This immaculate property was recently renovated and includes stylish furnishings & comfy beds - perfect and spacious for our family of five. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood off-the-beaten DC track, we found it to be a wonderful & welcoming recluse. Our lovely hostess Charlotte kindly provided several great local restaurant recommendations made easily accessible by a quick Uber trip or Grubhub delivery. We'd definitely stay here again!

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Great place to stay while visiting dc. It was a bit of a walk (15-20 minutes) to the metro but if that’s something you don’t mind this is a great place to stay.

Susan’s home is incredibly warm and inviting—it truly feels like staying in a loved one’s house. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with friendly neighbors and a great park nearby. The house itself is charming, with comfortable beds, a cozy sunroom, and a beautiful backyard for the kiddos. The layout was functional and practical for our family of four adults and two kids. We were able to enjoy the common spaces together very comfortably while also being able to retreat into our individual spaces for privacy. Street parking was always available, and check-in/check-out were seamless. Susan was incredibly kind and responsive, making us feel right at home. It’s clear this is a cherished home, not just a rental, which adds to its warmth and character. While there’s not a ton of storage space for clothing, it wasn’t an issue for our 3-night stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I LOVED my stay here. It is on a beautiful residential street, but close to everything that is happening in DC. So, you have the quiet and privacy of an actual home, but you’re literally a stone’s throw from the action if/when you want it. The house itself is super cute, impeccably decorated, and I felt incredibly comfortable and safe. The patio is fantastic, and the enclosed patio was a favorite spot for reading or relaxing.

Christopher was very responsive and allowed early check in, which was hugely helpful to me! Home looked just like the photos and beds were fairly comfortable. House is within 10-15 mins of most Annapolis attractions and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and easy parking.

Great walkable location close to Wiehle Metro. Adorable, surprisingly spacious little house in quiet surroundings, perfect for a family traveling with a dog. Five of us plus the fur baby were incredibly comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Nice yard for gathering outside. We’ll be back!

Fantastic location!! Every day we walked to have breakfast in an amazing nearby restaurant and from there walked some more to get to Capitol Hill, Desiree was a great host very responsive, the place was very clean, exactly what we were looking for

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Washington DC. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting DC.

This was a nice place to stay for one night. It had what I needed & the bed was comfortable. I found the outside gate to be kind of tricky to open as it scraped against the concrete but I figured it out.

The apartment was perfect for me and my two (adult) children. It was in a great location within walking distance of restaurants, and plenty to do, as well as close to the metro which then gives you access to everything. Courtney was more than helpful, we met her (and her husband) in person on the patio and got great recommendations for restaurants, and places to grab some groceries. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

What a lovely, leafy neighborhood, and a thoughtful host! We also enjoyed breakfast at Dos Gringos a block away.

A great place if you’re exploring DC. Easy walk to union station and restaurants and grocery. We parked on the street and didn’t move it for a week.

Great location and place to stay in DC. A rather spacious basement apartment unit in a multi family dwelling. Easy access to Columbia heights metro station. Price was fair and there were no issues. Super responsive when booking and even allowed early check in, which I appreciated. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location, quiet neighborhood close to everything. Parking is a bit of a pain but that’s to be expected in a big city. Great apartment, couch is really uncomfortable and the hot plate on the coffee pot didn’t work, neither was a big deal but owner may want to know. I’d absolutely stay here again when in D.C.

Willie's condo was more than we expected, It was bright, spacious, beautiful and clean. Communications were clear and prompt. I highly recommend staying at Willie's condo.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

This place was great! It was a perfect place to relax after a full day of touring DC. The hosts were excellent and went above and beyond in answering questions and helping us feel at home. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Corinas place is exactly as advertised if not a little better. The place was perfectly clean and ready for us when we arrived, and check in was very easy and she worked with us to make it as easy as possible. Leading up to the stay, I had a few questions/requests that she answered and took care of very fast and was easy to communicate with. The little book about the place and surrounding areas was perfect, and I would surely book this place again if I stay in the area. I would recommend it to anybody, and already have actually!
