Quiet was a great place to stay! Check in and out was a breeze, the place was clean and smelled amazing. The host was very helpful whenever I had questions!

Susie is an exceptional host. She is kind, caring and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. She is a great communicator and responds quickly to text. If you need anything during your stay she is willing to help with the accommodation. She also has 2 beautiful dogs. Susie’s place feels like home (comfy sectional and a big TV). The place was like it was described. Within a few miles from groceries and some restaurants. The host is very helpful, responsive, and easy to talk with. I would recommend this place. I extended may stay while I'm working in the area.

I was in town for a work related conference. I decided on this Airbnb over being in the noisy hotel. This unit provided me some privacy. The unit is as advertised, clean, very spacious and close proximity to the airport and good restaurants. I will definitely book this unit for my next trip to Atlanta.

Brittaney did an excellent job overall, was very communicative when I had a question. The place felt just like a home away from home. My Sisters enjoyed their stay and rooms n just loved the house. We were disappointed about the fireplace to have more cozy like PJ n Tell All over drinks but did have an option to do so outside if wanted to with the pit table. More so would definitely rent this place again for sure!

Perfect place for a stay with some charm. If you are extremely picky and everything is about aesthetics then this may not be for you. Has it’s quirky features like any older home but that’s what makes it great. For the price you can’t beat it. Quiet area as well

Great stay. The place was just as pictured. It was very clean. It was easy to get into the property. Willy was great and answered in a timely matter. I will definitely stay here again. The location was easy to find. Also, My guests were very pleased.

First off let me say, I am new to air b and b and doing my own reservations and bookings. My first initial reservation got cancelled 1 week before it was time for me to leave and I immediately began to get discouraged. After a brief search for a replacement I came across Blaire’s home. The detail caught my eye and it was just the amount of space we were looking for for a perfect weekend getaway. As soon as blaire accepted my booking request she immediately began communicating with me and letting me know what to expect. On the day of arrival blaire sent access instructions to the home and let me know that I could reach out to her at any time. The complete icing on the review is that Blaire went out of her way and left a cake and candles in the fridge for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday. I pray that all host are like blaire in the future. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

I and my wife were in town to assist our daughter who had sudden illness and had to be admitted in Emory hospital which is within a mile of Ken and Peter’s beautiful condo. I had rented a car and it was very nice to have a dedicated parking stall at the property. Everything we needed during the stay was within a driving distance and even though mid-town Atlanta can appear crazy as you make your way in high traffic, once inside the condo the hustle and bustle of the town kind of fade away as the condo is located high on the 14th floor. We briefly lost water as the building maintenance worked on an emergency leak or something but everything came back within a few hours. We had no problems during our stay, although at times the bedroom felt a little too warm given that a portable window air-conditioner is the only source of cool air in the unit and the windows can not be opened. That said, with our stay being in end of Jan, it was not a problem for us. Ken and Peter are great hosts!

Desiree was great!! My daughter and I traveled for a cheer competition and knew nothing of the area! Desiree made us feel right at home and like I had a friend in the city. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns! A great host! Loved the balcony for morning coffee!

Place was great. Nice balcony, clean and cute inside. Comfy bed. No surprises. Eve was extremely friendly and responsive.

Quiet little spot and location was everything! Just a short drive to downtown, but still away from downtown and noise ! Great place especially if traveling with littles.

Condo was just as described and had everything we needed. Kristy was very helpful. She responded quickly to all my questions. Having the parking spot was very helpful.
