This spacious 3 bedroom house was clean and a good fit for 5 people. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and there are washer and dryer in the garage. The place is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Summerlin and not too far from the Strip. There’s free internet and Netflix. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. The house was exactly what we needed for a week long stay.I recommend this place.

We stayed for two weeks for business. Right on the river! New bathroom remodel in Primary bedroom is awesome!! Felt right at home and even had some clients come over for our meetings.

We come every year to Bullhead City for a family weekend. Usually we stay at the local hotels but decided to stay at this Air B&B instead. The hosts were very responsive in answering questions, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was appropriately stocked for the simple meals we made. Just to let future renters know, the driveway is very steep. This was much better than staying in the local hotels and the family got to spend more time together. We look forward to coming back next year.

Nice and clean home with tasteful decorations. super close to the strip and lots of local restaurants for breakfast or anything else.

Our stay at the Casa Moldavia was great. Very spacious and comfortable. Only down side thing I can say if I had to say anything was I wish we had pans to cook in as there are only pots. Thankfully I brought a pan cus I seen a review prior that mentioned this. Other than that this place is super close to the river and a grocery store which makes things convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality Peter!

We love this condo, right by the river. Plenty of parking and very peaceful. Made great memories with the family and can't wait to come back soon. Highly recommended

My family and I were visiting Vegas for my daughter’s competition and we’re looking for a place close to it when we came across Alex’s place. It was for the perfect fit for us as we just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights. Finding the place was easy but we did have a problem with check in because we didn’t have a reservation apparently. However, Alex was able to fix it in a matter of minutes after it was brought to his attention. The other thing that we had an issue with was Valet getting full. We had to park at MGM Grand self parking which was about a 15 Minute walk from the Signature. This is not Alex fault of course but something to be aware of for anyone staying here. Overall it was a great experience and Alex is an excellent host!

Nice two bedrooms with full kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and the little store within the lobby. Easy checkin and checkout. Overall great stay.

It was a great place to stay, location was great, and was stocked with all you’d need. My only suggestion would be to invest in some hotel style mattresses. They were hard and lumpy, but wasn’t bad for just a few nights. If I had to stay longer it would need something softer. Other than that, it was quite nice!! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Great place! Phenomenal view! Good price—was cheaper than renting 2 hotel rooms & allowed us to all be together. Highly recommend—perfect location in Vegas—right in the middle of all of it. Best part of vdara is no smoking & no casino—so it’s quieter & cleaner.

I love the place a lot. It’s close to many attractions, with beautiful views. The only thing could've been better was that the dishwasher washer was not working properly while emitting a strange odor. It would be appreciated if we were warned ahead of time, and there was not enough kitchen utensils available. otherwise, everything else has been satisfactory. thank you for the stay!
