Angela and Alicia’s place was overall great! The location is perfect as it’s close to grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations, you name it. Only about a 5 min drive to Laughlin Strip. The greatest thing about this place is the private beach, we had it to ourselves and just had fun with music etc. Finally, Angela was very attentive and was so kind as well.

Great place for a family stay in Vegas!! Pros: It is close to everything but also far enough that you can have some peace. The heated pool and hot tub were great, even though we were there in January. 40 minutes to the Hoover Dam 20 minutes to the Strip 10 minutes to Walmart/McDonalds/etc. Grocery stores and gas nearby, so it is an affordable option to eat at the place. Beautiful lake with nice walking paths. Very close to little shops and restaurants. The home is clean, comfortable. First floor, which is nice. Parking was easy and secure. (garage) Con: Laundry facilities are available (yay!) but paid only and down the hall. Neither pro nor con: You will need a car. So rent or Uber. Very minimal shampoo. Be sure to bring your own or plan to purchase.

The location was great for visiting the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. It was close enough to visit downtown Vegas but far enough away to be peaceful. Communication was great and the recommendations for local places were helpful.

It’s a great place to stay. Our dog loved being free to romp along the river every day. The amenities at the “resort” are nice and clean. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Great place to stay especially if you have a little one. The pool was literally right outside the door! There were restaurants and shops just down from the pool that you could walk to as well. Very convenient trip!

Ruben was great through the whole process from booking to the stay we had a party of 15 staying with us and it was very accommodating couldn't of asked for a better place to rent for a family gathering definitely will book again

Comfortable home with a great view of the Colorado river. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the hot tub and pool table! Ryan was readily available and always responsive to messages. Would stay again. Thanks for a lovely visit to BHC!

This was a nice place to stay. It is a great location to get onto the water taxi to go to the casinos. Also, it was pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the view of the river.

As an airbnb connoisseur, I can honestly say this was the best booking experience and property I have had the pleasure of staying in. Natalie went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She was extremely accommodating for every request I had. She answered every question thoroughly, and made me feel so welcome, pushing both the check-in and check out times as much as she could which gave me extra time to truly enjoy the space. The property itself is STUNNING. The pictures are incredible, but you need to see it in the flesh to truly appreciate the space. The access to the river is brilliant, and Natalie really has thought of everything when it comes to making the space 'user friendly'. I especially appreciated the labelled light switches and cupboards (you'd be surprised how much this helps in such a sizeable property). I had such an excellent stay here, and I would book it again in a heartbeat. Worth every cent.

Mark was very nice. He called before check-in went over everything. It was refreshing and not stressful at all. The place was perfect for my family and I. The river being your backyard is a dream. Perfect private beach for you to enjoy. Everything about the place was perfect for our needs. Thank you Mark!!!

House was great for a weekend stay. Right on the water, private dock houses a boat and wave runners. House was clean and well stocked. Ryan was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Thanks for hosting us! We’d love to come back!

Great little place to stay! We were in Vegas for a few events during our stay, but wanted to be in Henderson as to be aware from all of the craziness, and this place was great! Picture perfect location close to lots of fun outdoor activities:) would definitely recommend and would stay again!

It was so comfortable to stay in Lorraine's place. You will not regret at all.

The only issue we had was the door kept jamming on us making it extremely difficult to open and close the entry/exit door. Also, the pool amenities were close so we had to use the one at the Aria. The gym at Vdara was sub par and crowded. It was nice we were able to use the gym and pool at the Aria which is a sister property. Those amenities were both great. Gym was very nice and spacious. In all, very nice and quiet space. Usually you could hear doors opening and slamming in hotels along with people shouting. We heard zero noise. Just wished it was closer to everything else. Great stat though and good price. Would definitely do it again. Just please fix that door.

We came to paul and karen for the Thanksgiving holiday and to visit my mother who lives close by . The goal was to escape the holiday/family craziness at our leizure and also have a comfy quiet retreat. That's exactly what we got! It was very comfortable and accomodating, my daughter appreciated the washer and dryer, my fiance the comfy bed and i was happy with a good recliner and full channel tv. Trying to organize 14 people at a restaurant on Thanksgiving is stressful and paul and karens place worked out perfect. I definitely recommend it. For the price, it cant be beat.

My friend, mom, and I stayed at Lil Italy for 2 nights. The pictures and description do not do the condo justice! When we arrived, it was in perfect condition. No smells and it was spotless. When we first opened the door, we gasped at the spectacular view of the pool, mountains, and lake! I much prefer this vibe over the strip any day! Everything was considered to make this stay magical; from the pillows, to the beds, down to the toilet paper. Everything was just so comfortable clean. I take my own pillow everywhere I stay and I did not use it once because their pillows were so comfy. I just cannot say enough good things about our stay! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful - we will be back!
