Beautiful place. The views, especially with the sun shining, were amazing, and the cottage itself is lovely. We had everything we needed and even more than expected. Lee is a super-friendly host, great at communicating, and anticipated our needs before we even asked. The check-in was more than flexible and easy. I’d definitely recommend visiting here. Lovely weekend away in Bristol and a reunion for my wife and I with my adult 2 sons and their GFs while my daughter is studying at UoB and lived close by. Our dog came too! Good to be close to the Downs and walking distance to Clifton and Bristol City centre. The house was plenty big enough and has been nicely renovated. David, our host, was very helpful with all the admin and recommendations for nice places to eat, pubs and local amenities.

Great stay at Dickon's house for our last minute booking. Really comfortable. Lots of cutlery, and plenty of bits and pieces to help with any cooking. The walk into Bath centre is very pleasant. Which makes a difference when it's 10-15 minutes. No washing machine as mentioned but there's a lovely laundrette about 2 minutes walk. Two great parks less than 5 minutes walk. Both fantastic for our small child, and Sydney would be great for older kids too.

This was our third stay at Lois’s place, albeit the first in the eco house, as opposed to the barn. The house was both comfortable and quirky, qualities we have come to expect from our charming and artistic hosts. Unusual pictures, books, design features - one is entertained at every turn, while the leafy surroundings (the beautiful garden and driveway as well as Redland Green itself) make it all worthwhile. Lois or her husband Paul are always on hand to help you with any questions and have a chat with you at the same time. We heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something a bit different and off the beaten track yet within walking distance of decent shops, cafés and restaurants.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Ideal location - we used the park and ride at Odd Down. Supermarket just over the road.

Abigail’s home was perfect for our group of 7 with 3 children included. The house was well equipped and we had everything we needed for a really comfortable weekend. Checking in and out was really easy. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing easter bank holiday break stay, lovely big space for family to spend together both indoors and outdoor. Property was well presented, clean and tidy offers everything you would need for a self catered break. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the bath area (10 minutes to park and ride) Debra recommended a local pub for dinner which was lovely.

We had a lovely stay at this flat, so close to the centre of town and lovely view of bath out of the windows in the lounge. Clean, nicely decorated and furnished & had all the amenities we needed. Really felt at home and had a great trip.

I had a wonderful stay at Ric's place. I know Clifton village well – it's one of my favourite places in the UK, and this apartment was perfectly situated for the village beautiful shops and cafes, just a stroll across a beautiful garden square. I came on a writing retreat and to see old friends, and it was fantastic to have a study room in addition to the bedroom. I loved the combination of a large, traditional cosy front room (with log burner) and stylish furniture, together with the bright modern kitchen (very French, my pal said) and clean white bedroom with beautiful art (throughout the apartment). There was a great garden view from the bedroom and study, with a lovely blossom tree, so all very peaceful. The bathroom was modern and squeaky clean and stocked with fantastic Malin & Goetz potions. All in all, a treat of a week! It was both productive and relaxing for me and I would definitely come back.

We had a great stay here- right in the centre of town so easy to get around. We had our baby with us so it was great that a travel cot and baby bath was provided- one less thing to pack! The flat itself was homely and clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely return back. Thanks again

First time in Bath, UK and Helen’s place was the perfect introduction to the city. Located across from the beautiful green park, just at the cusp of the beautiful city. Apartment was clean and warm. There was a book of very clear instructions that made the stay hassle free. Helen included local recommendations of places to visit and eat at. So convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to visit bath! Great job Helen!

Lovely place to stay with amazing views and only a 10 min stroll into bath with coffee shops on the way. I like the bed and actually and a really good sleep which is not always the case. Lovely area outside the bedroom to sit in and read or just relax. Very nice host and would highly recommend.

Schönes Appartement. Hell und zeitlos eingerichtet, absolut geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns alle sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Küche kaum genutzt, sie war aber perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt in der Wohnung Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern. 2 einzelne Betten, ein Doppelbett und obwohl wir nur zu Dritt dort gewohnt haben, wäre durchaus für eine weitere Person ausreichend Platz vorhanden gewesen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Patrycja hat im Vorfeld den CheckInn gut erklärt und war immer erreichbar.

Alison’s place was beautiful, clean and in a very peaceful part of Bath - finally had some peaceful sleeps after a week in London- but within a few minutes walk you were in the hustle and bustle of Bath. Great location! Would definitely stay here again.

Très agréable séjour chez Katrina. L’appartement est très beau, très spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé Katrina étant absente nous avons été accueillis par Steve qui a été très courtois et très patient avec nous car notre compréhension de l’anglais est très faible. Nous avons été ravis du panier d’accueil (Crumpets, céréales, beurre, confitures), merci encore. Nous avons laissé notre voiture sur la place privé et avons visité Bath à pied depuis la maison (25 minutes du centre), c’est très raide pour remonter mais nous sommes de bons marcheurs et étions ravis de faire du sport. Le chemin vers le centre est super car il domine la ville. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps magnifique pour profiter du beau jardin. Bref je recommande à 100%

We had a wonderful group stay at Anthony’s beautiful home. It is a unique property, rich in history and stunning interiors. The large garden was lovely to relax in and we enjoyed several local walks. The house is warm, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Anthony was kind and responsive from the start and could not do enough to help. We would recommend this property highly.

The house was even better than we had expected and had everything we could have asked for. It comfortably fit 12 people. I truly believe David’s home “calls you” when your soul needs peace as well as David’s intuitive advice. I have never stayed at a place where the host is nearby (never mind in the same property) and yet, at David’s house I felt extremely comfortable and safe from the start. The house, amazingly located at the feet of Tor’s grounds, is beautiful inside out. It has everything I needed for a pleasant stay, such as, comfortable beds and linen, as well as, a large family kitchen to cook. Yet, its energy, specially in the living room, and garden grounded and soothed my soul. David, the host, gave us the space and privacy needed when one’s on a break. However, he also was a wonderful listening ear and amazing source of advice. Overall, it was a truly amazing stay and I cannot wait to return soon again.

Oldbury Barn is in a lovely location in the countryside with great views (though tricky to find, so the 'what3words' helped a lot!). The house was nicely presented and lovely and clean. Plenty of pots, pans, mugs (!) utensils etc for a large family group. The open plan nature of the kitchen/diner/lounge is great for a multi generational family gathering like ours, as you are always all together in one huge room. However, note that its a tiled floor and there isn't much in the way of soft furnishings so noise echoes around a bit and can be heard from all bedrooms - but this is only a problem if you have very young kids going to bed early or getting up early! The 2 ground floor bedrooms are large and with lots of storage. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are small with very low ceilings and little storage - fine for kids but we were were 7 adults and one toddler, so that didnt work brilliantly for us . The "slight height restriction" in the description is quite an understatement!!

I have to come clean - I am an enthusiast of Penarth, the architecture of the town, the community feel, and everything about the place. Sarah's place, being among the oldest houses in the town, was a must for all the things I was looking for. Sarah herself is friendly and has clearly put a lot of herself into the house. My journey time to Penarth could have been subject to delays, being more than 500 miles... but we had good communication and met up without difficulty at the house. All in all, the house was cosy and well appointed. It also was a great base for strolling into Penarth Town centre and even, across the barrage, to Butetown and even Cardiff. I would thoroughly recommend Sara's house for your stay.

We stayed here for my hen weekend. The house was perfect for all 14 of us. Plenty of room and great fun. I would highly recommend
