappoint being clean and welcoming. John was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Nice location and great views. Liked the double decker dock. Place was clean - second cabin was nice - definitely older but the main house was updated and very nice. Had several kayaks and a paddle board. Life jackets available if needed. Roads were nice and easy to travel on to get there. Hosts required contract to sign which seemed a little excessive but they were prompt to response to any questions.

Beautiful Cottage overlooking the lake with all the amenities necessary for a relaxing vacation!! Loved the open space inside with lots of windows to view the lake!! It is clean & organized with very little clutter in the space & we enjoyed the use of the large deck with the gas grill!! Jeff & Krista are super wonderful Hosts; down to earth, flexible, accessible, very hospitable & just really nice people!!! They were always responsive & consistent, when we needed specific advice & recommendations for tire service, a local butcher, grocery, etc...!!! We decided it was one of our top 3 AirBnb's of all time!! Thank you for helping to make our stay relaxing, peaceful, fun & low stress!!! We had such a Wonderful Thanksgiving weekend in Sneedville with our family! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us and our pups. It was exactly what we were looking for!! Such a cozy cottage with beautiful surroundings. Thank you for being so flexible with check in! We will be back in the spring for sure and for all of our other trips to Sneedville. Amazing Cabin Stay—We Can’t Wait to Come Back! Our stay at the cabin was absolutely perfect! The hot tub was a dream on chilly fall nights, and our two 13-year-old boys had a blast with corn-hole, games, kayaking, fishing, and campfires. The beds were incredibly comfy, and the grill made outdoor meals super easy! The golf cart was a lifesaver for the big hill! The hosts were super responsive, making everything smooth and stress-free. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We greatly enjoyed our extended stay at this cabin. They have preserved the age, but brought in modern amenities such as Internet and updated the fireplace. The views from the sunroom were stunning and able to be enjoyed even in freezing cold weather. We will be back!

Had an incredible stay at Carol’s cabin. Perfect lakeside getaway with an incredible view. Carol thought of everything - even had fresh baked bread waiting for us! Worked great for our group of 7. Would absolutely recommend.

Lovely cabin! stunning view of the lake. We were a family of 8 and it suited us beautifully. My mother and father have limited mobility and it was wonderful that everything was on one floor. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to make meals. The layout was great for all of us to be able to hang out together. Super comfortable family room furniture. It was warm enough a couple of days to sit on the porch. I enjoyed having my coffee and reading while listening to the geese and birds on the lake. Rita was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a peaceful location! We enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the river, birds and bugs :). The cabin was well supplied and the hosts did a great job of ensuring that essentials were all covered with more than enough for the duration of our stay, and we really appreciate it. Our dogs had a great time playing in the yard. I cannot think of a more peaceful place to stay.

Like I told the host after our stay this weekend I wanted to leave a bad review because I didn’t want people to book it. I want to place all to myself. Pictures cannot show the true beauty of not only the cabin but the surroundings. As I’m writing this review, I am booking this cabin for a second trip you will not be disappointed.

Sweet little cabin with a lovely view of the river. Amanda even had it all decorated for Christmas! It was super cold during our stay and the cabin stayed nice and toasty warm. Bed was divinely comfortable. Amanda was great to deal with and even left us fresh eggs. A couple of notes for potential guests..the driveway is extremely steep. We have a big 4wd vehicle but a 2wd car might find it challenging. Also FYI, restaurants that serve alcohol are few and far between in the area, so if you are looking for a cocktail with dinner, you will struggle.

Stayed here for our 30th anniversary and Thanksgiving reunion. The place was amazing with all the things to do (ping pong, pac-man, foos-ball, canoeing and kayaking) and was extremely clean - had all the plates and utensils for a Thanksgiving meal. Thanks again.
