The house and pool were very nice, very comfortable. The yard was fenced and great for the pets. The hosts were very responsive when we had one little issue with the grill- got it remedied. Would recommend!

Annie’s home was home away from home! Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants, easy check in and out, and was clean. The home looked liked the pictures posted and the pool was clean. I would definitely book again when in the area.

John was friendly. He responded quickly to any issue we had, and wee had very few. The water pressure was low. I was unhappy with the neighborhood, which was on its way to becoming a slum. But John was the BEST host ever. He always responded almost immediately. It was too cool to use the pool. We were close to our friends and Church. I would rent from him again.

Ann was amazing! She is very friendly and personable. She was super helpful and always there for us whenever we had an issue! Definitely would recommend this place! :)

The best thing about this place is the owners. They are absolutely phenomenal! The saying, "Ask and you shall receive " is key here. They are so responsive! They checked in after night one. My family has extreme sensitivity to fragrances. I mentioned that we didnt sleep well because of fragrances on the sheets, blankets and items. They worked with us to find a solution but I said no worries we will figure it out. Instead this sweet family ordered new sheets, towels, hand towels and washcloths for ALL the rooms. We communicated consistently throughout the stay. They provided everything we needed and then some. The pool is PHENOMENAL! We spent so much time in the amazing heated pool. In addition as they were ordering paper products and other things I noted would be helpful (silverware etc) they also ordered more pots and pans too! Any questions we had they answered. They went above and beyond. Best hosts. Comfortable rooms. We love the closeness to highway and other attractions. ❤️

We spent a month at Kim’s house to escape the cold and visit family. We absolutely loved sitting in the sun in the back yard, among the beautiful plants and trees. The pool was too cold to swim in, but it was sparkling. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is safe and beautiful. It is very natural and there are lots of trees and flowers. We had fabulous weather! Kim was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Check in was a breeze and we found the place exactly as it was described. Bunlim and Annie were quick with their responses and sweet to accommodate our requests. I would highly recommend and will be excited to stay again if the opportunity arises.

The Mandarin historic cottage was welcoming and charming. The home was historic and we enjoyed the beauty that surrounded us inside and out. The beautiful backyard was our own private park. Our doggie loved running all around with the butterflies and all the woodland creatures. Alexandra took care of all questions and concerns immediately. My sister lives nearby in a Senior Community. It was an added bonus that she was able to navigate this home easily in her wheelchair. We look forward to coming back in the near future!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful waterfront home! From the moment we walked in, everything felt so warm and inviting. The place was spotless, and you could tell a lot of care went into making it comfortable for guests. Waking up to those gorgeous water views every morning was such a treat—it felt like a little slice of paradise. The cozy furniture and thoughtful touches throughout the house made it feel like a home away from home. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

This place was so amazing! We just stopped over for a couple days and it was perfect. Close to everything but yet it felt like it was our own little paradise. Our dog enjoyed the plush grass to lay on as she watched the birds. We will definitely stay here again. 5 stars all around!

We had a wonderful time at Courtney’s place. Both she and Levi were great hosts. The house was just as pictured very clean and pristine. The location was just right for our needs. The beds were very comfortable. A fantastic place to stay and would definitely come again the next time we venture to Jacksonville.

This place is so peaceful and the house is layed out so perfectly for a big family vacation. We LOVE LOVED the kitchen, the huge table for playing cards, and the sleeping areas are all separated so you don’t hear each other. A couple of the bathrooms show the age of the house but we didn’t care. If you are conscious of exposure to radiation, you might want to know the Wi-Fi router box is on the night stand right by the master bed. Hopefully they can find a solution to that. We liked the town and local grocery store. Also there is a very nice pickle ball court just a few minutes away. And it was almost always empty.

Jeremy’s place was as described and easily accessible to the highway to get to Jacksonville Zoo. Perfect for families and a pack n play was provided for our use when requested which was really appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed a nice walk on the sidewalk with our toddler and felt safe.

Beautiful spot at a steal. We were enjoying family and needed additional space close to another location that we had rented and Melinda’s place was a pleasant surprise. Very thoughtfully laid out with great touches that made our family feel at home. We also had an aging parent so the master bath was a hit with her!! The home was spotless and cozy with great amenities! Host was so responsive and proactive. Definitely would rent again.

Katie was an excellent host and was always responsive, even to concerns that surfaced later in the evening. She was responsive and always provided friendly and clear communication. The house was in great condition and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

House was clean and spacious. Annette’s description of the rental was accurate. The rental also provided some essentials. The value of the rental was exceptional. The location was convenient and by local grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, and shopping. Had a great two week stay with our dogs.

Peaceful safe quiet environment! We literally only heard birds and trains (in the distance). We needed the peace and quiet after a hectic holiday season. It was exactly what we were looking for.

We LOVED staying here. I was nervous being in a quad-plex situation but you would never know you were! We never felt unsafe while staying there, and felt right at home. The host was amazing, and the home is well worth the stay. We will be returning when we come back to town. Only downfall is— we couldn’t catch any fish since they weren’t biting.

The house was very nice and was as described. It worked out well for the weekend and was not too far from the Gainesville raceway. It is a great place to relax and enjoy quiet time.

A month long stay was perfect for visiting our family nearby. Angelina made sure we didn’t miss Christmas with trees we could use, festive decor, and a big sleigh full of goodies. A kitchen need was quickly provided. The lake view was a highlight and it brought in nature which was also lovely to view. Thank you. We will probably come back when in the area.
