Great apartment, great pool areas but restaurant was disappointing

We stayed in the two adjoining rooms for a girls getaway and it suited our needs perfectly! Our highlight was the beautiful beach that was a very short walk away! We also loved the hotel facilities that we had access to, the pools were a lot of fun and so were cocktails at the adjoining beach bar/restaurant.

We had an incredible stay at Coffs Coast Accommodation. The property really exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect with easy access to all attractions and shopping centre. The house was super clean and beautifully decorated, equipped with everything we needed especially the kitchen, it was well stocked. Easy and clear instructions on how to access the house.

Thank you Ned and Simone for your lovely hospitality. You have a beautiful place that fit us all perfectly and the view is absolutely stunning. Whilst we only visited for a long weekend, the unit and location had all you need for a longer term stay. The onsite pool and beach access was great, plus we enjoyed that Sapphire Beach was only a short drive away. Such a gem of a spot was only made better by the thoughtful hosts. You were responsive and friendly, gave great instructions, and seem like lovely people. Thanks for having us in your home.

Great place, great facilities and Communication.

This accomodation and this resort make you feel as through you are living in a tropical paradise. The on-site restaurant and bar were fantastic. This really is a "getaway" in every sense of the word.

Spotless accomodation within a beautiful resort. Lots of room for the family with multiple bathrooms. Clean linen and comfy beds. Would definitely book again :)

Conveniently located. There are so many beautiful locations close to Coffs to explore. Make a trip to the Dorrigo Rainforest! Try out Moonie Beach, Emerald Beach and the Jetty. Next time we also want to check out Urunga. We have fallen in love with this area.

We loved our stay here. The place is beautifully furnished, comfortable, clean and in a perfect location for exploring beautiful Yamba. It is a short walk to Dolphin Park beach and an easy walk into town in the other direction.

This is our second stay at this property and we love it, cannot recommend it highly enough. The property is very spacious with wonderful views in a really quiet part of town yet only minutes walk away from beaches, the nature reserve and local cafes. We also regularly enjoyed watching the kangaroos hop down the street! This location is a real gem for anyone wanting to switch off and relax yet with Moonee Beach (10mins) and Coffs Harbour (15mins) being so close you have everything you need just a short drive away.

Our family had the best time. Enough space to accommodate us all. Great location and very clean.

A supremely stylish, pristine beachside home. Perfectly-located for ocean lovers and restaurant goers and a golf enthusiast’s dream. Matt and Sarah are the most thoughtful and accomodating hosts - going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Our best Airbnb experience to date. We will be back!

Well worth the visit .This house is very well situated, Coffee shop just across the street. Sawtell is a very nice place. House needs Air-conditioning upstairs . Only negative was that the bins hadn't been emptied which meant we had to take our rubbish to the nearest rubbish bin up and around the corner which was a pain.

Stunning property in a peaceful area, exactly as pictured. Our booking was for 3 couples. House was good size with space for everyone to not feel on top of each other. Comfortable beds and rooms. It was beautiful to hear the beach in bed at night. Kitchen has every appliance you could possibly need and more. Well stocked with glassware and plates for a big group. Access to a clear double lock up garage was a huge bonus! As well as there being power points everywhere inside and out! Easy 2-5 min walk to the beach and cafe. Nice wide paths in the area for a pram, walker or bikes. Host was great with communication. Look forward to coming back again..

Katie’s place was beautiful and we had a lovely stay. Close to the beach in a lovely area. My only complaint was the angry neighbour. My son was cooking a bbq and had music on outside at 6.30pm. The neighbour came running into the property screaming and yelling actually inside the house going off at my son for the music. She was a nightmare. My son wouldn’t go outside again. So be weary of the neighbour. Otherwise our stay was beautiful and the owner was lovely.
