Great space for 2 couples with privacy up and downstairs. Kitchen very well stocked, which was great as we had all our dinners there. The path to the beach was well tended but is a bit of a hike. Easy access to Seaside and Astoria as is located midway. Living room spacious for 4, well lit with natural light, nice TV and Dish Network service appreciated. Beds comfy too - thanks for a great stay

Beautiful house with many artistic touches. Super clean too. Its an easy walk to the beach and the kitchen is well stocked. The sunny deck and garden are amazing as well!

Such a peaceful and comfortable retreat! When we weren't out exploring, the five of us enjoyed lounging around together in the spacious family room and watching the occasional boat or ship glide by. The kitchen was well-supplied -- we found everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home and would love to visit again someday.

Place worked Great for our holiday getaway!

Gram's is a lovely place where we joined extended family for a mini "reunion." A beach entrance is just steps away from the home, and it includes a bench for less mobile family members to rest and enjoy the ocean view. The two bedrooms are very private, allowing everyone a space to settle in and sleep without being disturbed. The kitchen is very roomy with lots of dishes and all the necessary cooking utensils, pots, pans, a toaster, etc. It is a truly cozy, family-friendly space. Instructions for entering the cottage were very thorough and easy to follow. The fact that it is a dog-friendly space is the cherry on top. Thank you for providing us a peaceful getaway to enjoy family, food, bunny-watching, and beachcombing!

Loved staying here! Our 🐶 loved the backyard and my nephews enjoyed the bunk bed. I liked that the location was private but close enough to town. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back again!

Loved our stay here! Amazing property, close to beach and trails in a quiet, safe neighborhood within close distance to Seaside. House is very beautiful, with modern decor, extremely clean and well stocked. Kitchen is amazing. Hot tub and backyard are relaxing and provide a wonderful getaway for a family. Host was top notch - very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful! Definitely will be back!

Probably couldn't be better located, right in downtown Astoria! very cool apartment with a lot of classic charm! I would recommend this place you anyone wanting to stay in the Downtown area of Astoria!

A relaxing week with my pups in December. Short walk to the beach, fully equipped kitchen, and most importantly, met my standard of clean. Super tidy! Comfortable bed, cozy faux wood stove. Will definitely return for our next stay at the coast.

This place was great! We rode bikes to everything, that was so nice! The house was well appointed, in a great location, clean and so cozy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Unit 161! It is in a very quiet location with great ocean views and beach access. We loved the small restaurants down the street and the easy access to downtown via The Prom. The staff at The Tides was very responsive to our requests. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Seaside!

Everything I wanted. Could easily walk to the beach or restaurants. Or downtown. We were there for a soccer tournament and it was great. Close to the fields and fun things to do on our down time.

Lovely condo with a view of the ocean from the outside deck. Fully stocked home with plenty of towels. It was clean and had a lot of additional blankets and pillows if needed. We enjoyed our stay very much! The 3 minute walk to the beach was everything. We spent a lot of time out on the deck .... such a beautiful spot!
