This is my second time staying at Michael’s place, so that should tell you how much I liked it! One thing I really love about this place is that it feels Unique and personal (some Airbnb’s can be really generic) and you can tell how much care and attention the hosts put into the place . It’s surprisingly spacious inside and really comfortable ! The neighborhood itself is really quiet, but you can walk to coffee, shops and restaurants and even to Alberta Street pretty quickly. I would definitely stay here a third time! :)

It would be my first choice to stay here again. A true AIRBnB experience. Upon arrival the family came out to greet us and offered plenty of useful advice. Very warm welcome. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to local restaurants and public transportation. Kitchen had modern appliances, the bathroom also had modern features, and the bed was very comfortable.

The house is everything you wish for! The quality, amenity, location, hospitality…etc. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb stay I ever had. I used to host so I know how difficult it is to keep such a great condition at all the time. The details to attention was superbe! Highly highly recommended :-)

Cozy house with a fully equipped kitchen, located in a quiet neighborhood close to bus stops and a super market and pharmacy. There was a generous supply of toiletries, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags. Street parking was easy to find. The living room couch was an amazing spot to hang out, and the TV has Roku, so we could access our streaming services.

We had a great stay! There are a few cute little places within walking distance that we took advantage of. Jenny was very responsive when we had any questions and very nice the couple times we saw her outside! If we go back to Portland we would stay here again!

We had a perfect stay here. Great location between two streets of restaurants at shops. Spotless and charming interior. Very cute patio to drink coffee and relax. Would totally stay here again.

Wow! Safe and tucked away yet so close to get out and around and cute neighborhood. After stays at other Airbnb’s that felt sparse, we appreciated thoughtful touches without cluttering up the spaces. The perfect getaway for me and my partner and pup. Would recommend and would visit again!

Mark's place is lovely. So quiet, surrounded by gorgeous trees and with it's own lovely patio. The cottage is beautifully appointed. This being Portland there are 3 different ways to make coffee and wonderful coffee to use. Perhaps my favorite thing is the heated floor in the bathroom, and the beautiful rainshower. A warm comfortable bed and nice restaurant to walk to for breakfast. I would recommend this cottage to anyone interested in a nice Portland holiday.

Jeffrey’s bnb was everything we were expecting and more! The area is stunning and not far from restaurants and shops. The home was beautifully decorated, cozy, private, and extremely welcoming! The bnb was supplied with so many extras that we really appreciated being there.

Celia is a great host, very responsive. Everything was as described. I really liked walking the neighborhood. There are quality restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

The tree house is a lovely place that we really enjoyed. The kitchen is well equipped with all the conveniences and essential utensils needed to prepare delicious meals (and clean up afterward). The park across the street offers a pleasant option for an early morning stroll or a walk after dinner. As someone with lived experience, I found the spiral staircase manageable, except when carrying our bags, which were cumbersome upon arrival and departure.

I loved my stay here. I appreciated how dog-friendly it was, to the point that I didn’t need to bring my dog’s dog bowl inside because they had one available. It’s a great place, especially if you’re just pushing through quickly. My only complaint would be that I wish there was a washer and dryer available. Beyond that, I had a great, comfortable stay.

We were blown away by this beautiful property. It’s much nicer than the photos really suggest, and a magical stay for a party of two. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful while being fairly close the to light rail for exploring downtown which was perfect for us. Host was helpful and friendly, especially when we first arrived and were a bit turned around. They also had lots of amenities including a washer/dryer, hot tub, and an electric fireplace that was especially handy for rescuing our new books from Powells that got a little wet from the rain. When we visit Portland again, we will absolutely stay here again!

Best first time BnBer experience ever. Beautiful cottage. Nice and private. Beautifully cleaned and gorgeous interior. Everything was provided. We actually only had to buy food. Beautiful appliances. The stove and oven were amazing. Loved the way Vinay had organized the check-in and check-out instructions. P.S. Loved the pots and pans. Made homemade chili. Left some for Vinay in the fridge when we left.

I chose the Annex based primarily on its proximity to a friend's house but even if that were not a factor I will stay there again anytime I am in Portland and it is available. As the other reviews state, the 5 star rating is not enough and it was the best vacation rental experience I have ever had. The neighborhood itself is quiet, beautiful and felt very safe. Street parking was easy. The spring garden was dreamy. The annex was lovingly built and furnished with high end fixtures. This is not a slapped together IKEA rental. The bed was firm and extremely comfortable. My morning coffee is sacred and the annex had all of the options: drip, keurig, and french press, along with many varieties of coffee, creamers and even fresh half 'n' half in the fridge. I didn't do any cooking but the kitchen and fridge were extremely well stocked. The unit was clean without having any strong air freshener smells. The guide book had simple and clear instructions for everything. Great host communication.

Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for 3 months and it was wonderful. Janet was very kind and quick to respond to any questions. I felt very welcomed and was very comfortable in the place. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to the Pacific Northwest.

Beautiful studio in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. So refreshing to stay in such peaceful surroundings with a thoughtfully created space. Walking through the University campus and exploring colorful neighborhoods is an added plus.

Fantastic stay in Portland! Right across from McMenamins and a great walkable neighborhood. Every room was perfectly clean and great decor. Perfect size for a group of 4. Would stay again!

I loved this space. I didn’t do enough research about Portland before I came (whoops), so I was surprised at how far removed this was from the busier core of the city. However, plenty of transit was still nearby and really great coffee and food were all within walking distance. I wouldn’t say this neighborhood is *walkable*, per se, but close enough. As for the guest house itself, it was immaculate and beautiful. I felt safe, secure, peaceful, etc. And the TV had a “Murder, She Wrote” channel that played nothing but that. Bonus! (Yes, I’m serious.) The bed was super comfy and loaded with equally-comfy pillows. Even knowing what I know now about Portland, I might still opt for this space vs something closer to other more noteworthy areas. Worth every penny.
