Wonderful getaway, I took my daughter and 3 grandchildren for a getaway and we picked the right place and upon arrival there were local cookies, welcome basket and fresh farm eggs in fridge very welcoming touch. From meeting their farm animals, hot tub two times in one evening, family Foosball games, ping pong, cards, board games and snuggling on couch with popcorn from welcome basket to watch movies we had a great time. Being right next to the scenic Little Miami River meant a lot to me and my fellow siblings, who all grew up next to this river as kids - so right away we were very happy to stay at Steve's home. And indeed, the property allows you take in the river in a very relaxed and peaceful setting. His responsiveness in the lead-up to our stay, plus the generous accommodations we discovered upon arrival, really created such a welcoming experience. Part of the house is chilly in cool winter-early spring months, so do take advantage of the space heaters and fluffy blankets. A few floor lamp switches and ceiling lights need attention, but in the whole, go for it, and be glad you reserved.

This rental was reasonably priced and a perfect location for our family to enjoy all of the charm of Loveland - everything was so close and accessible! We were a group of 6 (3 adults, 3 children under 8yrs old) with 2 dogs, and we found the house to be spacious, comfortable, and clean. Seth was very communicative about the check in/out process and provided detailed instructions that made our stay a breeze. We would definitely book again!

**Perfect Spot for a Bachelor Party Weekend!** This place was absolutely awesome for our group of 10 guys on a bachelor party weekend! The huge deck overlooking the Ohio River was the star of the show—perfect for kicking back with a bourbon, catching up, and just soaking in the view. The private staircase down to the river was a cool bonus, making it easy to enjoy the water up close. The house had plenty of space for everyone to hang out, and the short drive to Cincinnati made it super convenient to hit the town for the night. Afterward, we Ubered back and ended the night with cigars and cards on the deck—honestly, the perfect setup. If you're looking for a great spot for a guys’ trip (or really any group getaway), this is the one. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, a great stay! Close to shopping and food, 35 minutes to the city. We were there over Christmas and arrived to a tree in the main living space, this was an added surprise. Nice space for a large family. We usually travel with a baby gate but did not this time. There is a staircase in the main living area that needed to be blocked off. Definitely plan to stay again.

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

Loved my stay! The yard was so cute and the inside was beautifully decorated. Very cozy. I will definitely stay again! Location is truly unbeatable. Loved it so much!!

We stayed here while visiting family in the area and had a great experience. Tyler was very responsive and accommodating from the start. We were traveling with young children, and he went above and beyond by setting up a crib and pack ‘n plays for us, which made things so much easier. The place is very family-friendly—even had a playroom, which was a huge bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. Highly recommend, especially for families with little ones.

I will always look to book here when visiting my son, great location and so much in walking distance!

We don’t stay in Airbnb’s often. The location was much better than local hotels for our needs. Included parking, especially in the city where you pay extra for parking almost 100% of the time, was a real plus! Nightly rate for our six night stay was better than the hotel we typically stay at when visiting Cincinnati. Would consider staying again.

We love staying at Molly’s barn! It’s on a beautiful huge property. It was a full moon the night we stayed and it was gorgeous. She catered to us and made us feel so comfortable—brought us the grill and set up pickleball for us, and made sure the barn was nice and warm. It was our second time staying because we loved it so much the first time. Thank you Molly!

Beautiful mid century modern architecture inside this large and spacious cabin in the woods. The home had pretty much everything you need. Host was very responsive and friendly. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. The local restaurants are nice as well as close by (13 minute drive). The pool was a little too cold to swim in but that was expected this time of year. This place makes for a great getaway for a family or two to enjoy.

Clean, lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Edward was very communicative and flexible when we didn’t realize the checkout was at 10 am. Would stay there again!

This was our second stay at Becky’s place. Old Milford is a quaint & quiet neighborhood, very walkable & close to Main Street Milford. We love the carriage house. It’s so well appointed & comfortable. There are so many nice touches, & is very comfortable. Becky is so friendly & responsive to all questions! We look forward to our next visit-
