Really good value for a 4 bedroom house, and very convenient for transport links supermarket etc. Third time our group has stayed here. The midday checkout takes the pressure off on the last day. Speedy and straightforward communication - thanks Dholma.

Lovely stay in this gorgeous cottage, it had such a cosy, homely feel to it. Felt very welcomed with wine and cake, a nice touch and enjoyed by all! We loved being able to walk straight out onto the river path and look at all the boats and ships at the marina. The magnolia tree in the garden was in full bloom and it was beautiful to look at whilst relaxing in the hot tub. Really quiet and peaceful despite being close to main road. The only warnings to guests would be to just let them know how very narrow the stairs were and the fact that access to the twin bedroom was via the double bedroom, but it wasn't a problem for us really, just if you needed a bit more privacy I suppose. All in all though, a wonderful stay in a lovely location- thank you!

Pretty, quiet cottage in a beautiful location. Just under the South Downs with great walking in every direction. Cosy and comfortable and Caroline was a helpful host - got me out of a tricky cooking situation with the loan of a blender. We loved the chickens and the fresh eggs and the little garden with space for our dog to run around. We very much hope to come back!

The Potting shed is a lovely private property with beautiful surroundings. The visual of the lake, the woods, the deer, horses and other wildlife make it really special. Really comfortable bed and good space inside rest of property. Romsey town is only 5 min drive to get food and bits. We walked all around the estate and loved it, bumped into lots of different animals and felt really safe.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in The Tack Room. Cosy and comfortable weekend retreat. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, super comfy bed - best nights sleep I've had in ages! Peaceful and private. Fantastic communication from Tamsin throughout. We hope to return.

The Lawn is a beautiful old country home with spectacular gardens and the River Test running through. The house is very spacious, all the rooms are large and there are plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and central to the house which makes hanging out as a group easy. Lord Denning’s library is very impressive, and it’s fun to be able to see the historic artifacts of his life, career and friends throughout the downstairs. There are a couple of restaurant/pubs within walking distance, and the excellent Watership Down Inn is about 2km away, easy drive. Whitchuch station is very close to town too, with trains from Clapham Junction hourly. Lots of walking trails in the immediate area, and the garden itself is very tranquil, with lots of areas to sit or hang out/picnic by the River Test and watch the fish, ducks, other birds and otter(!). Perfect for a large party reunion.

We didn’t really use the facilities at Sandyballs Holiday Park but it was an excellent location for a few days in the new forest… Beaulieu, Bucklers Hard, Burley, Lymington, Bournemouth and beyond all within easy reach. Lots of fabulous walks wherever we went… Which is what we’d come for!
