Andrew’s Cottage Retreat was the perfect place for a guys golfing weekend. Andrew was an excellent host in making sure we had everything we needed, the house was clean, the instructions were clear, just all around great. We will definitely be checking the availability of Andrew’s place when we have future trips to Jacksonville.

This was a beautiful stay! The dogs are really cute :) everything was well maintained and easy to navigate, Johnny’s quick response time was very helpful. And it was very clean, not just tidy.

The home was perfect for the four of us. It had plenty of rooms so that we were able to spread out at night and plenty of room within the home to be comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary utensils need to cook most meals. While we did not get to use the pool due to the cool weather, it seemed very nice, clean, and was large enough to host a lot of folks. The outdoor patio was great for sitting at night and the charcoal grill was perfect for us grilling up some steaks the night of our arrival. The home is located near lots of restaurants and grocery stores. We highly recommend staying here.

The home was very nice and easily accomidated 6 plus people . We only had 4 and a doggie . The pictures are a little bit better than Reality. The backyard was smaller than it appeared, but completely sufficient. There are only two Lounge chairs. We had some issues with the hot tub, but it was repaired. Our main purpose was to just have a reunion and relaxed by a pool, which was certainly a great time. Jacksonville Beach was 28 minutes away so the one night we went to the beach for dinner it then stormed and we never got to see the beach, but again we just had a good time relaxing and being in the pool. The patio is very nice. The host is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

Dori and husband (John) were fabulous hosts. Truly a blessing to be around and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I could possibly need. They are both very respectful of their guests privacy but also have that warm southern hospitality that makes you feel like you’ve known each other for years. The room was spotless, organized, and comfortable with everything one could possibly need. Their pups were also very well behaved and friendly. Will definitely stay in touch for future needs. Thanks again!
