We had a fantastic stay in Constantia. The home was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and well-organized—everything we could have hoped for. From the start, Jo was an excellent point of contact, responding quickly, accommodating an early check-in, and providing great recommendations. The pool and garden were absolutely stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home and only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this place!

One of the best places we have ever stayed at. Wonderful interior, amazing styling, great hosts, gorgeous secluded garden, location is 10/10. A 2 minute walk to the beach, coffee around the corner, morning runs start right outside your door. Extremely clean, lovely bedrooms, perfect bathrooms and we were super happy having Doreen around to help us clean. We will definitely return to this slice of heaven- thanks so much dear Keira!

I came with a group of workers on a cruise ship docked in Cape Town. We were here for one night, and I have to say this property was the nicest AirBnB I have ever been in! The views alone were absolutely stunning! From the get-go, Brandon helped clarify how many beds were available. Solomon the housekeeper has done an incredible job in keeping this villa so beautiful! Thank you so much! I hope I get to come back here whenever I come back to South Africa!

I was tempted to say that Sam's place was as photographed, but the photographs do not do this place justice, at all!!!!. The scenic view outside the dining room and on the balcony are worth the stay. It's spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. As a collective, we felt at home in the villa especially with the security provided. Sam is such a responsive and thoughtful host, and Mestina, the housekeeper, is a gem. She does a wonderful job, is sunny, and can be a smidgen shy, but truly a joy to engage with, if you choose to do so since she isn't forward with guests.

We booked this villa for a family trip to Cape Town with the majority of people in our group visiting Cape Town for the first time. The villa is perfect for a big group as it has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. All the rooms had huge beds and lots of storage space for clothes. There’s also a really big, well-equipped kitchen & a gas braai so it’s ideal if you want to cook at home. There are also 3 different tables to dine at. 2 outdoor & 1 indoors and we ended up using them all. In addition there’s a lovely big living area for hanging out or watching movies. Our favourite feature was the pool and sun loungers - February was perfect weather with most days having no wind so we spent loads of afternoons in the pool. I have to also mention the views - unbelievable location with Table Mountain right behind the house. Deer Park is also just down the road and we did a walk there on one of the days. Brilliant area that’s super safe. Our hosts were so responsive and really helpful. Thanks!

Thank you so much the house is even better in real life than the photos, it was absolutely perfect for the multi generational family we had, so much space for everyone. We loved the pool table and the glass room at the top with such incredible views. So many memories we were very sad to leave. Tenbie was amazing as well so helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone :)

What more can one say without repeating what is clear. It is breathtaking and spacious and also cozy. We got lucky with the weather and had the afternoon of our lives watching the sunset and cloudscape change to every possible configuration from the upper deck. The garden is something else, you need to see it, we weren't satisfied with our photos... also, depending on the time of day and weather, there is an optimal corner somewhere in the garden or house from which to enjoy it, which we did. Andreas is a GREAT host and we would definitely like to go back in winter to get a different experience from it. Awesome selection of reading and coffee table books was a major bonus. We never turned on either of the TVs.

One of the most stunning Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. The views from the master bedroom and rooftop decks are incredible and the best place in Cape Town to watch the sunsets. The private pool area is beautiful, the master bedroom is a real delight and the bonus upstairs areas are fantastic. Communication was so responsive and helpful. Always felt safe and secure

The house is great for a multi-generational family holiday. Lots of room and entertainment space.

As beautiful as it can get. Lorraine’s property does not rely on location only but is a real home. The moment you walk in you get the cozy feel of the apartment. Great layout, various relaxing areas, comfy beds, a kitchen with literally everything you could think of and a view which compares to nothing we’ve enjoyed so far. And Lorraine as the most responsive and kind host. We could not have had a better time. Thank you!

This was the best AirBnB in which we have stayed. We had the feeling we were staying at friends house. In fact, we consider Annick now a friend. This is what AirBnB should always be like.

Really nice villa in Cape Town. It was spacious, fully stocked and perfect for our family of seven adults and two young kids. The art all over the house was great. The driveway is quite steep but manageable. The outdoor area, especially the pool and terrace was all very nice. The hosts were helpful from well before we arrived, helping arrange a chef to cook us dinner on the first night and it was great. Everybody enjoyed it. Highly recommend for families or groups—we’d love to return!

We had a wonderful family reunion over Christmas. The house is beautiful and equipped to a very high standard. Special mention to Tanna and Stha who looked after us very well. Location is great - feels like a really safe neighbourhood but still an easy drive to great restaurants, the coast, Kirstenbosch etc. Highly recommend - we hope to be back soon.

Karen’s place was a wonderful stay. But more importantly for me and my group, was that she was patient with our adjustment to a new home / setting, very helpful, and responsive to any questions that arose when operating the home. The house was clean, secure, large, comfortable and walking distance to the small village with restaurants and a coffee shop. Not to mention the beautiful surroundings. We had an incredible stay in Alphen Constantia! The property looked even better than the photos, was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring Cape Town, and the quiet surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere. The property is ideal for families. We travelled with two teenagers and a ten year old and everyone had their own space they could retreat to. Very cosy home, lovely garden area with swimming pool, large kitchen and sitting area to enjoy time together as a family. It is an ideal setting to enjoy a truly relaxing, but also private holiday where we felt at home, safe and spoilt with beautiful surroundings at the same time. It is a calm neighborhood which allows for a good nights sleep. Easy walk to the city, Gardens shopping center and parks, good coffee shop and if you want to take a longer stretch also to the V&A waterfront . Truly an amazing location for your Cape Town stay. The place airs a homely atmosphere much different from many other AirBnBs and you can sense that the owners take great care and pride of the place. Super responsive hosts, often within minutes we got the answer we needed.

Excellent hosting and communication. The area is quiet and a couple minutes drive to a beautiful beach. The house is in good shape but could do with some minor improvements in a few areas before the next season but overall didn't hugely impact our stay.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb, thanks to the outstanding hospitality shown by the host and the amazing housekeeper. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly attentive, providing useful recommendations and keeping me informed about the weather, which really helped me pack appropriately. Throughout my stay, they checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which was very reassuring. The house itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, all thanks to the dedicated housekeeper who was not only accommodating but also exceptionally friendly. Very spacious I might add. Their efforts made the house feel like a home away from home. And then there was Sushi, the house cat, who added a special touch to the whole experience. Sushi was friendly and charming, always a joy to come back to after a day out. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a place where comfort and care are top priorities.

We spent a really happy week at Markus’ house. It’s really cleverly designed and very attractive. Comfy beds and nice linen. The garden is gorgeous, with a small pool but perfect for a plunge and a very nice place to spend an evening. Molly the housekeeper was lovely and welcoming and able to help with some ironing and do a clean of the house. The house is really well positioned to explore Cape Town- whether you want to go to the coast or the Waterfront or Constantia. There are some great restaurants and nice shops a walk from the house. Markus is very responsive and helpful.

What a beautiful location! We usually stay on the Atlantic Seaboard but had a wedding close by so decided and this home gave us a newfound appreciation for the Southern Suburbs. Exquisite views and a beautiful garden with a swimming pool which is the perfect spot for a sundowner. Wisdom and Jaime were so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay and we always felt like someone was o hand to assist. The standout for me is how relaxed they were towards our children. Usually travelling with 3 boys under 7 is stressful because it always feels like there is so much pressure to keep them quiet but our kids were welcomed warmly and that put us at ease. We loved our stay in this peaceful home and will hopefully be back soon. Thank you Wisdom and Jaime for your kindness and assistance throughout.
