The house was clean and tidy. We only stayed one night but it served our needs. Teresa was very friendly and helpful even after a long days work.

Our visit was fantastic. Check in was very straightforward and the building was clean and kitchen well stocked with everything we need for cooking. Private dock is an easy walk down a small hill, much more convenient then other homes on the lake. Nearby marinas and restaurants were a blast and everyone in our group enjoyed our stay. Would love to stay at this home again in the future.

The home was everything that was advertised. We understood that the lake would be down this time of year so we were not concerned about that. We enjoyed the fire pit out back and everything in the home was clean and working. We really had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving here and will be looking into coming back in the warmer months when we can enjoy the lake!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was perfectly quiet and secluded, offering the ideal escape. The interior of the home was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Mary Beth, the host, was an absolute delight! She was easy to communicate with, very understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and essentials, which made cooking a breeze. I cannot recommend this place enough it exceeded all expectations. This airbnb has been such a sweet little getaway. It has everything you could possibly need to get away for a few days and is so cozy! It was my first time using an airbnb and Charlotte went out of her way to help me through the process and has been such a wonderful host. Its located in a quiet area but still close enough to explore. There is lots of information provided to the guest, check-in was very simple, and our stay altogether was pretty much seamless and very enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend Charlotte's place if youre visiting Clinton, TN!

Karla was a fantastic host. Safe feeling neighbourhood and spotless unit with helpful items including lots of extra pillows and even extra towels for our extended stay. Very comfortable and honestly worth every penny spent. Exactly what we needed to stay close to our daughters college
