David was a very gracious host and the home we stayed in was wonderful! Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. Loved our stay!

The cabin is a part of a resort of sorts with several other cabins, a really nice guest lodge and other facilities including open fishing ponds. There is comfortable space between the cabins and the resort is very private. Off you want to avoid a lot of dirt roads, approach it from the West (highway DD).

We loved spending Thanksgiving here! It fit our family of 17 perfectly and the seasonal decor made it feel like home. We made really special memories and would happily stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how responsive Julie was throughout. She provided wonderful home-cooked breakfasts, and we especially loved the cozy wood-burning stove. Meeting the farm animals was a highlight! Julie took the time to personally introduce us to each one and share their stories, making the experience truly memorable.

Excellent experience, the place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy walking distance to the local restaurants and pubs.

We stayed here while in the area for a wedding! This definitely felt like a cozy home away from home — my husband and I kept saying that we could picture ourselves living there full time! Pulling up into the driveway, the owner was clearing snow/ice for us & present to greet us upon arrival! Inside, everything was spotless and welcoming. One of our favorite parts were the fresh eggs and homemade jelly; we had the most delicious breakfast! We will definitely be making a trip back during the warmer months to enjoy fishing, walking trails and the beautiful front porch. So grateful for such a beautiful, comfortable place to stay!

As in the past times I've stayed at Jessica's place, this stay was fantastic. The house is perfect for what we need and communicating with Jessica is about as easy as it can be. The house is clean and cozy. We will definitely be back again!

Bruce is a top-notch host. And his home…amazing. Great location just outside Kansas City. A beautiful, warm family home. We loved it! And to top it all off, Bruce gave us the stay hours after our previous host canceled…48 hours before checkin (shout out to AirB&B support as well). If you need to host a large family in KC…this is the place 👍🏾
