It was also exceptionally well-stocked, covering even the little things we forgot to bring. A huge bonus for our group was the adjustable heating and cooling for both levels—a small detail that made a big difference in ensuring everyone was comfortable. Yetty's listing is becoming my families home away from home when we visit our son and his family. The house is always clean and well equipped. Yetty is very friendly and responds to questions quickly. My son and granddaughter accompanied us on our last trip. The granddaughters response when we walked in the door was,"Wow fancy!"

My husband & I were in town for a Marriage Retreat and the Avenue AirBNB was absolutely perfect for such a trip! Location was easy to find, parking not an issue, easy access in and the apartment was great! Beautiful kitchen with necessities to cook dinner, living space was great, comfortable bed & the hot tub was the BEST addition to relax in at the end of the night. It is possible to hear neighbors in the same building but not to the point of major disruption, when we soaked in the hot tub each night the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We were so glad to stay here over a hotel and would definitely return in the future! The venue we drove to each day was the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Columbus and it took us about 13 minutes to travel there. Many great restaurants nearby this location to choose from also.

As always, this space was lovely! It’s a family friendly neighborhood and space located close to our family. It is actually clean and well maintained! The host lays out very clear instructions and makes it so that you can have zero contact if you so wish. It’s simple, well taken cared for, and has all you need for an easy spot to stay while in town. The beds are not the most comfortable in the world but they will do and are definitely cleaned! An Airbnb that is what it says it is!

Dom's place was beautiful, exactly as described, and perfect for what I needed on my work trip to the Columbus Convention Center. I was able to walk to where I needed to go, and the fact that there was a free parking spot included was huge! The small convenience store on the corner was also super helpful, as I forgot a few items at home :) Dom was so communicative and helpful, but also allowed me the space to be on my own while staying in their place! I loved staying here, and would definitely do so again!

I would absolutely stay here again. Everything was exactly like the listing pictures, it was even more spacious than I expected. Super clean, comfortable bed and couches, and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were also very communicative and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Very perfect experience here. I love the sweet fragrance in the room. Everything is tidy and bright. It's a real comfortable and quiet place to stay. However, since both my friend and I prefer to sleep on a firmer surface, we didn't use the sofa as a place to sleep. In addition, if you are not used to walking barefoot on the floor, you may need to bring your own slippers for backup. The area is very convenient, with a large Kroger nearby where you can buy things. Overall, it's a really great experience, and we love it here.

Mark's place was perfect for a convention. The proximity to the center (even though hotels were connected) was the closest option to the main entrance. You literally walk across the street right into the doors! The place was immaculate and very clean! Lots of character in the apartment. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed for an extended stay, as well as a keurig and fully packed keurig holder, a regular coffee pot & bew grounds, two different kinds of coffee creamer, popcorn to pop, & some mini cereal packs, and a water britta type filter in the fridge to fill as you go! The bathrooms were stocked with shower essentials. Charges for phones if needed. Nintendo or some kind of game system and games, as well as regular games too! Spacious for a family or a few small groups. Also can take a nice stroll on foot to short north- beautiful and really cool district to walk through. Building itself has a cool speakeasy under the pizza place & other great places! Would stay again!

Tara’s place is so cozy, clean and in a great, walkable location - we saw many people out around the neighborhood and even walked to many great locations in the area. We really enjoyed utilizing the porches with the weather being nice and appreciated all of the amenities provided. Tara was great with communication and responses if we needed anything during our stay. Can’t recommend the place enough - absolutely hope to stay again if in the area as it felt like home 😊

She was an amazing host! The beds were super comfortable, and it was a very relaxing and quiet place to stay while also being in a great location! There were plenty of food options around and all around had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend!!

We only stayed for one night, but would have loved to stay longer. The host was responsive & very welcoming! Instructions for parking & getting into the unit were clear. The Airbnb looks just like the pictures, and was literally spotless! Great location, practically anything you could need is within walking distance! I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Columbus, and would love to stay again sometime! Thank you for having us :)

My family and I stayed at the property while we visited family nearby. The location was perfect for us, close to family but also close to a grocery store and restaurants. The arcade games in the basement were a big plus with our kids, giving them lots to keep them entertained. The decor and furnishings were very nicely updated.

The location was perfect—close to North Market, and many restaurants.The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great recommendations and even a few special touches that made me feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!
