We were visiting the area for a wedding. The place was nice and spacious and accommodated my family and I well. Definitely recommend the place if you’re visiting Las Vegas but want to stay off the strip in a nice safe area.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and tidy with a lot of attention to detail. They have little towel packs with slippers and toothbrush and tooth paste in each bedroom. We would love to stay here again.

Maggie was a great host, she helped with the check in made everything simple and easy, she was super flexible and that helped a lot, the home was great plenty of room very clean!!!!

The accommodations were perfect. The residence was immaculate, and the host was fantastic! A great place to stay when visiting Las Vegas, especially for families.

The place is clean n spacious everything u need in place pool is beautiful n host is very nice n accommodating 5 stars well worth it only place I'm calling when need to stay n Vegas been 5 times disappointed 4 times but this place made me extremely happy.

5🌟 Experience! First and foremost, Sara communicates with great detail, easy to reach, and very friendly! The home is beautifully designed as if it's on HGTV. Each room is well-lit, spacious, and has a private restroom for guests! Sara gave us access to the garage, the pool, and the spa... with detailed instructions on how to operate them all! The kitchen was my absolute favorite part of the home because it's spacious, well lit, and the cabinets are filled with anything you may need during your stay! My girls and I really enjoyed Las Vegas and everything we did but the main conversation consistently was how beautiful the house is. We didn't want to leave! Thank you Sara!

This is a very lovely place in a great neighborhood. The hosts were fantastic and easy to work with. They were very responsive and on the spot. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay in the place as much as we would have liked. We were in town for a conference and was gone most of the time. But still a great place to return to after long days. We would definitely stay here again for a conference or a vacation!

This was my first trip to Vegas and I decided to rent an Airbnb. Chris' place is large, spacious, beautiful, clean, quiet, and close enough to the strip without requiring a long drive; even on busy days. I love the back yard and I would highly recommend this location to families and people who want the fun of Vegas without the hassle of being overcrowded when you are ready to rest or the stink of cigarettes. I had a group of 4 and Chris' place allowed all of us to have our own rooms, with more than enough space left over. The location is also near the airport. You can use Uber/Lyft or rent a vehicle to accommodate your traveling needs, but you may save money on renting a vehicle. However, nothing beats the convenience of not having to find and pay for parking. Thank you for making my first trip to Vegas a comfortable and memorable time!!

We had a great stay at this home. It was spacious and everyone was comfortable. The space was clean and check in/check out and all communication was easy and prompt. The only area in which we had an issue with was the pool. We weren’t made aware that they didn’t heat the pool during the time of year we stayed, until after we’d booked. Also, the hot tub heat was only available as an included within the cost, for several hours - one would think that if the pool was unusable, that the hot tub could be heated 24/7 without charge - since the pool is a HUGE booking feature of this particular home (as it takes up half of the backyard). Overall, it was a great stay!

Great location very close to the Strip and close to a couple of 24 hour convenience stores. I had a great view of the Strip from the 17th floor. Listing is spot on in terms of description & amenities. Mona was very friendly & communicative. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were scheduled to stay the week . We were going to be in Vegas for the National bridge tournament. First off it was extremely reasonably priced. Unfortunately a few days before our departure I had a big biking accident and we were not going to be able to travel. They let me have my bridge partner spend the week there and made it extremely easy for her to check in etc My friend told me that the place was amazing and she was able to communicate with the host easily. The place was so great that other friends who were staying at the Westgate came to use the microwave and "was envious of the walk in shower". She had an amazing stay! I am so grateful to Rushab for making it easy and wonderful for her to stay there-it made up for me not being there to play with her the entire week! So grateful. Thanks. karen

This was the best airbnb I have ever stayed in! They have thought of everything. The home was clean, plenty of beds, linens, towels, kitchen equipment, etc. Host was super prompt with responses to turning heat on for the spa, and allowed us to check in early and check out late - since no one was in before us or coming in immediately after us! Will definitely be staying at this property again when my family and I come back to Vegas. No complaints!

Quiet location close to where I needed. Had the kitchen and washing facilities I required. It is a shared space, which can be noisy. Some guests are on Vegas time, so showering at 3am etc.

THANK YOU Peter, The resort amenities were excellent and well maintained. The apartment was very cleaned and comfortable. The restaurant had good menu, good food and excellent service. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk to the Expo Center. We appreciate very much your kindness.
