what a beautiful peaceful place to stay...thankyou for the lovely cheese board and wine and crusty bread and bacon and eggs we have stayed in mintaro many time and this b&b was amazing will definitely stay again❤

10 of us had an amazing stay for a 50th weekend getaway. The communication from the host was spot on, and the property was beautiful. Sitting in the pool and spa surrounded by wide open spaces and vineyards was incredible. Would have stayed a month if we could!

Thankyou for allowing us a wonderful weekend away at Koonowla ♥️ Nick was aware we had children from very young to teenage years & didn’t mind at all. It was a peaceful getaway from the city & the only disappointment was that his cellar door wasn’t open at the time we stayed so that I could try more wine (the white & red he left was such a lovely, unexpected touch that made us feel welcome from the first foot in the door). Big enough for 2 families or a large one like ours. Have to recommend the Rising Sun hotel for a good steak & chicken parmy just a short drive up the road in Auburn 🌻🌻 would definitely love to return ♥️

We had a lovely stay. The place was huge and had many different areas for relaxation and entertainment. The pool was great as was the fire pit. Great location, we could walk everywhere we needed to go.

Staying in burra to do the self guided Burra tour, this accommodation was available and fitting of getting into the spirit of the tour. We enjoyed our stay here in the middle of winter, the combustion heater and reverse cycle air conditioner kept the lounge and Mbr toasty warm, whilst slightly increasing the temperature of the rest of the house, some fire wood was supplied. All up we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if returning to burra. Communication from the host was great, making check in easy. If you are after accommodation that has some nostalgia, history, with antique decorations with a touch of early period correctness with some modern touches the this is a great stay. Really pleased we chose this accommodation to stay in whilst in Burra and would stay here again. All up a pleasant stay, great accommodation, neat n tidy, quiet, great town with amazing cafes, “must try st just cafe amazing” also cook-o-burra however this is for sale so may change. Thanks hosts.

Great place for a get away. We had a wedding and had three couples in the house. with no issues - very comfortable. We will come back here and stay again, plus we loved the added touch of some eggs and bacon in the fridge!

Loved our stay at the Burra train station! Absolutely beautiful. Loved the wood heater in the evening. Communication from our hosts was great. Was sad leaving such an historical accomodation ☹️

Loved staying here with our friends for a long weekend. The house had an excellent set up for the kitchen, plenty of comfortable beds, was peaceful and a beautiful location. Easy to get to the Riesling trail, wineries and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Second visit to the best accommodation in the Clare Valley. Beautiful, immaculate, quirky and so well designed. Two massive King bed areas at each end with beautiful ensuites. This place can't be beat!

My mum and I had a really lovely stay. Yvonne and Glen provide generous essentials such as bread, milk, butter and eggs. They even have some port on offer. The old Mill is so cute and has a perfect balance of old and new world. Squeaky clean, private and quiet. We had a smooth check in and check out.

The house was a perfect location. Quiet and private and very clean. We were able to walk into town. Supermarket was close by. We also went on several walks so it was well situated for our needs. We wanted a place to relax, unwind and it was great. Thankyou Rachel.

Our Stay at White on Wright was superb! Sue was very helpful and provided clear instructions. The hand written welcome chalk board was a beautiful touch. The property is well situated with ample room inside and outside. The kitchen is fabulous with plenty of room to cook for a big group. We loved it.

Great accommodation with good outdoor area and close to town including supermarkets and cafes. Accommodation highly recommended.

Oh my goodness, what a perfect stay! We had a delightful time, made even better by Ross and Gail's loving touches. We were greeted with a cheese board and local wine, daily breakfast, chocolates and the cutest cat we have met. The spa was big and perfect for a relaxing soak. We loved meeting Ross, who is a legend and a real delight. Thank you! We will be back :) :) :)

Peaceful, relaxing, spacious & replete. Adrian and the property go the extra mile. Proper rural surrounds with a large country style house that is more than well equipped to accommodate a comfortable, serene & interesting stay. Communication was, at all times, prompt, friendly & flexible. The provisions provided were extremely generous & delicious. The spa, pool table, outdoor settings & the amazing artwork were like the icing on the cake. A wonderful weekend was had by all 🙂
