Die Unterkunft war super nah an der Delfin Tour gelegen und sehr sauber. Die Küche war schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Rezeptionistin war extrem nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung! Vielen Dank. 😊

Fiona’s place was simply perfect. It was beautiful , clean, and right on the water. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. The apartment had every amenity you could possibly want, including toys and books that our kids loved. Fiona was an incredible host, she was home during our stay, introduced herself and gave us local recommendations. She was so friendly and our kids loved her and her 2 charming dogs! This was the perfect location to explore kaikoura, in walking distance from both the downtown shops and dining in the north bay and the seal colony and walk along the South Bay. The stay was one of the nicest and cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. We would love to stay here again and would 100% recommend it.

Very nice place, clean and modern. The host was helpful and gave us clean towels every day. The kitchen is a little small for a longer stay but still functional.

Traditional old fashioned motel accommodation with a newly renovated bathroom- fabulous hot shower with superb pressure. The room was as you would expect in a motel, not big, but a comfy bed and small workable kitchen. Nice laundry and playground on site. Staff were all friendly and Donald was especially nice to stop and chat a minute to give good local advice on directions and restaurants.

Had the best stay, the place is modern and clean with the best views of the ocean and mountains.

The apartment was excellent very comfortable and clean. Poppy was very welcoming and helpful. We had a ground floor apartment but if you can get a first floor apt with a sea view.

I absolutely loved this accommodation. It was listed as a partial ocean view, but just ten steps outside, a breathtaking full ocean view unfolded before me. The bed, bathroom, and kitchen were all spotless, and the cozy interior design added to the charm. Now I completely understand why this place has such high ratings. In fact, the photos on the listing don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person. If I visit Kaikoura again, I will definitely stay here again!

Herwin is really responsive and helpful

We were a group of 8 friends and throughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect amount of space for everyone,and breakfast at the large kitchen island was amazing. The boys enjoyed the outdoor pizza oven, which we used to make fabulous pizzas. The surrounding were prefect and looking out over the vineyard with a wine was a prefect end to our days

Elizabeth was a great hostess. All communication was timely. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The toys were a big bonus for our grandson.

Arriving at Kereru was an absolute dream! An incredible view and at the bottom of the most beautiful mountains. The house is so comfortable with a log fire for warmth as well as heaters. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. The bathrooms are lovely with a stand alone bath and great shower. The beds are incredibly comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Kaikoura is magical and this accommodation made it all the more better. Wayne is an excellent host. Can’t wait to come back.

The house was so perfect for 3 ladies. Beautifully decorated! We enjoyed our own rooms and private bathrooms, the lounges and outdoor space. The kitchen was very user friendly and the garden was beautiful. We would highly recommend staying for some many reasons!

After getting stuck in the area following a crash 15mins up the road, Jane was kind enough to let us book her Airbnb the same day. Jane is so responsive and the Airbnb was beautiful. It was so comfortable and clean, the road was quiet with plenty of space to park, there are some lovely restaurants 5mins down the road and it’s definitely one we will be saving to stay at again. Thank you Jane!

Andrew was a fantastic host and was very responsive to all questions and queries. He was proactive in reaching out to us when there was an unexpected power outage. The house and the kitchen were very well appointed. Plenty of room for us all. I recommend his property to others.

We spent two weeks exploring New Zealand, staying at seven different places, and this one was, without a doubt, our favorite. The property is truly spectacular. The architecture of the home is stunning, the expansive grounds are impressive, and the decor is incredibly stylish—it's a really cool and unique space. The house was spotless, with a spacious bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. We loved grilling our meals on the outdoor BBQ, cooling off in the plunge pool, and enjoying the outdoor shower. Both the front and back patios offered lovely seating areas where we could relax and soak in the surroundings. We chose not to go out in the evenings because we simply wanted to savor every moment on the property. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the Wither Hills, making it easy to enjoy a peaceful walk or hike. It's also close enough to town that our tour guides picked us up (one of them even asked to come inside so he could recommend it to some friends). Book it!

We have stayed in a lot of places in different parts of the world, and this was one of the best. Very clear instructions, and everything a guest needed to be comfortable, including milk in the fridge, coffee and tea on the shelf, granola, and well functioning WiFi. Charming outdoor space, and a very comfortable indoor living area, with a fire ready to start in the wood-burning stove. Overall, very pleased with our stay, and would highly recommend this to any traveler. P.S. The Alpine Lodge was excellent, we had two amazing meals there, and it is only a short walk away.
