Eve's place is a delightful cottage, designed beautifully and truly feels like a home away from home. Check in was extremely easy, the home was extremely clean and it was so lovely to have tea, milk and water provided to enjoy throughout the stay. The garden is stunning and the view of the gold course makes Eve's place a gorgeous stop for any traveller exploring New Zealand. I would highly recommend Eve's place.

Man wohnt quasi mitten in der Natur und der Blick über den Wald ist wundervoll. Hier wurde ein kleines Refugium geschaffen mit all den selbstgefertigten Holz- und Handwerksarbeiten. Respekt! Wir haben die Natur und das Haus sehr genossen. Der Weg zum Haus ist tatsächlich etwas steiler und die Warnung nur leichtes Gepäck mitzunehmen sollte ernst genommen werden, da es keinen Lastenaufzug für schwere Koffer gibt.

This was my second stay at Somers Holiday Cottage, and once again, everything was just perfect. The cottage was spotless and well-prepared, with a clean, fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The heat pump kept the place warm and cozy, even on cooler evenings. I especially enjoyed the spacious garden and the peaceful surroundings—it’s such a relaxing spot. The quiet road nearby was ideal for my evening jogs, which I really looked forward to. A lovely bonus this time was being able to pick some delicious apples! Thank you, Leonie and Peter, for another wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be back again.

Most kitchen essentials were provided especially a rice cooker as well. Place was comfy and peaceful and we had a great stay thanks Kat for doing a good job

Lovely place! Nice and private area overlooking the farm area of West Pareora. BBQ and outdoor area was divine at sunset. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful and cosy farm stay. Away from other other houses so we could be in complete darkness at night and see the Milky Way! Charlotte was very quick with her responses and Chad was kind enough to show us the calves and the farm.

We've been there for one day, for a nice barbeque with friends and a hot-tub session. The apartment was really clean and we felt comfortable. Chris and Julie are friendly and courteous. We recommend this accommodation!
