We absolutely loved our stay! John and Elaine were so helpful, lending me an adaptor, loaning us body boards and even giving us lifts into town! The house and garden were even more beautiful than in the pictures. The children loved the massive pool and hot tub and we all so enjoyed the luxurious bedding - we all slept so well. The house was well stocked and the kitchen was even stocked with a few treats for our arrival. We cannot wait to return. Many, many thanks, and thank you for putting up with our very noisy children!

Stunning home, very well stocked with beautiful products. Excellent location and 10/10 set up for a family. Only feedback we gave the hosts is that shades in the bedroom windows would be a nice addition as the curtains let a lot of light in the morning. Otherwise cannot fault this place, highly recommend!

We had such a fabulous stay! Jane was a wonderful host and the house was perfectly situated walking distance to town and exactly as pictured. Our beds were all very comfortable with soft linen and the air conditioner worked super well on those warm evenings. Will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Byron.

Can’t recommend this place enough! Description and photos are more than accurate and Sarah and Graeme are truly brilliant hosts. Very friendly and approachable and incredibly thoughtful and kind. They balanced all of that so well with giving us space to enjoy our time there. The place is as described; very relaxing, very clean and comfortable and private. We had no problems during our stay but also felt comfortable raising a problem if we had one. We sometimes worry travelling with our children because well, they act like children. Sarah and Graeme were very welcoming and understanding and very accommodating of this. You won’t be disappointed at all choosing this as your Airbnb for the Northern Rivers area.

We had a fabulous time staying at the Villa. It was like being transported to Bali in the heart of Byron. Beautifully designed and furnished. Amazing for a peaceful weekend.

We had a fantastic time with our young family in Byron Bay at Jodie’s place. Great amenities, central location, close to everything. Very spacious rooms, comfy beds and big kitchen area. As an added bonus, the pool and deck were a hit with the kids. Would stay again.

Lesley was a wonderful host from booking to check-out and always available if needed. Beautiful Spacious house to comfortably accommodate 7 guests. We cooked a couple of bbqs, great bbq and all the utensils and supplies were provided in the home to make it nice and easy. Great details provided of the house, its surrounds, places to go and how best to get around. It was the perfect long weekend away and we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks again Lesley xx

We had a wonderful stay at Cameron’s place. It’s about a 25 minute walk into the centre of Byron and 10 minutes from a lovely, much quieter beach which is perfect for sunrise. The house is extremely well equipped and we used the indoor and outdoor dining facilities.

We love coming to Broomshead to relax by the seaside. Beach haven was the perfect spot for 2 families to unwind and enjoy each other’s company while also having space to find time alone. Plenty of comfy spots to read a book on the wrap around balcony and enough space for the kids to happily play footy in the yard and handball too! Conveniently just across from the beach which was so handy when needing to pop back for lunch before heading back for more beach time in the afternoon. Excellent location and little touches from the host with coffee pods and laundry detergent provided as well as some staple items for cooking and plenty of crockery/pots and pans! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely stay again. the location was excellent, walkable to town and the beach without the hustle and bustle of town. the rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and the best super comfy. we all had a bathroom, too! loved the pool for an afternoon dip. we will be booking for next year !

Beautiful house, well kitted out kitchen, lovely bathrooms and bedrooms. However for such a Tier 1 property, the pillows were horrible. The beds were very comfortable and linen was great, but all guests woke up w sore necks due to the substandard and cheap pillows!

Byron is a great place and Flori and Jack's is the perfect place to stay when there. Easy to walk to the beach restaurants and shops but a very nice and quiet house to sit and relax when you need to. Our family had a fantastic week in Byron and loved staying at Flori & Jacks. We will be back.

A Perfect - Peaceful - Paradise A home from home. Cant wait to book this home again. We were 12 people ages 2 to 62 This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever been in. 2 minutes to New Brighton beach 5 minute drive to Christmas Beach. Both are stunning beaches for an early morning walk or swim. The house was homey, comfortable and more than large enough for so many people with its 3 different sitting areas. A well equipped kitchen, my husband loved the coffee machine. The pool was perfect to take a dip after a busy day. Tina was an incredible host. Always available to answer any questions or fix things. The dishwasher broke down a new one was delivered the next day now that’s impressive. Nothing was too much trouble. Anyone staying in this home will have the best time.

What an incredible privilege it was to have the chance to stay here. The hosts were extremely welcoming and reassuring, which made us feel really comfortable booking the place. The house itself is out of this world, with all the ammenities you could ask for (except ping pong, that would have been the cherry on top). When I say this is the ultimate getaway house, I seriously mean it. Would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone going up to Byron with a large group

We stayed at this Airbnb for three weeks during a stressful yet exciting time, preparing for Cyclone Alfred. The house was incredibly dog-friendly, with everything needed to make our dogs feel welcome, plus a big fenced yard for them to enjoy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A special highlight was the lovely elderly neighbor who kindly brought us fresh-caught fish. The well-stocked pantry was a great bonus. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return!

We had a lovely stay. Our hosts were accommodating with nice touches such as loaf of local sourdough, cold water, ground coffee. House was well suited to our adult family - loved it!

We had a great stay at Jeanine's house. 9 of us had a catch up there using 2 areas. Jeanine was extremely welcoming, even offering us lifts to the Bluesfest.

Jodie has a great house situated at the very end of a Water Ski Lodge. While the location is about 20mins out of town the views and privacy are well worth any inconvenience. We were a group of 9 adults and found the house perfect for our needs. Its a very well maintained property with manicured gardens and very tasteful appointments inside. Lots of parking room for multiple vehicles and boats. The pool table and Gazebo were used each night & is a great place to relax. Lots of friendly wildlife around including water dragons, green tree frogs and a variety of birds. Highly recommend.

Fantastic find in our beloved Byron Bay. Beautiful property, a perfect sanctuary for family and friends Easter weekend. We loved sitting on the deck, watching kids play and hopping into the pool whenever we needed to cool down.

Beautiful stay in Suffolk Park. Lisa's communication was excellent and very informative. The house was really lovely - great place for 2 families. Easy walking distance to the beach, coffee and shops. We really enjoyed our holiday and the fantastic location.

Wonderful, spacious home in a stunning location, metres from Belongil Beach. The balcony with an outlook and BBQ facilities was a highlight and the pool was a treat. Margy and Graham's home is very inviting and so well equipped. Highly recommend.
