One of the best experiences yet! Easy to find and get in. We were visiting kids and even had a couple the grandkids spend a couple of nights with us. Liz was very friendly and has done a great job putting this place together. We will definitely stay again when we are in town.

Stayed in Tamika’s place for work. Nice place in a nice area. Tamika was very responsive when I had difficulty unlocking the door and returning the keys to the key cafe (both cases were user error). I would definitely stay here again for work or just for a nice view of the city/river.

Great value for a clean and comfortable place! It took us a minute to find the key cubby, but once we did the building was easy to navigate. We were in town for an anniversary weekend so we missed small comforts like a board game or deck of cards. Place is very minimalist, but overall no complaints. Very clean and has a few essentials. Stackable washer/dryer was a nice touch! Location was 100, but beware if you’re ubering none of the drivers speak English. This almost landed us in a difficult situation.

This was a genuinely fun place to stay. The style was trendy and modern. The drop down ceilings and brick walls gives a sense of intimacy in an otherwise large area. The colors and the neon sign make for a great, late night environment. The bedrooms were VERY comfortable, the kitchen is intuitively set up, and there is a charming deck area to hang out. The location of The Black Pearl is hard to beat. Downtown New Albany has a small town america vibe that works for it. There are plenty of shops, the river is a two minute walk, and Louisville is a 15 minute drive over the bridge. There is also a magnificent breakfast place, Wild Eggs, five minutes away. All in all, The Black Pearl was a charming place to go in the middle of a charming town. Definitely worth a visit. 

I really can’t say enough positive things about my stay. Deidra was extremely welcoming right from the beginning. It was so easy to feel right at home due to how kind she was and her willingness to provide local recommendations. The inside looked exactly like the photos. Extremely clean and all listed amenities were present. She even had charging units on the nightstands, right next to the beds and she also had the bathroom faucet sink labeled hot/cold-the little things! It’s a quick 5-7 minute Uber ride to 4th Street Live area, but also within walking distance of good restaurants. I actually wish we could have spent more time here! Looking forward to staying here again whenever we’re back in the area!

The place was pristine. The host was responsive at check in. Zero issues. The roof top is a great place to relax and enjoy a view.

The home was very nice and very clean. Was well stocked with everything one would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The interior of the home was furnished nicely and well maintained. Our family felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend.

Lil’ Blue was a perfect home for my husband and I for 8 weeks of winter while our home was being remodeled. We loved the location as it is close to town and close to the Ohio River. We could watch the sun rise over the river in the mornings. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. There are plenty of supplies, such as towels, linens, dishes, cookware, etc. We are used to a king-sized bed, but I could actually live with a queen-size that is this comfortable:) The closets, cabinets and dressers gave us plenty of room for clothes and supplies. Everything was clean and organized. Our grand children visited a time or two and enjoyed the board games provided. Amy and Dennis were very helpful and responded right away when we had questions. Dennis came over to shovel the walks early in the morning on snowy days, which was very much appreciated! We loved our lil’ blue home away from home, and would recommend it for a long stay or any stay in Jeffersonville!

What an amazing day! This quaint home has lots of room and makes you feel like you are at home. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and didn’t want to leave. Our host was also very responsive and when I thought I forgot something at the house after we left, she was willing to run to the house on a moments notice and look for my missing item.

Brittany’s place is one of those that feels immediately like home. It’s a gorgeous spot on the river with lots of space and comforts. We were a group of 6 and always had more than enough room - between beds, big kitchen for cooking family meals, an office space that was great for yoga, living room and tv room. Also loved the balcony and seating areas overlooking the water. 10 mins to downtown Louisville but with all the peace and quiet of a vacation getaway. And Brittany was so accommodating, responsive, and kind. We hope to be back for future visits!

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay with one exception, I ( not my husband), have a slight problem with sleeping on soft mattresses, and the mattress was no doubt typical and fine for someone who does not have lower back issue. My mattress at homet home

We stayed at Millennium's beautiful home in Jeffersonville this December while celebrating a truly special occasion and the experience could not have been better! From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was seamless and welcoming. The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Millennium clearly goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable, with little touches that make a big difference. The location was perfect, offering easy access to downtown Louisville, which made our trip stress-free. Thank you, Millennium, for making this such a fantastic stay!

Fabulous house in great location! Minutes from downtown Louisville but had an adorable downtown of its own with lots of great restaurants. Our host was amazing- sweet treats left for our dog and lots of extras for us too. The house was beautiful with a fabulous living room where we all could enjoy our time together. The beds were super comfy and the backyard was adorable. If you like to run or bike, the greenway was close by too. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Exactly as presented and Laura's recommendations were amazing! The location has very easy access and is central to many tourist attractions. Local restaurants are a 5 minute walk and are very good; Lots of night life if interested.

Wonderful stay! Beautifully decorated. Perfect location, within walking distance to several attractions and restaurants. Patti and Diane were extremely responsive and accommodating with our every need. I cannot imagine a better condo available in Louisville. If you’re looking for luxury, location, views, outdoor spaces and privacy, look no further. Would absolutely stay here a hundred times over.

Emily’s place is a wonderful little unit. Great decor and just the right amount of space for two people. The location is perfect. It’s a quiet street, but NuLu Market is two blocks away and there’s a lot of cute shops and food places within walking distance. Downtown is less than 10 minutes away. Emily is very communicative and helpful. We had an issue with the front door initially, but it was resolved almost immediately. One thing I would note, not at all of Emily’s fault, is that the walls are very thin here and we could hear a lot of noise from the family staying in the unit below. Just something to be aware of. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay and would highly recommend!

This location was perfect for my group. Matt's place was very updated and pristine. There are lots of bars/restaurants nearby. Matt provided excellent information on checking in, parking, how to use the tech in the home and tons of local spots to try.

I Highly recommend booking this rental. It is more stunning than the pictures describe. Our host communicated fast, was very friendly, and accommodating. I will most definitely be booking again.

Great location if you want to walk to bars and restaurants in Louisville. Very comfy loft with lots of space, & plenty of room to relax and visit. Parking was very convenient. David responds very quickly if you have questions.
