Beautiful house with nice amenities. Master bedroom on main floor allows for privacy. Also, great stay if you bring a dog. Safe backyard fenced area and mud room allow space to feed. Hint - walk up to Trinity Episcopal Church about 1/4 mile away and walk in 30+ acre fields behind the church. Accessible and great for walking.

Ruby Summit Point is incredible!! Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve had the privilege of staying at. Both the home and the cottage were beautiful with tons of extras like snacks and drinks with an “honor bar” where you can leave cash for what you used. They had fire wood right next to the fire pit. Pat communicated extremely well and was wonderful to deal with. Tons of racing memorabilia around the home. Next time we come back to summit point we will no doubt be staying here!!

We had an AMAZING stay at Becky’s River oasis. We were lucky to stay during a weekend when snow was on the ground and it was a beautiful & serene respite from the world. But it would be beautiful at any time of year! A group of friends gathered here and we spent hours lounging in the living room, laughing, and playing games. The house creates the perfect, comfortable vibe. You feel right at home. The wood burning stove was toasty and so cozy! Everything is comfy & clean. I couldn’t imagine a better place for our weekend trip. Becky is easily one of the nicest hosts I’ve event interacted with. She was kind, helpful, and so wonderful throughout the process. She’s amazing!

Great set up for our large group of singles who didn’t want to share beds. The interior design was attractive and unique (great rugs, antiques and art). The big kitchen was helpful for the private chef (Loly) we hired one night. Renee was communicative when one of the rooms locked automatically and we needed the door code. She was also flexible with check in and out time, and answered our detailed questions. The large gathering room has three bigger tables with benches as well as a regular dining table. We were all (19ish) able to gather there and use the lounge pillows to sit on the floor. One tip is check the main AC is on right bc we were never able to fully cool it. The smaller living room with sofas accommodated fewer people but worked fine for us. We loved the Saturday am farmers market (two blocks away), and we set up a ghost tour through the historical society. There’s a great coffee place in town (Cordial) and we also visited an alpaca farm (nimbus). Overall great stay!

My sister was visiting from Canada so we decided to head to Virginia to hit some wineries and breweries. We had a lovely stay at Elizabeth’s place! It looked just like the photos, was clean and cozy, and a perfect place to unwind at the end of the night with a glass of wine. The hosts texted us recommendations of stuff to do in the area and we had an amazing time. Great couch and TV set up, very comfortable beds, and beautiful wooded surroundings. Highly recommend for any trip to the area!

Bear Chase Cottage is just lovely. It is way more spacious than the pictures can show. We loved having a fireplace. It was cold the weekend we were there, and it was so nice to be warm by the fire. Very relaxing. Bedrooms are perfect size, and the beds are very comfortable. Very nice to have 2 bathrooms. The fenced yard is great. Our greyhounds enjoyed running around the yard. Hopefully we will get to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house and Suranny was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean as can be and very spacious. Lots of natural sunlight and a wonderful covered porch to sit out on. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Incredible place to stay. Truly a great time from the upstairs bar, gorgeous kitchen, and fire pit, our stay was spectacular. If you want privacy this is the place to be. Jaclyn is great and extremely attentive to any concerns. I’ll greatly miss our time here.

This cabin is so beautiful and peaceful - it is more amazing than the photos! Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful, and the cabin was squeaky clean. We enjoyed walking to the marsh right across the street and exploring the beautiful property. The cabin has neighbors nearby but still feels very remote and private. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect location for a women’s wellness retreat! The ladies are already asking when we can come back. Plenty of spaces big and small to facilitate us, both as a group as well as individuals looking to relax and recharge. Having two kitchens was nice for feeding such a big group, and the heated saltwater pool was the cherry on top!

Excellent host. Very clean place, beautiful property. Laura was amazing. It was like staying with a good friend. We bought some of her eggs and delicious honey. We would definitely stay there again. My wife and I and our fur babies will miss Laura, Jerald, and Dasher.

The place was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. The pool was still cold but the kids loved that it was open already and my wife and I appreciated the hot tub after a long day of traveling. The sound of the highway is noticeable, but after a day you get used to it. The yard was private and sat back away from the road which was nice for the kids to play in. If we find ourselves in Virginia we would stay here again.

This is a great residence in a beautiful place. Lynn was very helpful and communicative. The house was in great shape, very clean, and comfortable . I will definitely remember this property for future visits!

I planned to propose to my girlfriend over a romantic farm and Shenandoah getaway weekend. Andrea was very excited and helped make the weekend really special. The grounds were amazing and so beautiful with trails to take walks on and many animals to see. We brought our puppy and we had plenty of space to safely let him off leash to run around. He had as much fun as we did (and we got engaged!) Her restaurant recommendations were spot on, so definitely give those a try. We did the farm tour on the last day, and it was so personal, interactive and informative. Do not skip the tour!!! Andrea was so kind and generous with us. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Absolute peaceful oasis. This home gives you every essence of Virginia Wine Country. The home was quaint and the deer came up every morning to greet us. I can’t wait to come back in the summer when the pool is open! Thanks again

Stayed in Pat’s place for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect. I don’t think we’ve stayed in any other place as well-prepared for guests—it had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. The property was just as beautiful as the pictures and was like a home away from home. Pat was also a great host from the time booked until checkout, providing plenty of local recommendations and checking in to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

Great places to stay

Beautiful home in a peaceful location, perfect for a group of women to spend a quiet weekend away, but still with several wineries and breweries incredibly close and some cute downtown areas 15-20 minutes away. Very highly recommend this stay!

Great place to stay, clean, great location.

This was an incredibly seamless stay and experience. We stayed at Pat's for a weekend on the race track at Summit and couldnt be happier with the cleanliness, location and level of communication. Highly recommend!

This home is in a very peaceful and quiet setting. Watching the horses was lovely and the stars were bright at night. During the day the Blue Ridge Mountains are visible making for great sunsets. We were very close to Winchester where we enjoyed the Alamo theater and good restaurants. We also visited Shenandoah National Park. The beds were clean and comfortable but it should be noted that the bunk beds in the basement are shorter and only suitable for persons or children under 5' 6". As a host, Abby was very responsive to our needs. We visited in the winter, but this would be an amazing place in warmer weather with the huge deck overlooking the pastures and hammocks hanging in the shade below the deck. We would rent this place again in another season.

Amazing house, gorgeous, comfortable, amenities and commodities way above description. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful time with the family; all from 8 to 80 enjoyed every day to the max. On top, absolutely wonderful-top-of-shelf hostess. Don’t think twice, just go!
