Great place to stay. Nothing fancy but clean and well kept. Ground were pretty and plenty to do. Loved the multiple pools and hot tubs. Off the strip but not terribly far! Would go back

We loved staying at Lucky Star’s unit at the MGM Signature. Check-in was a breeze & the free valet was nice. The staff was very friendly. It’s an easy walk to the strip with lots to do & great restaurants nearby. The suite is gorgeous with incredible views from the balcony. There’s a kitchenette that’s easy to make meals in. The bathroom is large and stunning. Highly recommend would definitely stay here again.

Vlad was an amazing host! He called the night before our trip to work out the details. He picked us up at the airport at night and took us to the hotel. He cheius in and took us to our room. He was so polite and gave us great recommendations of things to do in the area. Highly recommend staying here! If we come again, I'm going to be sure to stay with Vlad! Thank you so much.

The place is located on the 16th floor and the views are great. It has all amenities and it is great for long stays. You need a car but parking is difficult. There is a nearby closed complimentary parking. The decor is good and the mattress is soft. There is a bathtub and a shower. We checked in, very late and checked out early so I did not get to use the batht. The existing pots and pans looked good.

Angela does a great job at making all of her rentals feel like home. This one is the bigger unit in the area. Full size living room and smart TV. Nice open kitchen and dining area with lots of windows to take in the stunning views. Comfortable king bed and sofa in the bedroom with a lots of space to move around. Patio access from the bedroom and dining room. Large private patio for the unit with gorgeous views overlooking the water and of the private beach available to all those staying at the property. Local beach access elsewhere will cost money, so to have it available and private is a big bonus. Local area is safe and quiet, but within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The on-site staff (Alicia and Tim) are always helpful whenever anything is needed. And Joyce is a cleaning machine! She’s great at cleaning and maintaining upkeep of the area throughout all types of weather. Rain, shine, winds, etc. 😊

Incredible view of Vegas. Great location. At the City Center to be at Cosmo, Aria or Bellagio within a few minutes walk yet in nice quiet suite hotel. Check in was just like checking in as hotel guest. Super easy and smooth.

Great view and perfectly equipped for our family of four. Everything was as described. Easy to find, great location and valet parking is included. It was too cold to swim, but the pools looked fantastic.

It was such a relaxing trip. Easy check in, shuttle to grocery and strip. Heated pools and wonderful staff. William and his team went above and beyond to help when I goofed up reservations. I appreciated your kindness and understanding. All together a great experience and we will be back!

Great communication. I felt comfortable with getting responses for anything that came up. Accommodation was great, place was clean, and we felt taken care of. I hope to stay at another place managed by Antoinette in the future.

Our stay was nothing short of AMAZING. The view from the bathtub was my favorite part. Me and my husband enjoyed Kai’s home for our first year anniversary and we definitely recommend it for your stay. Thank you Kai!

Perfect place to stay in heart of Vegas. Apartment was the best to accommodate 2 couples travelling together. The apartment was very clean, bedding was superb, beds super comfy & the view at night from 33rd floor was sensational. We were so happy we chose to stay here. Even though the apartment was booked through a third party agent, the checkin with hotel staff was 100%

The place was easy to get in first. Second the place was well nicely placed and had wonderful decorations. They had a well placed gift basket with discounts. They also had these little cosmetics that my girlfriend was happy enough to use. Overall the stay was nice and quiet.
