Wow, this cabin in Nordegg! If there’s anyplace you should stay it’s definitely here! My girlfriend, son & I stayed for a few nights with our two friends & their child to make a visit to Banff & Canmore, the drive had breathtaking scenic views. At the cabin we loved soaking in the hot tub, thought it was pretty cool that the host has a tv out there. The real indoor wood burning fire place definetly makes the nights cozy all cuddled up watching movies with the kids, while the first night we did do an outdoor fire as the kids couldn’t wait to have some s’mores.  Staying at this cabin was a literal retreat, it gave us an amazing experience and it had everything we needed. The smoker was just another awesome perk this place had to offer. (might just have to get one myself now🤩) The local town had this nice little cafe too where we were able to sit and grab some lunch on our last day in town, highly recommend The Minors’ Cafe. We can’t wait to book our next stay here at this cabin!

Me and my family only stayed for 2 nights but absolutely loved the place. If you wish to get away from the city, this is the place. Surrounded by trees and nature. Be aware that there’s no grocery store or restaurant nearby, take food with you.

This AirBnB is by far one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The pictures accurately represent the pristine space, and the hot tub and sauna were so delightful. It was extremely peaceful and quiet while we were there. The only downside was the beds (although extremely clean with comfortable linens) had VERY hard mattresses. Even those in our group who like a really firm mattress found them too hard and we all unfortunately did not sleep well. I’m assuming these are fairly new so perhaps that’s why. Also, although this can sleep 10, I wouldn’t recommend a group much bigger than 5-6 people stay here with the current furniture. We had 5 people and each living room could only accommodate 5 people at a time (without having anyone sit on the floor). Despite all this, the place was incredibly nice, and the hosts so thoughtful. Would absolutely recommend a stay here!

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve at Nature's Getaway's Quiet Deer Cabin! The cabin was cozy and spacious, perfect for our group of 6. We loved the charming decor, the warm fireplace, and the well-equipped kitchen. The Cook House and Hut Tub were great additions. Tanya and Jerry were wonderful hosts. We highly recommend Nature's Getaway for a memorable escape!

There was lots of room to have multiple people sleeping in the cabins, the hammocks and sauna and hot tub were nice touches to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Absolutely beautiful and well kept property. Cabins were fully stocked with everything we needed. Becca was very easy to talk with and quickly responded with any needs that cropped up. Plus we had the cutest kitty that joined us at bonfires for cuddles!

Wow! Just wow! So incredibly grateful to Becca for allowing me to rent out all three cabins to host my bridal shower for the whole weekend in such a beautiful location. A joy to communicate with! Farm was well kept and easy to find with directions given. Cabins had everything we could possibly think of for our large picnic celebration and the hot tub, sauna and hammocks were huge hits! Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room to hang out in the cozy cabins. Grateful for the huge pile of pre chopped firewood ready for the sauna and bonfires nightly. Will definitely be coming back for a couple's retreat, so calm and surrounded by nature! Absolutely beautiful in the fall next to the creek.

My wife and I, along with some family and friends, celebrated her birthday at this great lake front house. The home is beautiful, with stunning surroundings right on Buck Lake. I had planned to take the paddle boat out and try catching some pike, but we ended up enjoying the games and ping pong so much that I didn’t make it out. Maybe next time! The house is well laid out, and the main room with the large table is perfect for group board games. Altogether, it was a fantastic experience with wonderful hosts. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a lakefront getaway close to Edmonton.

Great cabin with all the amenities that we needed for our stay while visiting the Nordegg area. The kitchen was well equipped with nice cookware and table ware. The cabin was very clean and the beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. The cabin is located a few minutes away from the Nordegg townsite in a secluded sub-division just off the main highway. It was easy to locate and easy to access by the instructions provided.

I enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommending to my co workers and family. We had some trouble getting there at first as we went an entire different route. Therefore beware of losing reception. Definitely go through Sundre, and follow directions from there. Besides that, it was a beautiful view, cabin was fitted for us all and we made it a good time away from home. Thank you for the great stay! Till we visit again :)

Ian and Jodi’s place was absolutely gorgeous, from the scenic view, to the walking paths, the private pond, the cabin and everything else surrounding this cabin. We were greeted by their dogs every morning after work with wagging tails looking for some love. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay in a quiet, secluded spot with an amazing view. 5 out of 5 stars

The host was really nice and the place was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. However, I found the lake area a bit disappointing. It was quite far from any activities, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoors fully. Additionally, the BBQ grill needed a good cleaning before use. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the location might not be ideal for those looking for a more active or accessible getaway.

Our stay here was exactly what we were looking for! It was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the firepit, the extra cozy bed, and the outdoor tub with a beautiful view. The cabin has so many cute little details and decorations that make it feel extra cozy. Crystal was so kind and helpful our entire trip, generous host through and through. A great stay!

This airbnb went above and beyond in creating a perfect mountain escape! The attention to detail was incredible. All the little things the host had in place to ensure the entire stay went smoothly was well thought out. It provided everything one would need during their stay. Truly a wonderful place & highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay! The reviews speak volumes of the cleanliness and kindness of the hosts!

We had a great stay at Jovanis cabin. The interior was so cute and cozy. Exactly what you would look for in a cozy cabin. Very clean. There were some mouse droppings in the kitchen on arrival, however Jovani was very responsive and offered to have the place re cleaned for us which wasn’t necessary. Once we cleaned it we didn’t notice any other issues the rest of the weekend. The neighbours did have very loud barking dogs that were off leash in the area, which made our pooch a little on edge, of course out of Jovanis hands but something to keep in mind when you bring your animals. The backyard is so private and peaceful! We will be back!

Second stay here at “the rec base” with my lady and our 2 dogs. It was wonderful. This time we stayed in the dead of winter and it was so peaceful and quiet. We bundled up and walked the property, sat by the fireplace, put on some music and enjoyed some REAL down time. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise. We’re already planning our next stay. :-)

Jennifer's cabin was cozy and quiet, I'm so glad I visited! I visited in the winter and enjoyed the peaceful, snowy surroundings. There was a big snowfall the day before my stay ended but Jennifer made sure the driveway was plowed so I could get out. Thank you for a lovely stay, I can't wait to visit in the summertime as well!

The cabin was just as the pictures portrayed - clean, minimalist, and set in a beautiful and private area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would love to come back again!

Staying at Kim’s cabin was an excellent experience! Accommodations were spotless, peaceful and had everything we could possibly need. The surrounding area is breathtaking with adventure right at our doorstep. I highly recommend living your best life at Kim’s Cabin!

Beautiful property exactly as pictured. Had everything we needed to enjoy our spring break getaway. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Check-in and out processes were very clear. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
