This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. Charlotte’s beautiful place was just the home away from home we needed for a trip back to Melbourne for a family wedding. Walking distance to Moonee Ponds station, Puckle street and numerous cute little back street cafes. Street parking was never an issue and the house had all the amenities we could have asked for travelling with a child- and then some. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

My mum had a great stay at Justin’s place in Fitzroy. Ideal location, and Justin was extremely helpful with everything.

House was beautiful and spacious, exactly as shown! The kitchen does have everything you need but was just a little light on cooking utensils for our big family. Place was very clean and conveniently located for our stay :)

Stayed for 3 nights and everything was great. Easy check in, stocked with essentials and kangaroos come out at night!! We loved it there and felt right at home.

Our stay here was great from the beginning to end. Kali was an excellent host; she was responsive to any questions we had and flexible with check in and check out options. We felt right at home in this beautiful space. The area is within walking distance to markets, restaurants, bars. 10/10 stay!

Excellent place to rest in a very clean and organised house with all the comforts for your guests.

Fantastic place to stay. Right across the road from the bay with a walk path directly to the beach makes for easy swimming or beach walks any time of the day. A hot backyard shower made it so easy once we returned back to the house. The ocean views from numerous rooms were a delight. AC units upstairs and down kept the house cool on 34+ degree days and the couch has three reclining seats for relaxing at the end of the day. Perfect house for a getaway.

We enjoyed a quiet two night stay at Veronika’s unique house. The highlight was the main bedroom with the bath tub and open views to an amazing moss garden. The house had everything you would need and breakfast was also provided. The pool and outdoor area was beautiful and well kept but unfortunately the weather was a little too cold for us to jump in this time. Veronika was contactable and answered any questions during our stay but was very respectful of our privacy.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

Seamless experience from start to finish. Magda was easy to communicate with and very responsive prior to check in, during the stay when I had a query, and when it was time to check out. Key collection was extremely easy and the apartment was immaculate when I arrived. Overall this apartment was ideal for my needs and exactly as advertised; a great place for one or two people. We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

This is such a lovely space to stay in Melbourne if you traveling with friends or family. We were impressed how clean the floor was, we mopped the floor after our arrival as usual(my mom has ocd) and there's no dirt at all! They also put some great books on the bookshelf Which was definitely a bonus for us. Overall really happy we choice this place and will recommend it to friends for sure! Thank you John and Jeane!

Was a great place to stay for a full week in Southbank! My family had a fantastic time and the place was conveniently located to get around Melbourne and Southbank. Moomba festival was on during our stay so we had nightly views of the fireworks which the kids loved! We wished there was air-conditioning in the bedrooms as it did get a bit stuffy at night time however it was a very hot weekend!

Chian’s place was perfect for our city stay. This apartment was perfectly cosy and comfortable for us to call home for the night. Easily walkable from the city after our show. Everything has been thought of and placed in this space for your stay. Thanks for a great time!

Great apartment in a good location for sightseeing, restaurants & shopping

We had an amazing experience staying at Joe's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The guesthouse had a very good vibe, was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make meals. Plenty of storage places to put your luggage. Joe was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was effortless. We could tell he genuinely cares about the people staying at his place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Thank you Joe for making our trip so memorable!

Melissa was an excellent host, making our first trip to Melbourne a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay here, particularly the convenient location for trams and cafes. The unit was exceptionally clean and easy to access. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a pet, our puppy felt right at home.

This booking was for our annual girls' getaway, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Deepika was a responsive host, providing clear instructions that made our stay seamless. We were charmed by the peaceful surroundings, waking up to the delightful sounds of birdsong each morning. The freshly cut flowers, bottle of wine, and Anzac biscuits awaiting us were such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. Our favorite spot, without a doubt, was the outdoor spa, where we spent countless relaxing hours. It was truly a memorable escape.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was precisely perfect as expected, even though we spent less time at home and mostly used it for sleeping only due to heaps of activities. It was a great, hassle-free place with modern equipment. I definitely recommend it. Hope we visit again.

Alix's place was perfect. The layout of the property provides an ample amount of space for guests and the garage parking is a plus. The private patio area downstairs and balcony upstairs provided good access to the outdoors. The location is a bonus with two grocery stores and multiple restaurants/cafes within walking distance. If you are looking to stay in a well-maintained Airbnb in the Ferntree Gully area this is a viable option.

My sister and I stayed for 1 night and loved it. Comfy couch, bed and the beach is just there 2 steps away. Clean easy to find and the air conditioner was perfect as it was 34 degrees. Close to shooed and the cafe at the beach was just perfect distance to get an iced latte.

Marks places was super comfortable and homey. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed which she said was comfortable and easy to set up. Within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurant and public transport, it had everything we needed. Would recommend and also stay again Thankyou!
