this unit near Parkville was better than I could've imagined and the best value ever for all it offered. Not only was it good value, but it had wonderful, comfy beds, beautiful linens, lighted, make up mirrors, everything I could ask for at a price I could afford ! Exquisite little sanctuary walking distance to the center of Parkville! Score! ✨ Annette is one of those Airbnb hosts who just go above and beyond! She's amazing and so caring, attention to every detail with so much care . she was flexible with me about check-in and Checkout, which was very helpful and when I locked my keys in the unit, she was there to help me within minutes. Truly could not give her or this sweet home any higher accolades. She brought in extra things for me because I was going to need to cook during my stay. She checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed, was wonderful to communicate with, went out of her way to ensure our safety after the parking lot got slippery after a snowstorm. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience hosting our first business offsite meeting at this condo. The space was exceptionally clean and the house itself was amazing—perfect for our needs. Our host went above and beyond with clear, detailed directions and descriptions, and his super friendly approach made everything even better. I would 100% choose to stay here again!

We were just there for a quick bday getaway overnight and didn't want to worry about driving home. Way better than a hotel for the cost. We didn't use any of the amenities but they looked nice. Location was our focus. It is a great location located near downtown KC. The street car stop right outside the building is awesome. It allowed us to get between River Market and the Crossroads with ease. It was nice enough we actually walked to River Market and it was an easy walk. Maybe 10 minutes. The apartment is just as described. Very clean and updated. It looks like they take their coffee making seriously 😆 we didn't get to try it but there were several options. She shower is gorgeous. There is good morning sun if you're into that or real nice black out blinds if you had a long evening like us. Bed was very comfortable and we actually made mention of how quality the linens were. Super soft! I would definitely stay again with hopes of having more time to utilize the included amenities. A+

Chris's place is a hidden gem. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Close to downtown but in a quiet and mostly industrial neighborhood. Chris was super responsive to our questions, too. Would highly recommend.

If you're reading this... BOOK JAKE'S PLACE! Everything in the Airbnb was so thoughtfully and beautifully designed. The location was easy to access and in the heart of the Crossroads, which was perfect for what we were there for. My husband and I are already planning our next trip back!

My family & I came down for Christmas with some other family who live in the area & instead of crashing with them, we opted to have our own place so we weren’t a bother & could come & go as we pleased. Misty’s farm cottage was perfect for that! Far out enough from all the hustle & noise of the city, but not so far out if you need to run for some groceries or food. The house was very homey, comfortable & my parents loved the electric fire place. Beds were comfortable & if you happen to forget shampoo, conditioner or body wash, they’ve got you covered! The open concept provides plenty of room (especially if you’re like us & have a little one who’s go go go all the time) for playing with toy cars or chasing grandpa around. We would absolutely stay with Misty again if we were ever down & not staying with family!

Great little place in a quiet neighborhood near to our family that we visit regularly. We will return anytime it’s available. Great host who is very accommodating and is shipping back the belongings we accidentally left behind. Definitely recommend!

Modern finish and comfortable. The basement is full of fun activities and adds to the stay. Location is great, just a few minutes from downtown.

This place has a big patio and backyard for yard games and sports activities. Inside was clean and spacious in hang out areas.

This home is so so beautiful and spacious! I came here with my collegiate a capella group this past weekend, and there was fifteen of us, so I was a bit worried about making sure there was space for everyone, but this was perfect. We felt super safe and we never felt cramped at all. It's on some beautiful land, and it's the perfect place to stay for a large group of people!

Perfect little getaway for couples! It’s quiet and peaceful! The hot tub is such a bonus! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Sage’s place was perfect for us. We were visiting our son at school, which was an easy 10 mins walk. The place is walking distance to the Nelson Adkins and kemper museum. The condo is gorgeous with lots of natural light, it’s super clean, and the shower is sooooooo good! Sage was super responsive, all in all it was a great stay, and we were really happy there.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

The space was perfect for a family stay. We had privacy and everything we needed. The kitchen was wonderful and we weren’t lacking anything to cook meals. Everything was very clean and the decor was lovely. Shing-Haw was great with communication as well!

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

Wonderful place in a great neighborhood!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
