Was a very beautiful place definitely peaceful with a great view of the lake. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a very peaceful getaway with great views. It was very easy access in and out with a pretty good size yard for activities, kayaking, cornhole, etc..

I rented the Kayakers Retreat to enjoy kayaking with my family for my 75 Birthday! We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this spacious and well-equipped home to any large group for fun and relaxation. We all loved the passenger trains when they passed by. The children and adults waved them on their journey. Very easy to use the kayaks and clean life jackets large to infant. My 18 month grandson rode with his Dad with safe well maintained equipment! Would I stay here again? You bet, without hesitation. Thank you Frederic

Great place to stay. Close to lots of restaurants and parks for kids. 30ish minutes from Jax stadium. Fantastic view, very relaxing. House was clean and had everything you could need. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, silverware, etc. Upstairs bedrooms were great as well. Very comfortable beds. We had 4 young kids in our group and place was mostly kid friendly, just need to keep extra eyes on stairs while inside the house. Definetely one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Would most definitely return if we need another airbnb in Jax.

My group and I originally picked Green Cove Springs simply because of the available space and the close proximity to the wedding venue in which our friends were to hold their ceremony. Upon arrival, we quickly realized we got so much more. Lost among the trees along the shore of the St. John's River, the quiet scenery was just as described to us. And, while otherwise out of the way of the main roads, local restaurants and stores were well within driving distance. I wish we had more time to spend on the property itself, but what little we did was more than satisfactory for us all.

Great value. Hidden gem. Perfect for my family of 5. Wish we had longer to stay. Felt clean when we walked in. GORGEOUS setting. Sunset and sunrise were amazing. Fog coming off the cool water as the sunshine hit it. Great canoe. 2 good kayaks. Tire swing. Great wood with the fire pit.

I really enjoyed my time at the Lily Pad. It's such a cute place and is in a nice quiet area. I had business that kept me from being able to enjoy all of the amenities, but it was a great place to recuperate after long hard days of work. Sandra is a very communicative host and was so very kind.

This place was beautiful, clean, and roomy. The view of the lake was memorizing when the sunset. It had some added extras like towels and toiletries, plates and utensils, and a choice of coffee makers; however, at $229 a night then a $134 cleaning fee, I feel that it was very overpriced for a 1 day/2 nights stay.

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for quiet and peaceful. The lake view and all the nature around was beautiful! As we drove in to the property first thing we spotted was a deer! ❤️ My son had a great time fishing in the beautiful lake and the loved the kayaks! The sunsets were gorgeous! We had a great time and would definately recommend.

Enjoyed our stay on Governor’s creek. Beautiful outdoor area and great dock access for our boat. Enjoyed kayaking the creek and fishing from the dock. House was as described and we had everything we needed to cook dinners after being out on the boat all day. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This was a beautiful stay! The dogs are really cute :) everything was well maintained and easy to navigate, Johnny’s quick response time was very helpful. And it was very clean, not just tidy.

I can’t say enough great things about this lovely getaway on the lake. It was a perfect setting for our gathering with friends and family. The layout is nice with plenty of bathrooms for guests and lots of space indoor and outdoors. We utilized the kitchen that was well equipped and sat in the Florida sunroom with the lake view for our meals. This is a very beautiful & clear lake. Many thanks to our hosts for making it a memorable destination getaway!

The lot was beautiful and plenty space for ages 8 to 80! Due to storm did not get to use the amazing fire pit , but everyone was able to take turns , get on the lake, walk neighborhood and pool was nice chilly! beds were comfortable. Stores close by and we had all needed to cook great meals. Could have used more kitchen towels. Plenty dishes, cooking needs and several places to spread out. Very beautiful spot. Thanks for sharing your property

The house was very nice and was as described. It worked out well for the weekend and was not too far from the Gainesville raceway. It is a great place to relax and enjoy quiet time.
