Our stay at Kathy and Lillian’s Airbnb in Vegas was absolutely perfect! Their home was lovely, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. From the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked amenities, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The space was clean, cozy, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Kathy and Lillian were wonderful hosts—responsive, kind, and accommodating. The restaurant recommendations they gave us were great! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Vegas!

We had a great experience staying here! The townhome is located in a secure, gated community. Listing accurately describes the space and amenities. Kitchen was clean, and had a full set of nice dishes, mugs, utensils, cooking pots/pans. Also had basics supplies like salt, pepper, cooking oil. The home was very clean when we arrived. Bed mattresses are firm but comfortable (I prefer this, since they don't have squeaky springs or sunken areas). Bathrooms were clean with nice soft towels, and shampoo/soap/conditioner. Outdoor lights in the complex stay on most of the night and are pretty bright, but the blinds and blackout curtains in the bedrooms worked very well. Because this is a townhome unit, we sometimes heard neighbors above or next door, but that didn't bother us as it was mostly quiet. The arcade game was so fun and huge hit with our group!! Greg is super responsive and thoughtful. He accommodated a special request easily and without any fuss. A super great value overall.

The place was wonderful. So close to everything! It was great and such a breeze changing in and out. I would come back.

Very pleasant stay. Area was very quiet and tranquil. Perfect little place, not far from major stores and restaurants and the strip. Yaremis is very pleasant and very responsive to messages. Location was very easy to find. Instructions were very clear and helpful.

Very quick to respond with any questions. We accidentally locked ourselves out and they responded and got it opened for us within 20 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

what's more could we have asked for? the location was great, only minutes from a grocery store, and the palace station, which was a great place to get our feet wet gambling. The strip was only minutes away as well. We also did some tourist stuff and found the location convenient for that too. The layout of the house gave us all privacy when needed but offered great gathering spaces. the pool table was level, the hot tub was hot and the heated pool was my favorite part. When I come back to Vegas with a group, this will be the spot I hope to get.

Great spot for a family to enjoy some relaxation time. The house has everything we needed. Fun pool time, and pool table. Could use new pool sticks but we still had fun. Would definitely recommend and come back if available.

We had a wonderful stay! We all felt right at home and we appreciated how responsive they were - even letting us know things before we needed to know. Such a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.

Freds house is a great value, near all the restaurants we like, and near the strip and airport, but also not far from red rock canyon. The house was clean and large. We loved our stay and would stay again! Fred let us do a late checkout on our last day which was really nice too as we had a late night flight and didnt want to haul our luggage everywhere during the day :)

Everything was great, I would just update the outside patio furniture and the outside heater connected to the upstairs bedrooms.

Cindy's house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Lots of space. Easy access to a main thoroughfare. Neighborhood was quiet. Cindy was easy to get hold of to answer questions. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in this home for three nights. The house was really clean and spacious. My five year old had plenty of space. Host was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Las Vegas! The location was fantastic, and the place was very clean and well-maintained. My family had a great time, and the host was very responsive to my messages. Overall, a great experience—highly recommend!

Clean space that was very homey. We had an event at the Rio, so it was very walkable for us, due to some construction I would not consider it walkable to the strip. It was so nice to have a place where we could wind down.We’ll definitely stay again.

convenient location, great space for a long weekend

Great location the pool and hot are great! Love the views of the lake. The condo was very spacious, beds were comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated having two bathrooms, and the bed was very comfortable. The living room was nicely decorated. Overall a very cozy spot central to both the Strip and Red Rock Canyon. The entrance was a little confusing to find, so a map or directions would be helpful, but parking was convenient to the building. Check-in instructions were clear and Gabriela and Marco were responsive to our questions. Excellent value--we would definitely stay here on our return to Las Vegas!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandra’s place, conveniently located near The Strip. It is walkable but I recommend Uber/Lyft which was easy pickup in dedicated parking spaces on the property. The gate security was helpful and friendly. The condo was spotless! Clean and well organized with everything we needed. A nice corner unit near the pools. Sandra communicated quickly and addressed a small concern we had with the garbage disposal which was easily taken care of. We’d stay again the next time we explore Vegas!

Cute apartment, clean and stocked pretty well. We loved everything about the place except the plastic mattress protectors which were uncomfortable and noisy. We would stay here again but use a blanket under the fitted sheets.

Lee was great!! This was so much better than staying at a hotel on the strip. The included kitchenette was incredible, and we were able to save money by cooking breakfast each morning. Lee was communicative and helpful. The property was clean and quiet, just what we needed! We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much Lee!!
