We were very happy with the stay! Everything we needed was there. Had a slight hiccup with a refrigerator (not anyone’s fault). Josh was extremely responsive. We used the other refrigerator, which was just as good. Would recommend to friend and would also stay here again!

This home is beautiful! It was well equipped with all the 5 of us needed for our friend’s weekend. The view is pretty and the outdoor seating is nice. We would definitely stay again.

My son and I had an excellent time staying in the downstairs unit. The location was very close to a couple marinas that provided us with wakeboarding trips and jet ski rentals. There is also a neighborhood swimming area within walking distance that was great for swimming and paddle boarding. Highly recommend. Affordable price for a couple or father/son trip and great location for exploring Lake Norman via access to marinas.

This is our second stay at this beautiful house. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 to relax and lots to do for our young adults. Enjoyed the hot tub and saw deer, turkeys and a fox in the woods . Beautiful setting and all the amenities available. Melanie was very responsive and helpful!! I would definitely recommend this lovely home!

What a wonderful stay we had. The photos do not do it justice; the house is gorgeous and you immediately feel at home. The pool and lake combination meant we had everything we needed! We will absolutely be back. John proactively brought an outside fan when the temperatures got hot outside, and along with the beautiful shade from the deck it was perfect. Kids and adults and our pup had an absolutely perfect stay.

We had an incredible experience staying at Chris’s property for our recent film project. The home was not only beautiful and well-maintained but also provided the perfect atmosphere for our shoot. Chris was an exceptional host, communicative, accommodating, and understanding of our unique needs as a production crew. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a seamless experience for both our team and talent. Chris went above and beyond to ensure our stay and shoot were successful, which we truly appreciated. We stayed for 10 days and had a restful and wonderful time. We are from the area so know it well and have family nearby and this was an easily accessible, perfect spot for us and our 2 large dogs (boxers) to spend Christmas and New Years. The fully fenced backyard was a major bonus and very much appreciated by us and our pups. Our host, Tammy, was incredibly responsive throughout our entire visit, and so kind to let us extend our stay on short notice to one additional night before we started our return home cross country drive. All aspects of the house are comfortable - beds, furniture, spaces to move around in - and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking dishes. We have this place as top of our list for future visits back to our hometown!

Cedric was and is a great host. Had minor issues he reviewed and fixed quickly. I will most definitely use Cedric again when I come back to the area.
