Great place to stay. Close to lots of restaurants and parks for kids. 30ish minutes from Jax stadium. Fantastic view, very relaxing. House was clean and had everything you could need. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, silverware, etc. Upstairs bedrooms were great as well. Very comfortable beds. We had 4 young kids in our group and place was mostly kid friendly, just need to keep extra eyes on stairs while inside the house. Definetely one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Would most definitely return if we need another airbnb in Jax.

I'm born and raised in the panhandle of FL but I live in texas in a city by Austin and when I tell you this house and area put me right back to my roots. I love peace and quiet and that's exactly what this place gives . love was made with this home and the warmth we felt and the energy that filled the home was amazing and just puts your mind at ease. truly blessed to be able to give my family this break and Vicky and Freddy was equally amazing every step of the way. if you have a big family like me and on the go and want to calm everything down and still have lots of family fun look no further than right here. Thanks again yall two and we will definitely be back.

My family & I stayed here for a wedding in nearby Green Cove and this was a perfect location! We felt right at home upon arrival with a clean home, stocked kitchen with drinks & snacks, and comfy beds. This home was a perfect location for all our festivities in Green Cove & St. Augustine. The home was large enough to accommodate us all & the quiet surroundings helped us get a great night sleep. The patio & nature reserve was perfect to relax in the morning before fun filled days. The kitchen had plenty of pots, plates, etc. & Jeanie even provided some snacks. Laundry room was also stocked and even had a steamer to help steam our wedding outfits ! Down the road was a Target, Walmart & Publix in case you forget anything, but truthfully the house had it all. Make sure to check out Parlor Doughnuts & Santioni’s Italian Restaurant for good food & yummy doughnuts ! I highly recommend Jeanie’s place :)

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for quiet and peaceful. The lake view and all the nature around was beautiful! As we drove in to the property first thing we spotted was a deer! ❤️ My son had a great time fishing in the beautiful lake and the loved the kayaks! The sunsets were gorgeous! We had a great time and would definately recommend.

We had a great and relaxing stay at Wendy’s place. Everything was as described and Wendy was very communicative from the start. Our family enjoyed hanging out and grilling on the back porch looking out at the lake. The sunsets are truly incredible. We had a blast fishing from the dock at sunrise and sunset and managed to catch n’ release quite a few bass. I personally enjoyed walking out barefoot to the dock early mornings/evenings to have my coffee/cocktail while doing some fishing. We will definitely be back soon.

This house was perfect for what we needed. Conveniently located and easily accessible for work-related traveling, but also in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great house inside and out. Would rent it again.

My staff members stayed at this house, and were blown away by its size. It was the perfect location for all of their needs. Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to stay again soon. Lori was a good host. She was very easy to communicate with.

The house was clean and comfy. Very roomy with all things needed, including washer and dryer. Easy to find and quiet neighborhood. Anila was very polite, asking us early on if there was anything she could do to make our stay more pleasant.
