I loved my time at Jennifer’s place. So many thoughtful touches throughout and great recommendations for places to explore. And the well water was delicious!

So very nice to get what you paid for, with an attentive, caring ( not nosy)) host PS. The hot tub with a river view and the sound of the rippling water was priceless

Really enjoyed the home. Our trip was cut short due to anticipated weather to travel 11-12 hrs home. Would love to come back and enjoy the porches during different seasons. During our stay it was cold and rainy. Place was as described- clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Rodney was very responsive and understanding when it came to checking out earlier than planned. Would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing trip to North Carolina. Dan was extremely responsive and helpful during my entire stay. He went out of his way to ensure we had a fantastic visit. We encountered a little issue when we arrived and Dan was able to resolve it quickly and even offered us to stay at his rental if the issue wasn’t resolved and gave us a free night. Exceptional customer service from Dan, really truly amazing. Highly recommend his rental to everyone. House was completely equipped for cooking, super clean, game room with movie room was awesome for the kids. Made lots of memories having a movie night with the kids almost every night. Beds were all super comfy. The location was perfect! Took walks down the road, super pretty and quiet area. The river in the front of the house was super peaceful to look at. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely consider coming back. Thanks for everything Dan!

Loved this place it was perfect for our family. We can tell they put a lot of effort into making this place beautiful and comfortable. The views are breathtaking, it was very relaxing. The kids enjoyed fishing and playing with the toys and games. Good driving distance to Helene. Several hiking areas close by, we recommend Bell mountain. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Karen and Greg were wonderful host to myself and my girlfriend when we stayed at their property for our anniversary. Before going to the property, Karen made it a point to make sure that I had specific directions and instructions for how to arrive at their property and how to navigate within the mountains. We had told them it was our anniversary and they surprised us by having cake and wine in our kitchen for when we first arrived at the property. P.S the cake was delicious. The location was beautiful and the photos don’t capture how nice it is in person. The amenities were excellent, the jacuzzi was amazing and so was the fire pits. When we were at the property, Greg and Karen made both of us feel right at home with their kindness and generosity. I would give this place 10/10 and would come back and stay at the property again. Greg and Karen were amazing as hosts, and I would recommend anyone, especially couples, to stay at this gorgeous property for a weekend or an extended weekend!

Mike and Karen were wonderful hosts! They greeted us upon arrival! Made us feel right at home. Even though they live above the apartment they were never intrusive and gave us our space and our privacy. They even gave us fresh eggs as we were leaving. Love the frog garden!

This was my first experience staying in an Airbnb where the hosts lived above the unit, and it was a positive one!! Dave and Barb were exceptional hosts. I thoroughly enjoyed the cozy mountain getaway, our conversations, and their warm hospitality. Their space is comfortable and inviting, providing an ideal retreat after a day of hiking, mining, or exploring. I highly recommend booking their place if you seek a peaceful and scenic experience in Franklin without exceeding your budget. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We appreciated the comfort & coziness of the place. The view of the mountains was AMAZING. The place had lots of sockets for electronics. The bathroom was meticulous & spacious. We definitely recommend this place for a couples' getaway & a reset for relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay up on the mountain. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view. This place is great for people with allergies, as there are no pets or smoking allowed. Plus the linens and towels were fragrance free, which people can be sensitive to. Our host did a nice job welcoming us and the unit is well stocked for cooking in.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the River Station Apartment! The location was great with several local restaurants within walking distance. Corie was also extremely responsive.

A wonderful weekend getaway with my kids (10-16). It was incredibly peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing time watching rain roll in over the mountains in the late afternoon. Would go back in a heartbeat!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin!!! The cabin and views were so much more beautiful in person than we could have ever imagined! The hosts truly put so much love into this home and made us feel right at home as well. Upon arrival George politely came to greet us and give us a quick tour of the cabin and how to use its amenities. He also brought us freshly baked muffins that his wife had made for us, which we loved! The location was conveniently located near downtown Murphy, which had so many cute antique shops. It was also just a quick drive away to some excursions we did, like horseback riding and zip lining. The cabin itself was very warm & inviting, and had everything you would possibly need while staying there. They have truly thought of everything! We loved using the hot tub and outdoor fire pit at night. Everything was so peaceful and private. We will 100% be coming back in the future to enjoy the fall foliage. Overall 11/10!!! Would highly recommend.

If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to come to in the north Georgia mountains of Sky Valley. Beautiful views especially at sunset, hearing the chapel bells ringing, watching the humming birds fly around during the day and at night the bats, and friendly neighbors. The unit was roomy and comfortable. There were a few light bulbs burned out upon arrival and our host was very responsive and a maintenance gentleman was there soon to replace them. Lots of local activities and great restaurants in nearby Highlands and Franklin, NC and Clayton, GA. For walkers the Sky Valley golf course closes at 7 p.m. and it's great walking or jogging around the beautiful course.

Jennifer was. A great host upon checking in had a little difficulty working the keypad to unlock the door called Jennifer at 10 o’clock on Valentine’s Day and she answered and helped walk us through getting in the door and making sure everything was to our expectations.

By far one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in, and we travel often. Very cozy, comfy, and luxurious. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I love that there are nice fluffy blankets to use while lounging around. The bed is to die for, and the shower is heaven. We enjoyed being able to bring our fur baby with us and it was so nice to be in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

Loved loved loved this condo! We will be booking again and coming back with family. The bedrooms were spacious and both large with large bathrooms. Extremely spacious for two couples and maybe a kid or two :) the place was extremely clean. Only suggestion I have is to extend check out to 11 so you can get a reservation at the black sheep down the road on your way out of town! They did extend this for us and we were grateful!

Staying here was the perfect spot for a Blue Ridge get away. Close to all restaurants and shops breweries and wine tours. Easy to get to the trails for hiking. Easy to find and the apartment was the cleanest Air bnb I have ever stayed in. Location was perfect and the recommendations were spot on. Communication was great as well. 10/10
