Overall we had a great stay. The home was cozy and comfortable with all amenities we needed. The backyard was roomy for the kids to play; the only downside is the busy road behind the house. The hosts were very responsive, and the house was supplied with what we needed.

I wish I had found this listing three years ago! We’ve stayed in Clarksville twice a year for three years to visit my son. This was our final stay as he is leaving the military for civilian life. This was by far the absolute BEST home we stayed in over the past three years! We wanted to stay longer just to enjoy the home! Whoever decorated and did the interior finish out is brilliant!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! It made our final stay in Clarksville special!

The stay was very good, the place is super comfortable, accessible, clean and nice. I only recommend that each bed has more accessible bedding as comforters for the cold, and in the downstairs room curtains for greater privacy on the glass door. But really, the place is very good to stay. Thank you.

Our trip to Ashland City was a perfect getaway! The property was beautiful and there were enough amenities to keep us entertained the entire time. Chris and his staff were very kind and responsive. Me and my buddies played a round at Hermitage but other than that we found no need to leave the property. Everything was in great condition and clean. We’d love to come back in the future!

We had the room we need for 6 adults. We could have comfortably fit 8 adults. We had all the amenities that we needed. The house was close to several restaurants and stores.

Romell was available every time we needed something. The description of the property was perfect. We felt very safe in the neighborhood.

This is a great central location if you are visiting in the Clarksville area. Stores and restaurants are a short drive away. Everything was in order, and the hosts were very responsive and friendly! Our first time using a pellet stove. I think we might have to get one!

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

Beautiful place. Very Clean, cozy and comfortable. A little difficult to figure out the parking, but once you do, it’s easy.

This was the perfect place to stay during our holiday trip to Clarksville. Close to downtown restaurants and stores. They were very accommodating of our dog and kitchen was well stocked!

Our stay was lovely! The location is perfect and quiet. As for the space, it was so welcoming and fit our needs perfectly for a home away from home!

Reese was very sweet, very very professional and communicated well. Her place was very nice , super clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend staying here to anyone. The next time I am in town , I will definitely consider staying again!
